Many developing countries turn to women groups as a way to empower women of similar socioeconomic backgrounds. In this regard, this research was conducted to study the relationship between the level ...of participation, leadership, social capital, personal psychology and economic empowerment among members of women smallholder groups. A total of 433 members of women smallholder groups involved in economic development activities were selected from four Peninsular Malaysia states covering four regions: south, east, west, and north. Through utilizing questionnaires, the results of this analysis were obtained and analysed with the Pearson Product Moment Correlation -SPSS. The findings show that these four independent variables are related moderately and highly to economic empowerment. Based on the study findings, it is possible to improve the economic empowerment of women smallholder groups by paying attention to those four variables.

The primary objective was to explore and understand the role of LinkedIn in the marketing of jobs to attract qualified applicants. Another key objective was to analyse the practice of LinkedIn at the shortlisting stage to identify the most suitable applicants for the openings. The primary data was collated by employing an in-depth semi-structured interview method from three reputed 4/5 stars hotels in Al Ain, UAE. The findings revealed a high usage of LinkedIn during the recruitment and selection stages, leading to job applicants' quality and quantity.
The unemployment problem among the people in Malaysia, especially the B40 group, is unsatisfactory level and needs to be overcome immediately. Malaysia is an increasingly advanced country in terms ...of the automation sector and various fields. Every day, the issue of unemployment is becoming more contagious and rampant among Malaysians in general. This happened as a result of various issues that arose brought about by groups in our society. This study will examine the extent to which unemployment in the field of automation has increased in Malaysia from the perspective of the B40 group in Parit Raja, Batu Pahat, Johor. Automation can replace jobs such as in the retail, manufacturing, education, food and beverage, and delivery sectors. This writing will use qualitative methods by referring to various forms of research such as journal articles, newspapers, and many more. In addition, this writing also uses a quantitative method involving several respondents consisting of 250 respondents who are B40 group. The result of this writing found that several aspects of the study that are the main aspects, namely aspects of development, acceptance, effects, and issues that arise, factors of improvement, and suggestions on how to overcome unemployment in the field of automation.
Hedonisme merupakan budaya baru yang wujud kesan daripada proses globalisasi yang berlaku dengan pesat. Tujuan kajian ini dijalankan adalah untuk mengenalpasti faktor dan kesan hedonisme ini mudah ...menyerap dalam semua peringkat umur khususnya kanak-kanak dan remaja. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif iaitu menggunakan borang kaji selidik dan 150 orang responden yang terdiri daripada mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia telah dipilih. Dapatan kajian dianalisa oleh pengkaji dengan membuat peratusan terhadap data yang diperoleh. Secara keseluruhan, hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa terdapat lima faktor utama penularan hedonisme ini iaitu diri sendiri, pengaruh institusi kekeluargaan, rakan sebaya, media massa dan persekitaran. Selain itu, terdapat pelbagai implikasi daripada penularan budaya ini yang boleh menganggu gugat kemaslahatan masyarakat seperti kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan negara tergugat, peningkatan terhadap kes jenayah, sikap boros dan bermewah, melahirkan masyarakat yang semakin malas serta peningkatan dalam kadar pengaganguran.
Mahathir Mohamad's leadership as the Prime Minister of Malaysia is an example of excellent leadership. His stint is peculiar as he is the longest-serving leader in the world and the oldest Prime ...Minister to ever lead a country. The impact of his leadership establishes his reputation as an outstanding leader as supported by the Great Man Theory of Leadership. As an effort to comprehend his leadership excellence, this study examined Mahathir's leadership through the lens of the Great Man Theory of Leadership, which elevates leadership based on extraordinary achievements and considers the leader to be born a leader. The research was conducted by using a narrative review approach. Data were gathered qualitatively using thematic analysis, from secondary sources including academic journals, dissertations, books, and published articles pertaining to the topic of Mahathir's leadership. The results found that his leadership approach is indeed aligned with the underlying elements of the Great Man Theory of Leadership, namely charismatic, intelligent, politically skilled, and wise. Past studies reported that Mahathir possesses the quality of being visionary, trustworthy, authentic, resourceful, pragmatic, people-oriented, good communication skills, highly ethical, and core value-based, thus strengthening his premise as an outstanding leader. His excellence in leading the country has been proven beneficial to both Malaysia and its people while the attention that he received from the international community further reinforced his relevance and influence at both the local and international levels. It is indeed a pride for Malaysia as a Southeast Asia country to have a world-class leader.
