This article examines the specifics of the blogosphere of the Russian-speaking segment of the Internet, as well as the changes that have occurred in this area after the ban of certain social ...platforms and their recognition as extremist on the territory of the Russian Federation. The study was carried out using a comparative method and is based on the analysis of the content of blogs in the social networks VKontakte, Dzen, Telegram, selected by a continuous sampling method for the period from February 2022 to October 2022. The blogosphere today is a dynamically and actively developing environment, and blogs are no longer just a channel for broadcasting relevant information, but also a social and communicative phenomenon existing at the intersection of journalism, marketing and political technologies.
The recognition of some popular social networks as extremist on the territory of the Russian Federation has led to a reduction in the income of bloggers associated with a sharp decrease in the coverage of their accounts, as well as the departure of a number of major foreign advertisers from the Russian market. There was a transition of the main bloggers to alternative blogging platforms, as well as the search for suitable forms of content submission for them and attempts to increase the audience. These changes affected not only bloggers, but also the accounts of various state budget organizations operating within the framework of the electronic state presented on the Internet.
Social networks today are turning from platforms for communication and file sharing into digital ecosystems that include many services. Bloggers develop their accounts, increasing the number of subscribers and building up a regular audience and become influencers — opinion leaders, which is actively used by businesses in influencer marketing. To optimize cooperation with media personalities who have their own blogs, representatives of companies turn to influencer agencies, which today provide a full range of digital services, from the idea to its final implementation. The growth of the older audience leads to the fact that the content is “maturing” — more and more serious topics are being raised, the requirements for the quality of content are increasing. The trends of personalization of content and fragmentation of the blog audience are also increasing.
The actual load on the primary line and the rollers in the automatic mill of the TPA-220 pipe-rolling system at AO PNTZ is assessed, with a view to expansion of the pipe range (increase in pipe ...diameter to 245 mm).
On the basis of the variational approach and the Gauss-Seidel method there are proposed a technique and a mathematical model for determining the optimal parameters of dynamic load balancing systems ...on the crankshaft on the example of the cold rolling mill tube with reciprocating motion of an executive element in the form of a large mass working stand. The most compact scheme with the orthogonal motion of the executive element and the balancing load was chosen as the dynamic balance system. Variable parameters include dezaxial values, misalignment angle of cranks, weight of counterweight and balancing weight, lengths of connecting rods of executive and balancing mechanisms. For the existing series of sizes of cold rolling tube mill as the mass and speed of the rolling stand increase, the proportion of dynamic and technological components of the reduced load and respectively the kinematic scheme of the balancing mechanism changes. In this case, the structure of the loading and a set of variable parameters remain unchanged. Therefore, the proposed mathematical model of dynamic programming retains the universality of finding the minimum of maximum of the resulting load.
The purpose of the paper is to analyze a market of territorial marketing as a special, significantly different from the commercial market in the post-Soviet space. Attempts to characterize this ...territorial marketing market in general have not yet been undertaken. The authors have set a task to answer questions about their understanding of the territorial marketing essence; nature of interest of any territories in general and post-Soviet territories, in particular, in the use of marketing tools in its strategic development; territorial marketing market structure – customers of such services on behalf of territories, research organizations, marketing, advertising, design and other organizations creating convenient marketing products, and furthermore means for advertisement positioning and organizations providing opportunities for special events in the interests of territories promotion. On the basis of a comparative analysis of the territorial marketing markets of a number of countries leading in the post-Soviet space which are not members of the European Union, an analysis of statistical data and expert surveys, the conclusions have been made: Russia occupies the leading place in this field - and in absolute criteria (budgets, territories need), and in quality of work. But in the recent years Kazakhstan is actively developing territorial marketing technologies and this country is ahead of Russia in a number of areas. It is important that the territorial marketing markets of Russia, Kazakhstan and other post-Soviet countries are not isolated from international ideas and market structures. The main developments for the Russian territories are based on the ideas and methodology of the British school of territorial marketing. Foreign marketing structures, primarily from Great Britain and the Netherlands almost always participate (and often win) in significant tenders for territories ordering being held in Russia and other CIS countries.
The article is devoted to the choice of optimal parameters of the system of dynamic balance of loads in the mechanism of the cyclic action of the drive of the working stand of the cold rolling mill.
The technology of the shell case rolling into the rough pipe on an automatic mill of the pipe-rolling plant PRP 220 was considered. In case of the pipe rear end stability losing for a special ...thin-walled assortment of rolling products the theoretical research was carried out based on the FEM. As the result of the research the nature of such flaw as a "fin" on the end of the pipe was investigated, the evaluation of the loading on the automatic mill for the PRP 220 was obtained for different process parameters.
The introduction of pipe rolling from continuous-cast bullet on the TPA 220 piercing mill, with an expanded range (up to a diameter of 245 mm, as against the previous limit of 219 mm) and increase in ...pipe length, is described. The mechanical parameters of the mill are measured and assessed. Options for further modernization of the mill and the production of thin-walled pipe with a diameter/wall ratio of more than 30 are outlined.
The results of modifying the TPA-220 piercing mill are described. The energy and force characteristics of the mill are evaluated. The dependence of the torque on the tube dimensions and feed angles ...is established. The performance of the mill after modification and introduction of experimental tool designs is estimated.
