—The necessity of developing and implementation of the guaranteed power supply system using distributed generation on the base of alternative and renewable energy sources is proved in conditions of ...responsible technological processes. The theoretical and experimental researches were made in raw mineral enterprises, which have a great amount of responsible technological consumers. The permitted duration of power supply interruption for responsible consumers of continuous technological processes of raw mineral industry is determined. The effectiveness of distributed generation using for guaranteed power supply mode is shown. The reasonability of solar, wind and followed oil gas energy applying in role of power sources for distributed generation is also proved in the paper. The basic variants of guaranteed power supply system structure are described and offered in the paper for all kind of industry and technique, especially for responsible digital control systems and telecommunications.
High-frequency resistance spot welding systems are considered. They have full-wave center-tapped output rectifiers. They find wide application in resistance spot welding, instrument making, ...electronic industry, nuclear energy and automotive industries. A feature of these systems is a significant influence of electromagnetic parameters of the three-winding transformer included in the system on welding current and power consumption. This three-winding transformer is replaced by two two-winding ones. It is shown that welding current and power consumption depend both on the modulus and the sign of the coupling coefficient of the magnetic leakage fields of these two-winding transformers. For reducing the power consumption of high frequency resistance spot welding systems, it is necessary not only to reduce the leakage inductance of two-winding transformers, which replace the three-winding transformer, but also to reduce the positive coupling coefficient of the magnetic leakage fields or increase the modulus of the negative coefficient
One of the most common tools in most countries aimed at reducing income inequality is the tax policy instruments, including the standard tax deduction (non-taxable minimum), which to some extent can ...contribute to the reduction of poverty. A standard tax deduction, increasing disposable income, to some extent can contribute to poverty reduction.There is currently no such deduction in the Russian Federation. The work substantiates the expediency of introducing in Russia a standard tax deduction on personal income tax for low-income workers. This work analyzes various options for the provision of tax deduction, gives an estimate of falling budget revenues in the whole of the Russian Federation and for individual subjects of the Russian Federation. The possible ways to compensate for the reduction of tax revenues are considered.
The challenging problem of skew scattering for Hall effects in dilute ferromagnetic alloys, with intertwined effects of spin-orbit coupling, magnetism and impurity scattering, is studied here from ...first principles. Our main aim is to identify chemical trends and work out simple rules for large skew scattering in terms of the impurity and host states at the Fermi surface, with particular emphasis on the interplay of the spin and anomalous Hall effects in one and the same system. The predicted trends are benchmarked by referring to three different \emph{ab initio} methods based on different approximations with respect to the electronic structure and transport properties.
