Twitter is one of the tools used today by journalists from around the world. One measure of visibility of a Twitter account is the number of followers. In this paper we analyze the behavior on Twitter in the Spanish media and its directors. Material and methods. We use the followers of the directors and media Twitter accounts. With this data we make two rankings and a bidimensional chart. Results and conclusions. We found a group of directors who are their own brand (brand-directors): Ignacio Escolar, Peter J. Ramirez, Julio Alonso and Alfredo Relaño, among others. We also found media with high visibility in Twitter but the directors do not: El Pais, Muy Interesante, Marca, RTVE, among others.

Excess molar enthalpies, densities, speeds of sound, and viscosities at the temperatures (283.15, 298.15, and 313.15) K have been measured for the binary mixture 2-methyltetrahydrofuran + 1-butanol. ...From the experimental data, excess molar volumes, excess isentropic compressibilities, excess speeds of sound, and viscosity deviations have been calculated. These excess properties and deviations have been fitted to Redlich−Kister equations.
Excess enthalpies, densities, speeds of sound, and viscosities at (283.15, 298.15, and 313.15) K are reported for the binary mixture tetrahydropyran + 1-butanol. Excess molar volumes have been ...calculated from the densities. The deviations in both the speeds of sound and the absolute viscosities have also been estimated. All of the properties have been fit to Redlich−Kister equations.
Densities and viscosities at 298.15 K of the ternary mixtures 1-butanol + 1-chlorobutane + 1-butylamine and 2-methyl-1-propanol + 1-chlorobutane + 1-butylamine and the binary mixtures 1-butanol + ...1-butylamine and 2-methyl-1-propanol + 1-butylamine have been measured. Excess molar volumes and viscosity deviations were fitted to the polynomial equation of Cibulka. The experimental results were also compared with those predicted by the empirical equations of Redlich−Kister, Tsao−Smith, Kohler, and Colinet.
Isobaric vapour–liquid equilibrium (VLE) has been experimentally studied for the ternary mixture 2-butanol (1) +
n-hexane (2) + 1-chlorobutane (3), at the pressure of 101.3
kPa. The activity ...coefficients were found to be thermodynamically consistent and they were satisfactorily correlated with the Wilson, NRTL and UNIQUAC equations. They have been also compared with the results obtained from the application of the ASOG and the modified UNIFAC group contribution methods. The boiling points of the solutions were correlated with compositions by using the Wisniak–Tamir equations. The results obtained indicate that the ternary system deviates positively over the whole compositions range. Azeotropic behaviour was not found for the ternary mixture.
Viscosities of the ternary system
n-hexane+1,3-dioxolane+1-butanol and the binary system
n-hexane+1,3-dioxolane have been measured at atmospheric pressure at 298.15 and 313.15
K. Viscosity deviations ...for the binary and ternary systems were calculated from experimental data and fitted to Redlich–Kister and Cibulka equations, respectively. The group contribution method proposed by Wu has been used to predict the viscosity of all mixtures.
This paper provides evidence on the costs imposed by crime and violence in five Latin American countries: Chile, Costa Rica, Honduras, Paraguay and Uruguay. Crime and violence stand out as one of the ...major social challenges to be dealt with in Latin America. However, the incidence of crime (and thus its social and economic impact) varies among countries. Based on a common theoretical framework across all five countries, we use a costs-accounting methodology and find that the cost of criminality varies from a striking 10.5 % of GDP in Honduras to a moderate 2.5 % in Costa Rica. Also, by quantifying the different components of the cost equation separately, we provide insight on which felonies are more costly and which agents are burdened most heavily by these costs.
Viscosities of the ternary mixture (2-butanol+
n-hexane+1-butylamine) and of the binary mixtures (2-butanol+
n-hexane) at 298.15 and 313.15 K, and (2-butanol+1-butylamine) at 313.15 K have been ...measured at atmospheric pressure. Viscosity deviations and excess Gibbs energy of activation of viscous flow for the binary and ternary systems were fitted to Redlich–Kister's and Cibulka's equations, respectively. To correlate experimental data of ternary system from binary ones, different empirical and semiempirical equations have been used (Nissan and Grunberg, Hind, Frenkel, McAllister, Katti and Chaudhri, Heric and Iulan) and their parameters have been calculated. The “viscosity-thermodynamic” model (UNIMOD) has been applied to correlate experimental data for the binary mixtures and to predict the viscosity for the ternary system. The Group Contribution-Thermodynamic Viscosity model (GC-UNIMOD), and the group contribution method proposed by Wu have been employed to predict the viscosity for the binary and ternary systems.
