The development of potato plants during the cultivation of two crops occurs in a short period. At the same time, field conditions change and do not repeat over time. The formation of the crop during ...the cultivation of two crops in the Moscow region turns out to be in different growing conditions: the first crop falls on a long day and moderate temperatures, as well as sometimes returning frosts, the second crop falls on a short day and high temperatures, as well as a lack of moisture. The purpose of our research was to substantiate the choice of varieties for cultivation of two crops. Its solution is possible with a certain guaranteed efficiency based on the theory of statistical games. The research was carried out at the Vegetable Experimental Station of the Moscow State Agrarian University named after K.A. Timiryazev and at the Central Experimental Station of the Barybino Research Institute of Agrochemistry of the Moscow Region 2017-2022. The experiment was laid by the method of random placement of plots, the predecessor was a bow. The planting density is 47.6 thousand plants per 1 ha. Germinated tubers were used for planting during the first planting of a large fraction, during the second planting of an average fraction. The second landing was carried out on the vacant place after cleaning the first landing. The cultivation technology is standard. Cleaning was carried out in mid-July and at the end of September. Statistical game theory was used to determine the choice of a variety with a certain guaranteed efficiency. As a result of forecasting in critical climatic conditions, it is necessary to plant 1 crop - varieties Riviera and for 2 crops - varieties Luck.
The article presents the results of a study of obtaining early potato production using a microbiological fertilizer in the conditions of the Moscow region. Early potato varieties were used for the ...study: Udacha, Bryansk delicacy, Red Scarlett, Zhukovsky early, Meteor, Riviera. All varieties of table appointment with high palatability are recommended for cultivation in the Nonchernozem zone of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the research is to study the effect of the microbiological fertilizer Slavol on the growth, development of early potato plants and productivity. The experiment was carried out in 2020-2021. Observations and records in the experiment were carried out according to generally accepted methods when conducting field and laboratory studies on potato crops. Mass seedlings were noted in the variants with the treatment of tubers with the microbiological fertilizer Slavol in the following sequence: variety Zhukovsky, Meteor, Riviera, Udacha, Bryansk delicacy. The maximum total period from germination to harvesting on July 15 was longer in the variant with treatment in the Zhukovsky early variety (56 days), which further affected the increase in yield. The use of the microbiological fertilizer Slavol contributed to an increase in yield for all the studied varieties from 22.2 to 42.8% in relation to the control variant. Thus, in the experiment, the positive effect of microbiological fertilizer Slavol on the growth, development and yield of early potato varieties in the conditions of the Moscow region was established.
Abstract
The scientific article presents the results of a five-year study to identify promising agrotechnical methods of cultivation on potatoes of the early variety Red Scarlett, in the conditions ...of the Non-Chernozem Zone of the Russian Federation. During this period, there is an increase in the cost and demand for fresh potato products. In world production, the potato occupies the fourth place after the main grain crops (wheat, corn, rice) and is an emergency in the event of a crop failure of spring wheat, it is not in vain that they say: “potatoes are the second bread”. To increase the yield in the early stages, it is necessary to select the optimal cultivation methods. In our studies, planting material of large and medium fractions was used, with and without germination (as a control). Germination was carried out with low illumination 60-70 W/m2, moderate temperature 12-140C, for 3 weeks. In variant 4,5,6, when planting, in addition to germination, glauconite sand was added at a dose of 10, 20, 30 g/1 plant. The purpose of the work: to determine the optimal method of growing and obtaining products by the third decade of July in the conditions of the Moscow region.
Abstract
Potatoes are an important crop for the country’s food security. In connection with the warming of the climate, it becomes possible to cultivate two crops of potatoes in one growing season. ...Potatoes can be affected by numerous diseases, the most dangerous in our zone are Phytophthora infestans and, in recent years, Alternaria. According to various sources, losses amount to 50%. The use of resistant varieties reduces the pesticide load on the crop agrocenosis. The article presents the results of studies of field resistance of different varieties of potatoes to Alternaria and Phytophthora infestans, as well as the use of effective fungicides of systemic action. It was revealed that during the cultivation of two early harvests of potatoes during one growing season, differentiation of diseases occurs in the summer: Alternaria develops during the first planting, and Phytophthora infestansdevelops during the second planting. For the first planting, it is necessary to use varieties resistant to Alternaria (Zhukovsky, Lady Claire, Red Scarlet and Impala), for the second planting, resistant to Phytophthora infestans(Luck). In the system of protective measures, it is necessary to include one treatment with systemic fungicides, it is necessary to take into account the waiting period, as the growing season is short.

, germination of tubers, the influence of the fraction of the planting material on the formation of the crop. The Moscow region is characterized by extreme weather conditions in the early spring period, which often leads to a delay in the development and formation of the harvest of early potato production. For the implementation of research tasks, an early potato variety “Meteor” for table use was used - with good taste and recommended for obtaining ultra-early products. The variety has a high declared yield, resistance to diseases widespread in research conditions. The aim of the research was to obtain an increase in yields without the use of growth stimulants and chemical fertilizers, which is important for the modern buyer. According to the research results, we noted the effect of the covering material in combination with the germination of tubers on the early emergence of seedlings and a long growing season before the first and second harvesting. The maximum difference in yield was noted at 15.07 in relation to the control in variants with a covering material of 17 g-m

in combination with germination, as well as in the variant: tubers of a large fraction in combination with germination that amounted to 27 … 25%. The average increase for the first harvest was noted in variants with a covering material without germination of tubers that amounted to 8 … 11% in relation to the control. When cleaning, the gap between control and options decreased by 2 … 3% compared to the first harvest, and the total yield increased by 5 … 8% in all variants of the experiment in relation to the first harvest.

Abstract
To obtain environmentally friendly early production of potatoes, the use of a technological method in the cultivation technology - light germination was studied. The cultivation technology ...is standard, except for the studied technique. There is a varietal reaction to reception, responds well to germination of the Luck and Bullfinch varieties. In the variant with germination, the total costs increase, but in the cost structure there is a decrease in the costs of expensive fertilizers and seeds. The cost of machinery and agricultural production does not rise much. implements in connection with additional work related to the light germination, where it is necessary to take out the planting material from the storage. These costs are not significant and the reception provides a high net energy income, high coefficients, as well as a low energy cost, which allows you to save energy resources when growing early potatoes and get maximum income. There is an increase in net energy income by 5.9 … 31.9%, energy cost coefficients by 6.3 … 32.8%, as well as a decrease in cost by 0.09 … 0.33 GJ•t

Abstract
The scientific article presents the results of five-year research on an effective method of growing potatoes of the early variety Udacha, for obtaining products in the second decade of July ...in the conditions of the Moscow region of the Russian Federation. For the formation of the potato yield, various methods were used to optimize the conditions for the growth and development of plants in the early spring and summer periods, for the experiments used (pre-planting glauconite sands 10, 20 and 30 g/plant, the effect of drip irrigation on the formation of early production the use of a covering material during germination of potato tubers, light germination of tubers). In the studies, observations were made of the early ripening potatoes of the Luck variety. Our research is aimed at increasing early potato yield through environmentally friendly practices. Thus, according to the results of the study, the following data were obtained: the interphase period of seedling-harvesting had a difference of 5 … 7 days, depending on the variant of the experiment, this period was 46 … 56 days, which corresponds to the length of the growing season for early-maturing varieties grown under optimal conditions. The average mass of tubers per plant for all variants as of July 15 was 787.1 grams, which is not a bad indicator for the Moscow region. The maximum early yield was achieved in the variants with the use of drip irrigation with the introduction of glauconite sands at a dose of 20 and 30 g/plant and in the variant with light germination in combination with a covering material of 17 g/m

The NEMO Phase-2 tower is the first detector which was operated underwater for more than 1 year at the “record” depth of 3500 m. It was designed and built within the framework of the NEMO (NEutrino ...Mediterranean Observatory) project. The 380 m high tower was successfully installed in March 2013 80 km offshore Capo Passero (Italy). This is the first prototype operated on the site where the Italian node of the KM3NeT neutrino telescope will be built. The installation and operation of the NEMO Phase-2 tower has proven the functionality of the infrastructure and the operability at 3500 m depth. A more than 1 year long monitoring of the deep water characteristics of the site has been also provided. In this paper the infrastructure and the tower structure and instrumentation are described. The results of long term optical background measurements are presented. The rates show stable and low baseline values, compatible with the contribution of
40
K light emission, with a small percentage of light bursts due to bioluminescence. All these features confirm the stability and good optical properties of the site.

Does the state of postural instability require a high hierarchical level of posture control? Electromyographic (EMG) activity of leg muscles was recorded during transcranial magnetic stimulation ...(TMS) of the motor cortex and electrical stimulation of the tibial nerve (H-reflex) in healthy subjects standing on a rigid floor and on a rocking platform. In the soleus muscle, TMS-evoked EMG responses increased considerably (2.2±1.1 times) when balancing on the rocking platform, whilst the H-reflex tended to decrease. The effect of support instability was specific to the muscles participating in the posture control. The results suggest that postural instability might change the state and the role of the motor cortex in equilibrium maintenance.
Motivation: The huge growth in gene expression data calls for the implementation of automatic tools for data processing and interpretation. Results: We present a new and comprehensive machine ...learning data mining framework consisting in a non-linear PCA neural network for feature extraction, and probabilistic principal surfaces combined with an agglomerative approach based on Negentropy aimed at clustering gene microarray data. The method, which provides a user-friendly visualization interface, can work on noisy data with missing points and represents an automatic procedure to get, with no a priori assumptions, the number of clusters present in the data. Cell-cycle dataset and a detailed analysis confirm the biological nature of the most significant clusters.
