Introduction
Neurological diseases often lead to mental disorders in children. After the structure of disorder is identified, an important task is to examine the abilities to compensate developmental ...delay (Lev S. Vygotsky).
Objectives
The goal of the study was to explore potential of children with opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome (OMS), which is important for psychocorrection.
Methods
Case study of a boy with idiopathic OMS (aged 3 years 5 months) who was patient at the Psychoneurological Department no. 2 of the Russian Children Clinical Hospital. The following methods were used: analysis of anamnestic data, analysis of patient’s medical record, pathopsychological assessment.
Results
Anamnestic data and medical records indicate the absence of pregnancy pathologies and normal early development. OMS was first detected when the child was aged 2 y. 7 m. Pathopsychological assessment gave the following results: 1) movement disorder (primary disorder) leads to secondary mental disorders; 2) locomotor activity disorders inhibit the child’s use of space and orientation of body in it; 3) secondary defects are detected in constructive activity, speech and drawing. Intact components of the mental processes: 1) the child demonstrates motivation for independent activity despite operational difficulties; 2) in certain activities, the general plan of actions remains intact, i.e., the goal set is actualized in movements and actions; 3) notions about objects, actions with them, planning and performance of movements are intact.
Conclusions
The research demonstrates disbalance between operational difficulties and integrity of semantic orientation, internal planning of actions. The data prove the importance of discussion on abilities of children with OMS to compensate mental disorders.

This paper presents results of theoretical and experimental research concerning synthesis of multilayer asymmetric oxygen-permeable membrane and its application for partial oxidation of methane. The membrane is based on macroporous Ni-Al foam substrate with three layers of perovskite-fluorite nanocomposites with graded (meso-micro) porosity, thin dense MnFe2O4–Ce0.9Gd0.1O2 layer and porous layer of LaNi0.9Pt0.1O3/Pr0.3Ce0.35Zr0.35O2-x catalyst. Testing of membrane in methane partial oxidation process demonstrates a good and stable performance.
The mathematical modeling of the methane partial oxidation process in the catalytic membrane reactor has been provided. The developed model was applied to find the process (temperature, gas flow rates, etc.) and membrane (pore diameter of porous layer, thickness of porous layer) parameters corresponding to highest methane conversion and syngas selectivity.

The results of the study of the influence of the use of metered irrigation in the first half of the growing season on the increase in the productivity of the improved seed material of potatoes are given. The article presents the results of assessing the productivity of these varieties of potatoes.
In this work mixed protonic-electronic conducting nanocomposites comprised of Mo or La doped Nd5.5WO11.25-δ and Cu0.5Ni0.5O were prepared by mechanical mixing in a high energy mill and sintering at ...1100 °C using either conventional thermal sintering in the furnace or hot pressing in argon atmosphere. Their structural features were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM with EDX analysis, IR and Raman spectroscopy. Electrical conductivity was measured by Van der Pauw techniques varying the temperature in dry and wet atmospheres. The oxygen mobility was studied by the oxygen isotope heteroexchange with C18O2.
Successful test of membrane with permselective Nd5.5WO11.25-δ + Cu0.5Ni0.5O layer supported on NiAl foam substrate and covered by a porous layer of Ru + Ni/ Sm0.15Pr0.15Ce0.35Zr0.3O2−δ catalyst showing promising performance in hydrogen separation from products of ethanol steam reforming has been carried out. The results indicated that a maximum hydrogen permeation flux of 0.033 ml min−1 cm−2 was achieved at 900 °C using 10% ethanol with 40% of H2O/Ar as feed gas and dry high purity argon as sweep gas.

The new international guidelines on hypertension management have been issued in the past few years. The AHA (2017) and ESH (2018) Guidelines are similar in many key aspects. However, they differ ...substantially in the area of blood pressure (BP) measurement methodology. In this article, we aim to explain the ESC Guidelines position, specifically the conservative BP thresholds and a wider use of ambulatory BP measurement methods. In our opinion, the main reason behind this position is the introduction and a relatively widespread use of automatic office BP measurement (AOBP). On one hand, this method has questioned the results of the SPRINT trial – the key evidence source for the AHA Guidelines. On the other hand, AOBP has challenged the concept of “traditional office BP measurement”. Therefore, it is important to be aware of the current multiplicity of BP measurement methods and respective threshold values recommended for each method. It is essential to perform the office BP measurement correctly and thoroughly. Throughout all stages of the hypertensive patient management (diagnosis, antihypertensive treatment choice, and long-term observation), the use of out-of-clinic BP measurement is strongly advisable.
Main features of structured catalysts performance in bio-fuels reforming into syngas at lab-scale and pilot-scale levels using specially designed reactors and kinetic installations allowing to ...broadly tune the operational parameters are presented. Effects of the nature of nanocomposite active component comprised of Ru + Ni nanoparticles on bulk/alumina-supported perovskite or Mn–Cr–O spinel, type of substrate (Ni–Al alloy and SiC(Al2O3)/Al–Si–O foam substrates, Fechraloy microchannel plates or gauzes protected by thin corundum layer), type of fuel (natural gas, ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate glycerol), feed composition and temperature on yield of syngas/byproducts and performance stability are considered. The best performance in real feeds with syngas yield approaching equilibrium at short contact times without any heat/mass transfer effects along with a high thermochemical stability were demonstrated for catalyst on heat-conducting microchannel substrate. Oxygen addition to the feed in optimized amounts allows to suppress coking and stabilize performance even for the case of such reactive fuel as glycerol only slightly affecting syngas yield.
•Open-cell foam and microchannel plates were used as substrates.•Ni + Ru-promoted perovskites or spinel oxides were supported by slip casting.•Structured catalysts were tested in reforming of biofuels into syngas.•High yield of syngas and coking stability were demonstrated.•Best results were obtained for microchannel catalyst.
Сучасні дослідження технологічного розвитку України свідчать про подальший розвиток вітчизняної економіки в руслі експортно-сировинної моделі, спостерігається переривання технологічного ланцюжка у ...циклі металургійно-машинобудівного виробництва, що призводить до неефективного використання сировинного запасу країни. Збільшення виробництва, що засновано на природних ресурсах, веде до спадаючої віддачі і тому до збіднення країни в цілому. Історична та сучасна світова практика доводить, що країна може вирішити проблеми економічної відсталості лише шляхом індустріалізації та захисту нових виробництв. Розвиток виробництв більш високих технологічних укладів неможливий без підтримки держави. Відправними точками інноваційного та інвестиційного зростання в Україні можуть стати об’єднання з вертикальною інтеграцією. Сучасний глобальний економічний простір побудовано на інтеграційних структурах. Для України найбільшими інтеграційними структурами з максимальним синергетичним ефектом можуть бути оновлені промислово-фінансові групи, учасниками яких будуть пов'язані технологічними ланцюжками промислові підприємства та банківські структури.Виходячи зі специфіки вітчизняної економіки, яка спирається на металургійний комплекс, вважаємо за доцільне перехід до збільшення виробництва металоємкої машинобудівної продукції. Зосередження на розвитку внутрішнього ринку шляхом інвестиційної підтримки машинобудівної галузі означає для України унікальну можливість надати економіці системність, збалансованість, синергію та соціально орієнтований характер. Продовження базових технологічних ланцюжків шляхом активного залучення машинобудівних підприємств до промислово-фінансових груп з металургійним виробництвом за підтримки банків-учасників дозволить отримувати економічні ефекти на макро- та мікрорівнях, а такі групи визначати як "точки зростання" інноваційного та інвестиційного піднесення в країні. Досліджено складові синергетичного ефекту, а саме комутаційний, операційний, управлінський, інвестиційний та інноваційний синергетичні ефекти, що мають місце у промислово-фінансових групах з вертикальною інтеграцією.
