Flávio Wolf de Aguiar nasceu em Porto Alegre (RS), em 1947. É Doutor em Letras (1979) pela Faculdade de Filosofia, Letras e Ciências Humanas da Universidade de São Paulo (FFLCH/ USP), onde fundou e ...dirigiu o Centro Ángel Rama e atuou por muitos anos (1973-2006) como professor de Literatura Brasileira, até se aposentar. Sua atuação intelectual abrange os campos da Literatura, do jornalismo e da criação literária. Flavio Aguiar foi professor convidado e conferencista em universidades no Brasil, Uruguai, Argentina, Canadá, Alemanha, Costa do Marfim e Cuba. Dentre seus mais de trinta livros publicados constam os de autoria própria, as coletâneas por ele organizadas ou editadas, traduções e participações em antologias. São obras de crítica literária, ficção e poesia. Ao longo da vida, trabalhou nos principais jornais e revistas brasileiros. No período da ditadura militar, foi editor de cultura do jornal Movimento.
This article examines the issues of social and intellectual inadequacy under the state of exception after the 1964 coup d’état. Considering the historicity present in the lyrical voice and the formal ...texture of the poems, rather than the poet herself, I pay close attention to some verses written by Zulmira Ribeiro Tavares to interrogate what kind of subjectivity can be formed in this sociopolitical context, and what are the specificities and phases of the “state of exception” in Brazil, a postcolonial country of late and peripheral modernization. Drawing from Critical Theory, I propose a reflection on the relationship between “unmeasured” politics, exceptionality and damaged life, presenting the hypotheses that from this derives the meaning of the “perplexity” manifest in the historical sources of that period, and that such perplexity is a deep cultural mark, although barely visible, in the country.

Este trabalho objetiva discutir a temática da inadequação social e intelectual sob o estado de exceção no país, após o golpe de Estado de 1964. Considerando a historicidade presente na voz lírica e ...na textura formal dos poemas, e não na pessoa do poeta, o eixo do estudo prioriza versos de Zulmira Ribeiro Tavares para levantar questões acerca do tipo de subjetividade passível de ser formada naquele contexto sociopolítico, bem como das especificidades e fases do "estado de exceção" no Brasil, dadas suas características de país pós-colonial, de modernização tardia e periférica. Referenciado teoricamente na Teoria Crítica, este texto reflete sobre a relação entre desmedida política, excepcionalidade e vida danificada, apresentando as hipóteses de que disso deriva o sentido da "perplexidade" manifesta nas fontes históricas daquele momento brasileiro, e que tal perplexidade é uma marca cultural profunda, mas pouco visível, no país.

Este artigo faz parte de um projeto de pesquisa mais amplo que objetiva estudar a relação entre poesia, história e política, analisando produções poéticas escritas em momentos históricos cuja ...violência marca dolorosamente a experiência histórica e propicia a noção de excepcionalidade política. O foco aqui mira, especificamente, poemas escritos por Cynthia Dornelles na antologia intitulada Ebulição da Escrivatura, um pequeno livro lançado no Brasil em 1978, pela editora Civilização Brasileira, dentro da coleção Poesia Hoje, n.21. O texto destaca o fato de Dornelles ser a única voz feminina entre os autores e observa traços de sua dicção poética, sejam as figuras de linguagem mobilizadas, seja no que se refere à (estrita) participação política de mulheres e do movimento negro sob a ditadura militar então vigente no país (1964-1985). Em especial, exploram-se as imagens da janela e do vento em relação à experiência do tempo histórico, da contra-insurgência e do clamor a novas possibilidades historiográficas.
In this review, we systematically assess whether dietary interventions are effective in attenuating inflammatory biomarkers in IBDs based on clinical trials available in the literature.
This review ...was conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the PRISMA. We used the PubMed and SciVerse Scopus databases and the Cochrane collaboration tool to assess the risk of bias in clinical trials. The PICO (patient, intervention, comparison, and outcomes) strategy was used, with the descriptors: “Inflammatory bowel disease", "Crohn's disease", "cd", "ibd", "ulcerative colitis", "uc", "Diet", "Diet Habits", "Feeding", "Nutrients", "Food Intake", “Dietary patterns", "Inflammations", "Inflammation", "acute-phase proteins", "C-reactive protein", "interleukins", "tumor necrosis factor-alpha" and "inflammatory response". There is no conflict of interest.
Fifteen studies were included, with a total of 627 participants. Of the total studies included, seven showed a reduction in some inflammatory markers in response to dietary interventions. This review was registered with the PROSPERO platform under number: CRD42021235150.
The results presented in this review reveal that dietary intervention with specific characteristics may be important during the treatment of the inflammatory process in patients with IBDs.
RESUMO Trata-se de um estudo sobre o tema da alegria presente nas manifestações culturais dos anos 1970, especialmente a poesia marginal que se comparava à fase que ficou conhecida como a geração de ...22, por conta da Semana de Arte Moderna. O ponto central reside em uma discussão sobre o par alegria/tristeza como parte da construção da nação em dois momentos históricos distintos do modernismo e da modernidade brasileira: os anos 1920, com desdobramentos importantes ao longo dos anos 1930, em virtude da construção da identidade nacional com base em uma autoimagem positiva do brasileiro, e os anos 1960-1980, quando a experiência histórica dolorosa sob a violência político-econômica da ditadura militar aprofundou a contradição entre tristeza e alegria e tensionou eticamente o fazer cultural.
ABSTRACT In this study I aim to understand the theme of joy present in cultural manifestations during the 1970s, especially the “marginal poetry” that wished to be compared to the phase that became known as the 1922 generation, due to the Week of Modern Art. The central point is a discussion about the pair joy/sadness as part of nation-building in two distinct historical moments of Brazilian modernism and modernity: the 1920s, with important unfolding throughout the 1930s, due to the construction of national identity based on a positive self-image of the Brazilian, and the 1960s-1980s, when the painful historical experience under the political-economic violence of the military dictatorship deepened the contradiction between sadness and joy and tensed up the ethics in cultural action.
Introduction: Cerebral Palsy (CP) is characterized by a disorder of posture and movement, commonly leading to disabling orthopedic alterations, including muscle shortening, especially in the lower ...limbs. Stretching methods, performed gradually, are necessary to delay the impairment in function from muscle shortening. The use of serial casting aims to promote proper alignment, and an ideal and stable support base, in addition to better bone and joint health, leading to better posture, mobility, muscle function, and, subsequently, increased fitness and health.
Objective: evaluate range of motion, postural control, and motor performance in children with CP, using serial casting, as well as to measure its effect on fitness through the autonomic nervous system (ANS).
Methods: Sixty children and adolescents with CP, of both sexes, 3 to 12 years of age, will be divided into three groups: Groups A, B, and C, with 20 individuals each. Group A will use serial casting, Group B will use the orthosis continuously (with removal only allowed for bathing), and Group C will use the orthosis in their daily routine. Range of motion of the ankle of first and second resistance levels (R1 and R2), gross motor function measure (GMFM), and balance (measured by BERG scale) will be used in the initial and final assessments, and after 6 months and one year of follow-up. Timed-up-and-go (TUG), load distribution (baropodometry), motor performance measured through a real basketball game and the virtual MoveHero game, analysis of body angulation with “mydartfish”, and cardiac autonomic modulation through heart rate variability will be assessed in three different situations: barefoot, with orthosis, and with casting.
Conclusion: Serial casting demonstrates the potential to produce positive results in the treatment of individuals with CP regarding better alignment, with consequent motor and autonomic improvement.
ABSTRACT Objective To analyze the epidemiological profile of patients with vertebral trauma treated at a medical reference center at the state of Pará, Northern Brazil. Methods A quantitative and ...retrospective study conducted at Hospital Metropolitano de Urgência e Emergência (HMUE) in Ananindeua, Northern Brazil, from January 2020 to March 2020, using medical records of patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019. Results Data from 270 medical records from the orthopedic and trauma sector of the hospital were analyzed. Conclusion The predominant profile was male patients, aged between 20 and 29 years, with low social conditions, presenting compressive lesions of lumbar vertebrae, submitted to conservative intervention, with hospital stays of 8 to 30 days, and evolving to complete recovery without sequelae. Level of evidence II; Retrospective Study.
RESUMO Objetivo Analisar o perfil epidemiológico de pacientes com trauma vertebral atendidos em centro médico de referência no estado do Pará, norte do Brasil. Métodos Estudo quantitativo e retrospectivo realizado no Hospital Metropolitano de Urgência e Emergência (HMUE), em Ananindeua, norte do Brasil, entre janeiro de 2020 e março de 2020, usando prontuários de pacientes internados entre janeiro de 2018 e dezembro de 2019. Resultados Foram analisados dados de 270 prontuários do setor de ortopedia e trauma do hospital. Conclusão O perfil predominante foi de pacientes do sexo masculino, com idade entre 20 e 29 anos, de baixa condição econômica, que apresentaram lesões compressivas em vértebras lombares, submetidos a intervenção conservadora, internação hospitalar de 8 a 30 dias, que evoluíram para recuperação completa, sem sequelas. Nível de evidência II; Estudo Retrospectivo.

Métodos Estudio cuantitativo y retrospectivo realizado en el Hospital Metropolitano de Urgência e Emergência, en Ananindeua, norte de Brasil, entre enero de 2020 y marzo de 2020, que utilizando historias clínicas de pacientes ingresados en el hospital de enero de 2018 a diciembre de 2019. Resultados Se analizaron los datos de 270 historias clínicas del sector de ortopedia y traumatología del hospital. Conclusión El perfil predominante fue de pacientes del sexo masculino entre 20 y 29 años, de bajas condiciones económicas, que presentaban lesiones compresivas en las vértebras lumbares, sometidos a intervención conservadora, con estancias hospitalarias de 8 a 30 días que evolucionaron hacia recuperación completa sin secuelas. Nivel de evidencia II; Estudio Retrospectivo.
