Failure Modes and Effect Analysis is applied to provide the sustainability of the production system without the failures. This study focuses on failure analysis, defining failure modes, and conducting error prevention studies within the context of businesses. The aim is to achieve zero failure and zero error by implementing effective prevention techniques. By identifying the root causes of failures and errors, businesses can develop strategies and procedures to prevent them from occurring in the first place. This proactive approach helps ensure a higher level of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. By emphasizing the importance of error and failure prevention, businesses can strive for continuous improvement, minimize disruptions in the production system, reduce costs associated with rework or product recalls, and maintain a strong competitive position. Conclusion- The mentioned sample study on Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) in food packaging within the production department of a food sector enterprise in the Marmara region highlights the importance of preventing possible failure modes and their impact on the sustainability of production. One key aspect emphasized in the study is the potential reduction of food and packaging waste by minimizing packaging or substituting oil-based materials with renewable resources. By utilizing environmentally friendly food packaging, various advantages can be achieved, including a decrease in food loss and waste, as well as a reduction in the negative environmental impact associated with managing packaging materials and waste. To accomplish this, it is crucial to address food demands throughout the entire food supply chain, with particular attention to transportation and consumption stages. In order to optimize the sustainability of food and packaging systems as a whole, it is necessary to consider the product and its packaging as an integrated system. By applying FMEA and considering the potential failure modes in food packaging, the study aims to identify areas for improvement and implement measures that enhance sustainability throughout the production process.

The emergence of landslides; take part among flooding, earthquakes, tsunami, volcano eruptions, storms, etc... that usually play adverse role on the life of the societies. In general, the landslides ...emerge due to the flow, collapse, slide or fall of the filling materials in the hillside that lose their stability. The monitoring of the landslides in pre-emerging stage and to ensure taking precautionary measures that they do not cause any harm in the infrastructures are so important with regard to human life and dwelling places of the society. Assessing the aerial photography alongside with the topographic measurements on the landslide stricken areas or on the fields of having landslide potential becomes very important during the evaluating, understanding and making inventory and sensitivity mapping of the landslides. There are some risks, especially in the assessment of aerial photography and making high quality inventory and sensitivity maps alongside with the landslide field studies. In the study, it is attempted to provide sufficient information on definition, evaluation and taking precautionary measures by FMEA and Pareto Analysis for difficulties and risks that are relevant with the aerial photography alongside with the landslide field studies.

Failure Mode Effect Analysis method and Pareto Charts.Original Abstract: Mnogo je razlicitih problema na koje se moze naici kod podataka vezamh uz projekte ili uz projektne radove nastale na osnovu tih podataka tijekom realizacije geografski utemeljenih tehnickih projekata (GBEP). Medu takvim greakama su greake nastale zbog projekata vezamh uz horizontalan ili vertikalan polozaj i implementaciju GBEPa, greake zbog nezadovoljavajuce definicije o odgovarajucem konatenju zemljista, problema stabilnosti vezamh uz podrucje implementacije projekta itd. Kako bi se ovi problemi rijesili bitno je provesti odgovarajuce geometrijske provjere na svakom stadiju projekata kao i analizu i upravljanje rizicima osnovmh elemenata koji dovode do tih problema. U nasem se elanku te potencijalne greake i rizici pokusavaju analizirati metodom analize utjecaja posljedica kvara (FMEA) i Pareto tablicama.
