In today’s rapid economic development and social progress, how to effectively combine architectural geomantic omen with contemporary architectural design is the concrete embodiment of modern geomantic omen culture keeping pace with The Times, and is also an important subject faced by Chinese traditional culture to benefit contemporary people and promote economic development. This paper combines Chinese geomantic omen with modern architecture and discusses the site selection of modern architecture under the guidance of geomantic omen based on the current ecological environment construction. This paper studies the site selection of ecological buildings under the guidance of geomantic omen, which provides a new idea for the application of ancient geomantic omen in the future site selection of buildings. To treat Chinese geomantic culture correctly, Chinese architecture, as the carrier of Chinese culture, should inherit critically, explore its scientific essence, and use the past for the present or use it with a little modification. This paper attempts to learn from the traditional Chinese geomantic concepts, such as wind, air, sunshine, water, and so on, and apply them to the current ecological building site selection. According to the natural environment analysis, starting from the current actual environment, applying ancient geomantic in modern construction site, adjust measures to local conditions, such as mountain gives a new meaning, while retaining the maximum illumination area, environment, plant more traditional geomantic meaning, create more appropriate, good living environment, also accord with the demand of the national ecological construction. Solar‐driven vapor generation technology can directly produce clean water, but existing strategies remain challenging in achieving both high evaporation performance and good salt resistance due to ...complex water‐thermal management. Here, we constructed hydrogel‐based hierarchically nanostructured evaporator (HNE) with vertically aligned micro water transportation pathways and water confined ion selective nanochannels. Based on the polarity modified hierarchical structures and umbrella‐shaped geometry design, HNEs can achieve high‐speed water transfer at low saturated water content to realize efficient heat energy confinement, and provide more heat exchange sites. Consequently, an exciting water evaporation rate of 3.68 kg m−2 h−1 and the efficiency of 91.1% were achieved under 1 sun solar radiation. More importantly, the overlapping electrical double layer in the narrow nanochannels endows the ions selectivity of the nanochannel to reject anions, resulting in reliable long‐term salt resistance. The ingenious design was creatively confirmed by streaming potential and validated during long‐term efficient work.

In order to solve the corrosion problem of production string in the process of acidizing for the purpose of production, a new water-based annular protective fluid suitable for HTHP acid gas, ...including H2S-CO2 wells, was developed. Firstly, an appropriate deoxidizer, bactericide, and corrosion inhibitor shall be selected according to the production string of acid gas. In addition, the synergism between additives is evaluated. Then, by designing the additive ratio, the optimal formulation of the water-based annular protective fluid is determined. Finally, a high-temperature autoclave was used to evaluate the protective performance of the water-based annular protective liquid. The results showed that it is recommended to use water-based annular protective liquids prepared with clear water that comes easily from nature (rivers, etc.), which consist of a corrosion inhibitor, CT2-19C (30,000 ppm), BN-45 bactericide (2 g/L), and anhydrous sodium sulfite (3 g/L). The density of the water-based annulus protection liquid is 1.02 g/cm3, and the freezing point is −2.01 °C. The dissolved oxygen content of water-based annulus protection fluids prepared with clear water in formation water shall be controlled within 0.3 ppm. The corrosion inhibition rate of water-based annular protective fluid in the liquid phase is higher than 90%, and the corrosion rate of P110SS steel in the gas–liquid phase is lower than the oilfield corrosion control index (0.076 mm/y).
Surface water pollution seriously restricts the development of the city and results in the citizens yearning for a better life. Mountainous cities have their own characteristics in surface water ...environment and pollution compared with those of plain cities due to their unique topography. In August and October 2019, surface water and sediments were collected in a typical river (Qingshuixi River) in the main urban area of Chongqing. These samples were analyzed for nutrients such as carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus as well as other basic physicochemical indicators. The results showed that the surface water of the Qingshuixi River was inferior to Category V at present, and it was also at a serious pollution level according to the comprehensive pollution index evaluation system. Among all the water quality indices, NH
and TP showed the most serious pollution. The tributaries of the Qingshuixi River exhibited higher surface water quality than that of the main stream, and the water quality during the rainfall season
According to the formation and handling situation of hydrate in ultra-deep high-pressure sulfurcontaining gas wells in northwest Sichuan, the formation conditions of natural gas hydrate was studied ...based on previous studies on hydrate, the molecular dynamics of natural gas hydrate and the multiphase flow law of high-temperature high-pressure high-sulfur-containing gas wellbore were combined, and the pressure prediction model with high-temperature high-pressure sulfur-containing gas wells as the target was built. The chemical and physical control methods of wellbore hydrate plugging were discussed to provide the scientific theoretical basis for the prediction and control of hydrate in high-temperature high-pressure high-sulfurcontaining gas wells.

Statistical analysis of species, distributions, and others of Chinese endemic seed plant from Tibetan medicine plants and usually used in the clinic of Tibetan medicine. The results showed that there are 523 species (25%) of Chinese endemic seed plant, belonging to 65 families and 162 genera, in about 2 000 varieties of Tibetan medicine plants recorded in relevant literatures. There are 180 Chinese endemic seed plant species (28%) belonging to 42 families and 72 genera from 625 medicine plants usually used in the clinic of Tibetan medicine. Specifically, the most of these Chinese endemic seed plant species are characteristic crude drug used in Tibetan medicine, and mainly or only distributed in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. And a few species of them were intersected with traditional Chinese medicines (TCM)
Hepatocyte lipid accumulation is the main feature in the early stage of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Highland barley Monascus purpureus Went (HBMPW), a fermentation product of Hordeum ...vulgare Linn. var. nudum Hook. f. has traditionally been used as fermented foods in Tibet with the effect of reducing blood lipid in folk medicine.
This study investigated the protective effects and molecular mechanism of highland barley Monascus purpureus Went extract (HBMPWE) on NAFLD in syrian golden hamster fed with high-fat, high-fructose, high-cholesterol diet (HFFCD).
HFFCD-induced NAFLD golden hamster model was established and treated with HBMPWE. Liver index, biochemical index, and hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining were observed. Liver metabolomics and western blot analysis were employed.
Our study found that HBMPWE ameliorated HFFCD induced dyslipidemia, weight gain and elevated the liver index. In addition, HBMPWE treatment significantly attenuated lipid accumulation in the liver and modulated lipid metabolism (sphingolipid, glycerophospholipid). Our data demonstrated that HBMPWE not only regulated the expression of proteins related to fatty acid synthesis and decomposition (SREBP-1/ACC/FAS/AceS1, PPARα/ACSL/CPT1/ACOX1), but also regulated the expression of proteins related to cholesterol synthesis and clearance (HMGCR, LDLR, CYP7A1).
HBMPWE improved NAFLD through multiple pathways and multiple targets in body metabolism and could be used as a functional food to treat NAFLD and other lipid metabolic disorders.

Understanding the photocatalytic reductive dehalogenation mechanism of halogenated aromatic pollutants is of great research value. However, the proton source in the photocatalytic dehalogenation ...process of representative halogenated aromatic pollutants by TiO2 is not clear. In this study, the TiO2 surface was modified by hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, and sodium fluoride to obtain TiO2 samples with different hydroxyl groups. It was found that the hydroxyl groups on the surface of TiO2 affects the sequence of proton and electron transfer in dehalogenation. The abundance of hydroxyl groups on the surface of TiO2 can accelerate the reductive dehalogenation process of representative halogenated aromatic pollutants. The kinetic solvent isotope effect was used to study the proton-coupled electron transfer process in the reaction. It shows that the enriching of protons on TiO2 bridging oxygen (bridging hydroxyl groups) is conducive to the rapid step of protonation of the reactant, and subsequent proton and electron transfer. On the contrary, the bridging hydroxyl groups can be removed by reacting with strongly basic sodium hydroxide and sodium ions can occupy the bridging oxygen. The substitution of bridging oxygen by fluorine ions can also lead to the destruction of bridge hydroxyl groups. Significantly, the absence of bridging hydroxyl groups on titanium dioxide will lead to the dehalogenation of representative halogenated aromatic pollutants initiated by electron transfer. This study is helpful to understand dehalogenation reaction paths catalyzed by TiO2.

Scutellaria baicalensis is a functional food that has the potential to treat various diseases. Scutellaria baicalensis can be divided into two types: Ziqin (strip types) and (rotten xylem). Ziqin is used to clear lower energizer large intestine heat syndrome, while Kuqin is used for the treatment of upper energizer lung heat syndrome. At present, the substance basis of the differences between Ziqin and Kuqin is not clear. The changes in metabolite accumulation and protein expression between them were analyzed by the non-targeted metabolomic technique in combination with the label-free proteomics approach. The results showed that the differentially accumulated metabolites and abundant proteins were mainly enriched in the pathways of phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis, phenylpropanoid biosynthesis, flavonoid biosynthesis, flavone and flavonol biosynthesis, isoflavonoid biosynthesis, and anthocyanin biosynthesis. Collectively, these results reveal the changes of Scutellaria baicalensis in different growth years and provide a reference for selecting the appropriate harvest period.
