The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of physical education students about sports injuries using the PRICES method at UPMI Medan. This research is a descriptive study, with data ...collection techniques using survey methods. The research instrument uses a knowledge test in the form of true-false. The population in this study was 40 students of the Physical Education Program. The data analysis technique used descriptive with percentage. The results showed that: very high category of 22.50% (9 people), high category of 35% (14 people), moderate category of 25% (10 people), low category of 13% (5 people), and very low by 5% (2 people). These results can be concluded that the knowledge of physical education program students about early handling of sports injuries using the PRICES (Protect Rest Ice Compression Elevation Support) method at UPMI Medan is in the high category.

This study aims to determine the effect of the development of audio-visual media on the motor-physical development of students in BIG Kindergarten. This study involved early childhood students aged ...5-6 years as participants. An audio-visual-based online learning approach was used in this study to introduce students to interesting physical activities and support the development of their motor skills. This research method use appropriate methods. The proposed solution is the use of audio-visual media which contains games as access to learning materials to develop children's gross motor skills. LCD/Projector is used to display learning videos. The results showed that the audio-visual media developed, including jumping over shapes, hot ball cold ball, cloth rolling ball, light ball, stepping on a tiger's tail, kangaroo ball game, and motion exercises and songs, had a positive influence on students' physical-motor development. Assessments from physical education experts, sports experts, and teachers show that this media gets a high score in the very good category. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the development of audio-visual media in learning gross motor skills has a positive impact on the physical-motor development of early-age students. This media also received a positive response from students and educators, indicating a higher level of motivation and involvement in sports learning. This research contributes to the development of an innovative and effective learning approach in improving gross motor skills of early childhood students.
Reading comprehension is a dual activity that requires various cognitive and linguistic processes to complete. This is the result of two skill sets namely: decoding and linguistic comprehension. It ...covers the differences in reading comprehension and provides a useful basis for classifying reading difficulties. This study aims to develop multimedia as a learning tool in training the reading skills of elementary school students. The subjects of this study involved 30 grade 5 students at the elementary school level. This research uses a research and development (R&D) approach, through a Gall & Borg development study. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and observations for non-test databases and formative and summative evaluations for testing the effectiveness of the developed media which were included in the test category. The data analysis technique used in this study uses several stages which include; transcription, verification, and coding data from all test and non-test data that have been collected. The learning model is integrated with various learning tools (multimedia) including student and teacher books, as well as lesson plans (RPP). Based on the data obtained, it is known that multimedia integrated with the inquiry learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes than without using multimedia. The findings of this study provide a fundamental reference for thinking about reading comprehension and its growth by emphasizing the importance of decoding in reading.

Model PJBL digunakan sebagai pendekatan ...pembelajaran yang mendorong siswa untuk terlibat dalam proyek berbasis tugas yang relevan dengan kehidupan nyata, sementara literasi media mengajarkan siswa untuk mengakses, menganalisis, dan menggunakan berbagai media pembelajaran secara efektif dan kritis. Laporan ini menguraikan latar belakang, tujuan, implementasi, manfaat, dan evaluasi dari penguatan model pembelajaran PJBL dan literasi media dalam pembelajaran IPA. Pembahasan meliputi kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang mempengaruhi penggunaan media pembelajaran digital, kebutuhan pembelajaran abad 21 yang membutuhkan adopsi teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran, dan pentingnya pembelajaran digital, serta pentingnya media pendidikan dalam memahami dan menggunakan ilmu pengetahuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penguatan model PJBL dan literasi media mencakup penguatan model PJBL dan literasi media kepada guru, pengembangan media pembelajaran yang sesuai, serta pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan kemajuan siswa dalam pemahaman konsep IPA, pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan penguasaan literasi media. Kesimpulan dari laporan ini adalah bahwa penguatan model pembelajaran PJBL dan literasi media memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran IPA di SD Negeri 060824. Namun, penguatan ini membutuhkan dukungan yang berkelanjutan dan evaluasi terus-menerus untuk memastikan efektivitas implementasi model ini.
The study aims to determine the development of blended learning based on the results of learning English in the PJKR study program. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental. The ...quasi-experimental method is different from the actual experiment. In the quasi-experimental method, there is a control group. The sampling technique used in this research is cluster sampling, also called group sampling. Data collection is the most important part of research. Effective and complete data determine the quality of the researchers. In this study, the researchers used the learning achievement test technique, test, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the research that had been done, the size of the concentration and distribution of the pretest result data for the experimental group were: the largest score was 75 and the smallest score was 36, the mean (mean) was 51.67, the median was 52, the mode was 40.5 and the standard deviation was 11.91. While the post-test data results, the highest score was 91 and the lowest score was 45, the mean (mean) was 72.8, the median was 76.9, the mode was 77.6, and the standard deviation was 15.58. So, the objectives to be achieved in the learning design have been implemented, and the blended learning model is able to influence student learning outcomes in English.
The three main problems of education in Indonesia’s remote areas: policy, human resources, and funding, are still deeply rooted today. The government’s unequal attention to remote schools makes the ...quality of education worse. To overcome this and as an effort to support government programs, the Tanoto Foundation has been driven by funding remote schools and training for teachers to develop their professionalism. This study aims to analyze how the Tanoto Foundation supports the professional development of teachers in remote areas and how the facilitation program activities are carried out. This research uses a qualitative case study approach by extracting data using philanthropic program documents and interviews with teachers and facilitators in three provinces. The results that the driven by Tanoto Foundation are focused on funding support in the provision of facilities and infrastructure, as well as the ‘Service-Learning’ training facilitation program for teachers. Forms of facilitation activities such as Pelita Guru Mandiri and the PINTAR program have trained many teachers and produced various innovative and fun learning methods, as well as learning products that were exhibited at the Education Expo. The results contribute philanthropic institutions are driven not only by funding but also by the development of teacher professionalism, which is still low and does not receive attention.
Education is a form of human culture which is a prerequisite for development. Therefore, it is necessary to implement life skills education in learning with the intention of integrating life skills ...through the implementation of interactive multimedia-based learning models. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of interactive multimedia-based learning models internalized in life skills education that can improve learning outcomes of students in thematic lessons. This research uses a qualitative research approach. Data are analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques to determine the effectiveness of interactive multimedia based learning models in life skills education. The results show that the implementation of an interactive multimedia-based learning model with internalized life skills education involve the realm of personal skills, namely smiling, greeting, and being polite every day in the school environment at primary school of IT Al-Fitrah Binjai. On the other hand, the realm of academic skills involve the variants of learning methods by developing skills that are adjusted to the basic competency standards on the subject of teaching and learning activities. Internalized interactive multimedia-based learning models in life skills education can improve cognitive abilities, affective, and psychomotor students. By internalizing life skills education can improve student learning outcomes, so it is very effective to use.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk melihat efektivitas atau pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMKN 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ...kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat baik. Hal ini dikarenakan jadwal sekolah dan pengarahan yang baik, kepala sekolah motivasi terhadap pengajar, dan kepala sekolah memperhatikan ketersediaan wahana pembelajaran termasuk sarana teknologi di sekolah.
