We report on high statistics measurements of neutrino energy spectra carried out at 15, 40 and 95 meters from a 2800 Megawatt reactor, using detection modules filled with
6Li-loaded liquid ...scintillator. No oscillations have been observed. Exclusion zones for oscillation parameters are deduced from the observed consistency of the spectra at the three distances. The minimum excluded values of the
δm
2 and sin
22θ parameters are 1 × 10
−2eV
2and 2 × 10
−2 (at 90% CL), respectively.

The Bugey 3 experiment, designed to measure oscillations of reactor neutrinos, has used 3 identical detection modules, each of 600 liters, filled with a new
6Li-loaded liquid scintillator. These ...modules were located in two shielding bunkers, respectively 15 and 40 m away from the reactor core. We describe here the mechanical characteristics of these modules, their shielding, the associated electronics, the trigger, the acquisition systems, the calibration and monitoring of these detectors, and the Monte Carlo simulations of their response to particles. We conclude on the overall performance of this new detection technique which has allowed the recording of 120000 neutrino interactions with good neutron efficiency (49%), low background (2.5 evts/hr) and good energy resolution (4% at 4.4 MeV).
The multimedia information systems, in the context of a generalized communication, have to become an effective and relevant tool in the service of the social world. A first modelling of their ...conception as their realization looked in the daytime to the method of territorial intelligence Catalyse. The hypothesis founder of this research is that it is possible to translate concretely the contribution of the Sciences of information and communication in the process of methodological and technological transfer necessary for the development of Catalyse observatories, by combining them in theories stemming from the other disciplines (didactics, cognitive psychology, sociology, geography...). From the statement of a situation where SIC seem practically absent in methods of territorial intelligence, I operate in this research an empirical evaluation of the development of several Catalyse observatories: - State of the relations between the Territorial Intelligence and the Sciences of Information and Communication - Analyses of a corpus of territorial experiments at the European level - Modelling of the contributions of the Sciences of Information and the Communication in the Catalyse method and in the procedures of transfers This research succeeds concretely to propose procedures of transfer and educational tools organized in an optics of improvement of the conception of the systems of production and access to information. The procedures of transfer must be estimated and redefined in researches to come, also by taking into account evolutions of the society, and researches in Sciences of information and communication.
We built a low background detector to measure the
ν
e
e
− elastic cross section at low energy. The detector has been installed close to a nuclear reactor in Bugey and it is running since almost one ...year. After having reduced the electron background by more than 2 orders of magnitude we are now taking data to be sensitive to a neutrino magnetic moment in the region below 10
−10 Bohr magnetons.
