The particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, which uses the best experience of an individual and its neighborhood to find the optimum solution, has proven useful in solving various optimization ...problems, including multi-objective optimization (MOO) problems. In MOO problems, existing multi-objective PSO algorithms use one or two leaders to guide the movement of every particle in a search space. This study introduces the concept of multiple leaders to guide the particles in solving MOO problems. In the proposed Multi-Leader PSO (MLPSO) algorithm, the movement of a particle is determined by all leaders that dominate that particle. This concept allows for more information sharing between particles. The performance of the MLPSO is assessed by several benchmark test problems, with their convergence and diversity values are computed. Solutions with good convergence and diversity prove the superiority of the proposed algorithm over MOPSOrand algorithm.

The research method used is using qualitative research methods, qualitative methods are research methods that produce descriptive data and written or spoken words from people's behavior can be observed, the research technique used is observation / observation, namely the researcher goes directly to the field to obtain data and prepare the tools and materials used at the time of the research. Interviews were conducted to gather information such as the role of social welfare workers and the driving and inhibiting factors in Poasia District, Kendari City. Documentation is done in order to strengthen the data from the results of the interviews conducted in the observation. The technique of determining informants in this research was carried out by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that in Poasia District there are still many underprivileged people, then the government provides assistance through the Ministry of Social Affairs for less fortunate families. This assistance is provided through a different home program. This program aims to improve the quality of housing for underprivileged people.
Allura Red-40 is a safe colour additive (permissible by the FDA and Health Canada) that is used in a variety of foods to make them more attractive and appealing for consumers. However, limited ...information is available about its binding to macronutrients that are responsible for its uniform distribution in food products. In the present study, the binding capacity of Allura with food proteins is compared with Coomassie Brillant Blue R 250, which is an established staining agent for visualizing electrophoretically resolved proteins. The data illustrate that Allura is a fast reacting dye and binds with a variety of food proteins including peanut, rice bran, garlic and mixture of proteins (Takadiastase, nisin, a microbial protein and bovine serum albumin (BSA). The Allura bound proteins retained their colour at high and low temperatures and in a wide range of pH. The experiments on the resolution of proteins and staining with Allura have shown that the dye is highly sensitive, rapid, lasting and is easily linked with a variety of proteins. The binding of Allura to various proteins had almost no adverse effect on protein digestibility, as predicted by in vitro digestibility determinations.
Reactivation of Indonesia's full membership to the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) triggered discussion surrounding global petroleum governance. The country which decided to ...suspend its full membership at the end of 2008, currently labelled as net oil importer. However, in OPEC terms Indonesia never really left, instead of the organization termed it as a "suspension". Departing from the abovementioned context and perspectives, purpose of this essay is to answer the questions about the significance of the Indonesia's membership reactivation to OPEC, and the strategic context of the reactivation in the current global oil market. In answering these questions, this article draws the dynamics of the relation of Indonesia and OPEC through the history in the first part and explores Indonesia's interests in rejoining OPEC in the second one. In the third part, this essay will explore the possible benefit for OPEC as an organization as well as for its member countries could achieve by approving Indonesia's request to reactivate its membership, despite its status as a net oil importer.
This study examined the effects of stabilized-rice bran (SRB) rich diet on responses to stress in rats. Standard rodent diet mixed with SRB in the ratio of 2:1 and 1:1 (w/w) was given for 6 weeks to ...test rats. Results showed that weekly cumulative food intakes smaller in SRB rich diet treated animals were normalized at the end of the treatment. Body weights decreased and exploratory activity in an open field increased in SRB rich diet treated animals. Learning and espatial memory monitored in the Morris water test was enhanced. An episode of 2 h restraint stress decreased food intake of SRB as well as normal diet treated animals. Deficits were smaller in SRB diet than normal diet treated animals. Exposure to 2 h restraint stress increased brain serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-HT) metabolism. The increases were smaller in SRB rich than normal diet treated animals. A potential use of SRB in health and disease is discussed in the context of its antioxidant and serotonergic effect.

Indonesia had been the largest LNG exporter for almost three decades since 1977 to 2005. During 1970s and 1980s, Indonesia’s energy industry boosted its economic growth that valued 80% of the ...country’s annual exports and 70% of its annual revenues. Meanwhile, Indonesia presents an exceptional case since it decreases its LNG export while it has been developing its largest LNG plant in Tangguh due to prioritizing domestic energy demand. But, since Indonesia eagerly links its economy to China, it uses LNG export as a medium to strengthen Indonesia-China strategic partnership. Tangguh LNG export to China, although it is not Indonesia’s largest LNG export contract, reflects a unique case of a developing country’s international energy trade. Because it presents evolution of Indonesia’s LNG export policy through dynamics of regional and global economic turbulences. This paper analyses the LNG export in the context of Asian economic crisis and its recovery, the peak of crude oil price in 2008 and followed by global financial crisis as the context as well as Indonesia’s domestic political dynamics.
This study aimed to determine the interaction effects of several maize varieties and KNO3 concentrations on maize production. The research was carried out from December 2020 to April 2021 at the ...Indonesian Cereal Research Institute Facility, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi (5°18'21.5"S, 119°28'38.6"E). The study was designed using a split-plot experimental design, where the main plot was variety (V) which consisted of 4 varieties V1 (NASA-29), V2 (JH-37), V3 (BISI-2), and V4 (Pioner P-35). The subplots were KNO3 (K) concentration which consisted of 4 concentrations, namely Control (K0), 2.5 g.L–1 (K1), 5 g.L–1 (K2), and 7.5 g.L–1 (K3). Observational data were processed using ANOVA, and if there was a significant difference in the treatment, it was further tested with a 0.05 LSD follow-up test. The results showed that the JH-37 variety gave the best response, such as plant height, cob length, and production. The 7.5 g.L–1 KNO3 concentration gave the highest effect on all parameters of maize production; The interaction between the JH-37 variety with 7.5 g.L–1 KNO3 concentration gave the highest maize production; Parameters that have a positive correlation with maize productivity are expressed by plant height and weight of 1000 seeds.
