The article discusses the modern specifics of the formation of the subject-object base of the integrated system of economic security. It is determined that recently there has been a dynamic increase ...in risks and threats that arise in the sphere of economy and require the formation of effective mechanisms to counteract their interference. The main components of the subject-object base of the integrated system of economic security in modern conditions are analyzed. It is defined that the subject base includes a group of subjects, such as State bodies, enterprises, public organizations and other participants in economic processes. The object base covers objects that need protection, such as information, financial resources, infrastructure, technologies and other components of the economic security system. The practical importance of integration of subject and object bases to ensure the effective functioning of the system of economic security of the State under modern conditions is proved. Various aspects of the integration of the subject-object base are considered, in particular, the development of mechanisms of interaction between subjects, the creation of risk protection systems for objects, and the introduction of innovative approaches to ensuring economic security. The author analyzes the current conditions influencing the system of economic security, in particular globalization, cyber threats and the global security situation. Recommendations for improving the existing subject-object base of economic security have been formed, which provide for the intensive development of cooperation between different subjects, the introduction of modern technologies and the strengthening of cybersecurity with regard to the economic system of the State. It is proved that in modern conditions the subject-object base is a key element of the integrated system of economic security of the State. At that, the integration of subject and object bases requires the use of an integrated approach and the establishment of effective interaction between all stakeholders. It is determined that the development and improvement of the subject-object base is an important task to ensure sustainable development of the national economy and reduce risks to its functioning in the long run.
The article considers specificity of determination of national threats as prerequisites for formation of an integrated system of economic security at the national level. It is noted that the ...integrated system of economic security is a complex structure that includes various components that cover the main spheres of functioning of the national economy. It is defined that the growing complexity of the global geopolitical and economic environment increases the need to create an effective system for managing the country’s economic security. It is noted that the main advantage of the integrated system of economic security of the State is the possibility of its full consideration of fluctuations of the global economic system through careful analysis and monitoring of economic tendencies, changes in world trade or financial markets, and other key global factors. This becomes of particular importance in the view of the State adapting in a timely manner to changes in the global economic environment while ensuring its economic stability and security. The role of determination of national threats in formation of an integrated system of economic security is analyzed. The key factors influencing the economic security of the country, such as geopolitical location, natural resources, technological development, demographic situation, level of corruption, etc., are examined. It is found that the determination of national threats allows to identify the potential risks and vulnerabilities of the national economy. The principles of formation of strategic approaches and policy of ensuring economic security at the national level have been proposed. The peculiarities of introduction of integrated systems of economic security on the basis of determination of national threats are considered. The importance of studying national threats for the formation of an effective system of economic security is proved. The application of the analysis of determination of national threats for the development of strategies for ensuring stability and development of the national economy has been proposed.
The article identifies problems and prospects of institutional provision for anti-crisis regulation of economic security of Ukraine. It is noted that the current level of economic security of ...Ukraine, complicated by the wartime, requires new approaches to institutional provision in terms of crisis management and regulation capable of solving the issue of reducing the level of corruption and shadowing the economy, which will significantly affect the implementation of our country’s intention to become a member of the European Union. It is noted that institutional provision for anti-crisis regulation of economic security of the country is considered as a complex and integrated system of socioeconomic development and provides for the implementation of appropriate measures (organizational, economic, technological, preventive, controlling, and protective), which are taken to neutralize the negative impact on the economic security of the State. It is determined that one of the main conditions for building an effective system of institutional provision for anti-crisis regulation of economic security of the country is the introduction of regular monitoring of the implementation of previously adopted decisions, formation of a dynamic information structure of institutional regulation of the national economy and elimination of existing administrative barriers and restrictions. It is concluded that one of the important conditions for the formation of an efficient system of institutional provision for anti-crisis regulation of economic security of Ukraine is the use of modern management technologies in combination with the development of the institutional environment, which covers a set of important institutions, formal and informal institutions and institutional changes aimed at improving the qualitative characteristics of formal and informal institutions that already exist in the field of anti-crisis regulation of economic security. A system of institutional provision for anti-crisis regulation of economic security of the country has been proposed, which provides for the complexity of solving problems at all levels of management, optimization of anti-crisis measures and equalization of conditions for economic management and human life, which, in turn, will allow solving the issue of creating conditions for development of both business and social sphere.
The article forms an integrated system of economic security at the national level. It is noted that new threats to Ukraine’s national security today are caused by hostilities on its own territory and ...certain problems in the country’s economy. In this regard, a sharp lag in technical-technological, organizational, managerial, marketing, and human resources potentials in almost all sectors of the national economy is observed, which significantly affects the level of economic security at the national level. It is specified that when forming an integrated system of economic security at the national level, it is necessary to take into account certain objective circumstances, neglect of which may lead to a loss of control over national interests. It is defined that in today’s conditions, the economic security of a country is the foundation for the functioning of all elements related to this system: political, social, military, environmental, technological, information security, etc. Thus, it can be confidently stated that it occupies a central place in the national security system, since its provision guarantees the vital activity of virtually all spheres of society and contributes to the socioeconomic development of the State. A structure of the economic security of the State is proposed. After analyzing the proposed integrated system of economic security at the national level, the authors note the close interrelation of all types of threats and their impact on the realization of the national interests of the State. It is concluded that the formation of an integrated system of economic security at the national level, which combines the identification of threats to national security and the level of economic security of the country, can ensure the sustainability of all sectors of the economy, long-term economic growth and high quality of life of the country’s population. When building an integrated system of economic security at the national level, the authors identify the main types of threats: of national level, internal economic relations, of territorial level, and threats to public relations, the presence and relevance of which prove the need for an integrated approach to solving the problems of economic security.
Aim: The aim of our study was to assess the nutritional status and eating behavior of young children and identify the prevalence of macro- and micronutrient diet deficiencies in Ukraine. Materials ...and methods: Three hundred and fifty children aged from 9 months to 3 years from central, eastern and western regions of Ukraine were involved in the cross-sectional study. Basic child's data were collected, health status was assessed by a physician, and parents used a 3-day food diary and a food questionnaire for self-completion. Data from the diaries and questionnaires were analyzed with DietPlan 6 software. Results: The diet composition was mostly adequate for age. Overall average provision with energy (1165.67 29.67–4951.33kcal/day), protein (40.53 0.63–230.37g/day) and carbohydrates (153.63 3.53–708.7g/day) exceeded the corresponding standards. The diet of the majority of children did not comply with the recommended intake of zinc (91%), iron (68%), calcium (61%), iodine (49%), vitamins A (99%), D (97%), B6 (89%), B12 (71%), E (70%) and B1 (61%). Excessive weight was significantly associated with higher levels of energy, protein, carbohydrates and fat consumption. Overweight was reliably correlated with a higher diet's energy and carbohydrates content. Conclusions: The contemporary diet of young children in Ukraine, like in many other developed countries, is generally unbalanced, containing an excess of energy and protein as well as inadequate amount of many minerals and vitamins.
