Objective: The purpose of this study is to design a conceptual model for the application of semantic-social technology in digital libraries in Iran. Methodology: This applied research was conducted ...using Delphi and analytical survey methods. The tool used was a researcher-made questionnaire, which included three parts: the structure of semantic-social technology architecture, semantic-social technology tools, and the function of semantic-social technology. Descriptive statistics, structural equation modeling and partial least squares modeling (PLS-SEM) were used to analyze the statistical data. Findings: In the final research model, most items had a high factor loading and in the main components of the research, including the architecture structure of semantic-social technology, tools of semantic-social technology and the function of semantic-social technology, important items from the perspective of the research community were identified. Accordingly, in the architectural structure of semantic-social technology, the use of RDF schema to describe and describe RDF-based resources, the use of SIOC technology to link blogs, forums and mailing lists had the highest factor loading. Also, in the part of semantic-social technology tools, in the final conceptual model research, video mashups and map mashups had a higher factor loading than others. In the functional part of semantic-social technology, using the URL standard to identify and locate a resource in digital libraries and retrieval function, using RDF tools and using Sub and Super techniques between concepts to retrieve information faster has the highest factor loading. Moreover, in the parts of data and resources and content, the use of RDF tools to exploit multimedia and non-textual resources due to the diversity of available information and in the function of organization and storage, the use of ontology to manage digital resources had higher factor loading. In addition, in the interaction function, the items of communication between the chain of information producers, collectors and users through social semantic web tools had the highest amount of factor loading. Concusion: Considering the results obtained in the proposed model of this research and the items that have gained a high factor loading in the proposed conceptual model, shows that in semantic-social technology in digital library software, what makes this technology progress and success is the correct creation of digital library software. The basis of digital library standards, attention to the XML markup language, Dublin Core, etc. and its integration with semantic tools such as Web 2.0, hashtags and folksonomy, metadata, etc. in line with social technologies such as social networks, mashups, etc.
Objective: The purpose of this research is to review and analyze the developments of public libraries influenced by industrial revolutions, from the formation of traditional libraries in the First ...Industrial Revolution to the arrival of platform libraries in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The library, as the concept of a platform, creates a social context for improving the participation of individuals and institutions in order to exchange information and knowledge. Methodology: The research method consists of a review study in which the documentary approach is used. To extract the information, a comprehensive search was made on the documents available on the Iranian and foreign databases. Documents related to the terms of the Industrial Revolution and the Public Library were retrieved from 2000 to 2018. Findings: The findings of the study identify the characteristics of generations of public libraries based on the paradigms of industrial revolutions. This indicates the need for libraries to shift to thelibrary platform concept in order to continue to survive and provide effective services during the Fourth Industrial Revolution era. Due to the changing social ecosystem affected by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, libraries need to change their attitudes and practices to sustain their being and increase their effectiveness by redefining their values, existential philosophy and logic based on platform thinking for synergy and creativity act with their internal and external stakeholders.It is pointed out in the related literature that libraries are central to users learning from each other, being creative, discussing their work and gaining social knowledge; Increasing the stakeholders’ engagement of the library is one of the pillars of this thinking model. To achieve this redefinition of the platform library, steps must be defined and implemented. The first step is to assess the conditions and quality of services, and then, if feasible for implementation, reviewing and localizing global experiences, and then developing library plans and goals based on this thinking. In the second step, in the issue of resource synchronization with respect to resource control, it is stated that this synchronization should be done by digitizing resources. To harmonize the setting, just as in music performance’ all the instruments had to be played with the right guidance. Similarly, all components of the library must also be aligned and redefined for all components of the library ecosystem and its external interactions. In the third step, the processes are carefully charted and implemented methodically. Conclusion: In this redefinition, platform library priorities change as follows: 1) Prioritize resource synchronization over library resource control; 2) Enhancing social interactions as compared to optimizing internal libraries; 3) Prioritize the value of the ecosystem over the value of the stakeholders in the library; 4) Priority of facilitating audience access to the library; 5) Priority of facilitating audience access to the library; and 6) Priority to omni-access strategy to the library. In the new definition, the public library is a dynamic social institution, providing a platform for constructive participation for all stakeholders and acting as a value flow manager.
Objective: This research aims to present the design of the applied model in the field of personalization Thechnology of the Digital Library of Astan-e Quds-e Razavi based on the Basket Analysis ...pattern (association rules) and the FP-Growth algorithm regarding data mining, obtained through the implementation of Frequent itemset of users in the RapidMiner software Creating such a desirable recommendation system can provide suggestions to improve the retrieval of related information resources interesting to users in order to provide useful services and increase their request from this website. Methodology: This research is an applied research carried out using the association rules and FP-Growth wizardry which is a superior type of the issues raised in the data mining tool. The research community has 960 users of the Digital Library of Astan-e Quds-e Razavi in two-years among which based on the Frequent pattern, 170 Frequent requests were extracted from all the final data sets of document delivery service module in digital library. Other tools for accessing the Basket Analysis pattern are the utilization of RapidMiner software through which with implementation rules of data and Launchs association rules operators and the FP-Growth algorithm, and more importantly, a change in the minimum degree of support and confidence, lead to The production of new association rules, which can be interpreted by these rules, offering a suggestion for the design of an appropriate model for the recommendation system in the digital library website. Findings: The results showed that the best access to generated rules by setting the minimum support of 0.02 and a minimum confidence of 0.095 resulted in the creation of 1081 new rules, indicating if the user website searches for topics in “Osole Fiqh” such as (osole Amalieh, Ijtihad and Quran), because of the frequent searching records of the previous users whith the same subject matter, that the recommender system paves the way for suggesting& gaining access to “Risalah Amaliyah” with recorded number (2309) along with his main search, the manuscript “Zavabetol Osul” with recorded number (38696) finds amoung his/her searches. Therefore, all of the following subset of “Uṣūl al-fiqh” can be predicted through the analysis of association rules and provide recommendations to the users of the digital library system to search for effective and relevant subjectes relative to the users requests in similar topics & titley. Conclusion: Since the generation of personalization technology and its implementation on the website of digital libraries in the form of recommendation system is based on the establishment of interaction between users and the modern services of digital libraries in form of user interface effective, this technology brings about increasing specialized knowledge, lack of users wondering improving the quality of service and user satisfaction, and ultimately creating value added for libraries. Therefore, with such an approach, dealing with modern services in the form of customer-service delivery, is of the most importance in digital libraries.
Background and Aim: To understand veterans’ needs and to make future generations familiar with the culture of self-sacrifice and martyrdom, we need a database to store information. The first step for ...designing a base is to provide a conceptual framework of the base. This study aims to provide a conceptual model to create the national base of veterans in Iran. Materials and Methods: This research was conducted in a two-step, mixed approach. The first step was conducted using content analysis method (quantitative) and the second step using Delphi (qualitative) technique. Data collection tool was Excel 2016 software. With the help of Delphi technique, a researcher-made conceptual pattern was sent to the experts in three rounds. Based on their views, the final plan of national base of veterans was formed. Results: Among the main components, introduction to the war was removed, history of war changed to history of wars, link to links, other materials to other contents, art and war to war and art, and the sub-component of possibilities turned into the main component. Veterans’ personal information turned into veterans’ database that changed into subsidiary components of the martyrs / veterans / prisoners-of-war / warriors database. Conclusion: The main components of the conceptual pattern of national base of veterans of Iran include: home page, introduction, conflicts and operations, equipment, war zones, facilities, news, cemeteries of martyrs, veterans’ rules, questions and answers, history of wars, war and art, veterans’ database, archives, links, guide, contact with us, FAQs, other content, resources, about the base, search, map.

Objective: Housing is one of the necessities of life all over the world and in cities, it is a big problem for citizens and officials. The purpose of this article is to identify and analyze the ...effective indicators in the housing sector and explain them in urban housing planning in Iran over 40 years (1978 to 2017) extracted from the Statistics Center of Iran. Methods: The present article is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method. The general approach is qualitative content analysis in which documents and reports, upstream documents including economic, social and cultural development plans and the comprehensive housing plan and other documents related to the subject of housing are examined. In the analysis section, in order to better clarify and understand the matter, the graphs related to the statistical means prepared in SPSS and Excel software have been used. Results: The results Indicate that the number of effective indicators of the housing sector in the 60s due to events that occurred during this period such as war, the adoption of urban land law, etc. and policies considered by the government in allocating housing to higher citizens was higher than other periods. The amount of these indicators has decreased in the following years, especially in the 80s and 90s, but in these decades, the frequency of housing indicators has increased. Conclusion: The indicators in these decades are similar and have not changed much over time and have remained constant and traditional. Changing these indicators in housing planning in Iranian cities is necessary.
