In this research, an intelligent system for detecting cassava leaf disease has been developed by utilizing the MobileNetV2 deep learning model and displaying it using a python graphical user ...interface (GUI). There are five disease classes used in this study, namely Cassava Bacterial Blight (CBB), Cassava Brown Steak Disease (CBSD), Cassava Green Mite (CGM), and Cassava Mosaic Disease (CMD) and Healthy. The results showed that the overall accuracy of the test data obtained was 65,6%. The GUI application program was made to be operated efficiently for beginners and can be used by cassava farmers in the field.
Abstract
One example of a multi-objective optimization problem is stock portfolio management. There are at least two objective functions to be achieved simultaneously, namely to maximize returns and ...minimize risk. The desire to maximize return and minimize risk are conflicting objectives. In this study, the problem of multi-objective optimization in the selection of Islamic stock portfolios will use the Pascoletti-Serafini scalarization modification method. Furthermore, the solution to the multi objective optimization problem is known as the Pareto optimal solution or efficient solution. In the Pascoletti-Serafini scalarization modification method, a set of Pareto optimal solutions can be constructed so that not only one solution is offered to decision makers, but a set of Pareto optimal solutions. From this research, the results obtained in the form of a set of efficient solutions that can be used as investor preferences in choosing the optimal stock portfolio.
Photoacoustic spectroscopy can appl in various fields including in the fields of biology (measuring trachea volume and observing insect breathing patterns), medicine (a measurement of internal ...disease biomarkers through respiratory gases), environment (measuring NO2 gas in the environment near roads), and agriculture (measurement ethylene gas in postharvest fruit). The existing photoacoustic spectroscopy still has a large size and high operating costs, so it is necessary to design photoacoustic spectroscopy that is portable and low operating costs. In this research, designing an infrared diode laser that can be modulated using software using Visual Studio. There are two tests to see the characteristics of the devices made in this study, namely Arduino testing and testing of the software programs created. Arduino testing resulted in a calibration factor of fo = 0.9068fi + 109.33. Meanwhile, software testing resulted in a calibration factor of fo = 0.7343fi + 462.74. The two tests that have been carried out have different output results. The software output that is created has a smaller calibration factor than the direct output of the Arduino program.

This study was used experimentally with post test only control group design with divided into 5 groups (K1 to K5). K1 were exposed standard feed, K2 were exposed to 4 mg/day of MSG, K3 were exposed 3.7 g/day of tomatoes + 4 mg/day of MSG, K4 were exposed 0.27 mg/day of zinc + 4 mg/day of MSG and K5 were exposed combination of 3.7 g/day of tomatoes + 0.27 mg/day of zinc + 4 mg/day of MSG. Tomatoes or zinc and the combination of tomatoes and zinc were effective to improve the morphology and motility of male white rats Rattus norvegicus spermatozoa which were exposed to MSG. The combination of tomatoes and zinc were the most effective in improving morphology and motility of spermatozoa exposed to MSG.

The performance of photoacoustic spectrometer (PAS) examined with intracavity configuration. In this research, the highest observed intracavity power was (49,96 ± 0,02) W for active medium gas composition He: N2: CO2 at 30:50:50. The highest laser absorption line for standard acetone gas set at 10P20, and the lowest detection limit set at (30 ± 4) ppb. For application purposes, the photoacoustic spectrometer was used to measure the concentration of acetone gas in exhaled gases from a group of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and a group of healthy volunteers. Exhaled gas sampling method took manually, and the measurement result was examined using multicomponent analysis. The measurement showed that the highest acetone gas concentration for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients was (162 ± 3) × 10 ppb and the lowest one was (101 ± 3) × 10 ppb. Furthermore, for healthy volunteers, the highest acetone gas concentration was (85 ± 3) × 10 ppb and the lowest one was (15 ± 3) × 10 ppb.

Agroforestry can be developed for climate change adaptation and mitigation. Farmers in Jepara Regency have long been developing sugar palm agroforestry for starch. Increasing the use of ...sugar palm and the low knowledge of farmers about the potential of sugar palm plants are a threat to the existence of sugar palm agroforestry. This study aims to inventory the potential distribution of sugar palm with the support of remote sensing and field surveys in Pakis Aji, Bangsri, and Kembang sub-districts which was carried out in August-December 2020. The interpretation results used Landsat 8 imagery and Google Earth images in 1161 sugar palm objects with the largest number in Bangsri District. Remote sensing accuracy testing with the Omission-Commission method obtained a value of 90.8%, which means the accuracy value is very high. The correlation test between the value of vegetation density (NDVI) and the survey results obtained a value of R

In this study, we are focused on Garcinia celebica as anti-HCV activity against JFH1 strain genotype 2a. The extraction process employed the use of maceration method. Starting from n-hexane solvent ...and another residue. The extracts were then analysed with various doses of 20, 10, 5, 2.5, and 1.25 μg/mL for anti-HCV against JFH1 strain genotype 2a and anticancer against Huh7it-1 cell line. The extracts exhibited anti-HCV on 1.25 μg/mL and no sign of toxicity to Huh7it-1 cells. The extracts also expressed anticancer activity on 20, 10, 5, and 2.5 μg/mL with a high level of toxicity to Huh7it-1 cells. The results from this study suggest that Garcinia celebica may be necessary as an add-on therapy candidate for treating HCV infections and HCC.

Non-wood forest products (NWFPs) are part of forest ecosystem and it has certain functions that support ecosystem sustainability. The present study aimed to obtain basic information on the NWFPs species that cultivated in Gempolan Village. Therefore, the species density, relative density, frequency, relative frequency, and important value index was calculated. . Furthermore, interview was conducted with the owner of those community forests to obtain information on the NWFPs utilization. The results showed that community forest management in Gempolan Village applies an agroforestry system with a random mixture and alternate row-cropping pattern. NWFPs can be classified as their function, namely as food, medicinal plant, animal feed, and spices/condiments. Most of the NWFPs were only used to meet their own needs. NWFPs that produces from community forest in Gempolan Village was dominated by multi-purposes tree species (fruits) such as durian, avocado, jengkol, petai, pakel, sawo, melinjo, jackfruit, and breadfruit.
Field studies conducted to investigate the effect of feeding of the brown stink bug, Euschistus servus (Say), and the onespotted stink bug, E. variolarius (Palisot de Beauvois), on corn growth and ...yield showed that aside from plant mortality, the production of tillers was the most apparent injury. During the 2-yr study, 52.5% of the plants exposed to the brown stink bug and 38.8% of those exposed to the onespotted stink bug formed tillers. In general, mean extended leaf heights of tillered plants (distance from the soil surface to tip of tallest extended leaf) were significantly shorter than those of untillered plants exposed to stink bugs and controls. Stink bug feeding also resulted in delayed silking of tillered plants. Mean grain weight per ear from plants that formed tillers was reduced significantly compared with controls, but yields from untillered plants were not. Effects of the two stink bug species were similar.
