Ensuring the possibility of reliable and of good quality fortified rocks along the contour of making within the boundaries of the zone of possible collapse of rocks. The length of the soil anchors did not significantly affect the condition of the soil rocks. Consequently, that on the deformations and stresses both in the lateral and in the soils are not soil, but lateral anchors. The use of these technological developments will reduce the cost of conducting and maintaining workings by 7–10% with soil anchors (reducing maintenance costs by 7–10%) and will provide an economic effect of 10–15 thousand tenge per running meter of output.
It is not easy to provide the specified indicators of the sector directional pattern quality when a linear antenna array is used. This especially concerns the application of the synthesis methods ...based on the expansion of the pattern into a generalized Fourier series. The reasons for the deterioration of the sector pattern indicators lie in the use of a finite number of basis functions during the synthesis as well as in the limitedness in the space of the amplitude-phase distribution on the array aperture. The purpose of the paper is to show, with the help of the example of an equidistant antenna array, that the use of optimized pre-distortions of the template in the synthesis allows achieving improved indicators of the sector directional pattern. To provide pre-distortion, a template is proposed, one parameter of which determines the width, and another - the degree of smoothness of the pattern top. A small number of template parameters makes it possible, when optimizing it, to abandon the methods of evolutionary search and significantly simplify the synthesis procedure. Specific examples show that the use of optimized pre-distortions of the template allows achieving improved indicators of the sector directional pattern. So, one can significantly reduce the amplitude of front oscillations of the directional pattern top with its slopes remaining as steep as possible, and one can also achieve an exact match of the pattern width to the initially specified sector. The application of the presented synthesis technique makes it possible to design linear antenna arrays, allowing building the sector directional patterns with improved quality indicators.
Antennas with specialized directional patterns are in high demand in modern radio engineering systems. The practical implementation of special directional patterns based on aperture and, in ...particular, mirror antennas entails transforming the mirror profile, which can result in extremely complex configurations. At the same time, in a mirror antenna with a comb reflector, making a special directional pattern requires the correct choice of the groove depths that are short-circuited slits by the form and are periodically placed in the conducting screen. To synthesize a cosecant directional pattern based on an antenna with a comb reflector, the authoring computational algorithm is applied. The algorithm includes the interpolation of the amplitude-phase front of the electromagnetic wave produced by the antenna feed by the locally flat fragments and the use of a strict solution to the problem of screen slit diffraction of a plane wave with a bounded front in space. To determine the groove depths, a genetic algorithm and a criterion for the minimum standard deviation of the calculated directional pattern from the expected one are used. The results of the synthesis of a cosecant directional pattern in a wide angular sector based on an antenna with an optimized comb reflector are presented.

A problem of formation of the amortization fundremains actual at the moment. In the modern scientific and educational literature amortization fund means the fund, including the use of funds to complete the restoration and repair of the fixed assets. This paper makesthe analysis of the situation in the area of investment in the fixed capital, which has developed in Russia for the past severalyears. The aim of this paper is to study the investment climate in the country based on the analysis of investments in the fixed capital by the sources of financing and types of the economic activity. The work is based on dynamic and structural analysis of analytical and statistical information on the processes occurring in this field.As a result, it can be noted that in spite of a number of efforts being made, in general, there are low growth rates in industry, there is a deficit of investments in the fixed assets. Most of the investments in fixed assets are carried out at the expense of the organizations’ own funds. A significant number of economic entities do not have the means, necessary for the technological renewal. Unfortunately, the regulatory framework in the field of accounting for the fixed assets and accrual of depreciation does not imply the use of a special account for the accumulation, and, most importantly, for the purposeful control of the use of the depreciation fund.First of all, it is necessary for companies with state participation and monopoly organizations. The lack of control over the targeted use of the depreciation fund led to a deterioration in the dynamics of indexes, characterizing the state and movement of the fixed assets, as evidenced by data on relevant indexes. Accelerated depreciation, used in tax accounting, should be monitored. However, at present, this only leads to an increase in costs. The article proposes accounting entries for the formation of an amortization fund and information on its intended use. In IFRS standards, information on the amount of accrued depreciation on fixed assets is generated in the reporting, which should also be shown in the financial statements of domestic organizations (especially with the state participation). Ambiguity in the interpretation of legislative and regulatory acts in the field of accounting for the fixed assets, accrual of depreciation and the formation of an amortization fund does not contribute to improving the investment climate in the country and leads to significant wear and tear in virtually all sectors of the economy. The article concludes that there is a significant underinvestment of the domestic economy, especially for manufacturing organizations.
