A scale was constructed to assess individual differences in self-consciousness. Norms and test-retest reliability are presented. Factor analysis of the scale revealed that self-consciousness has ...three components: public, private, and social anxiety. The relationships among these three factors are examined. (Author)

In an interview, Jeff Fenigstein, founder and CEO, Direct Mail By Hand, talked about his organization and his challenges. Fenigstein said they do handwritten direct marketing for businesses -- they ...send handwritten letters, highlight parts of letters, and circle things. They make sure the material gets opened and gets read. According to Fenigstein, one of their challenges is keeping up with all the leads. With Infusionsoft, he was attracted to the fact that everything's in one place. It's one tool for salespeople. Invoicing is so much easier because it's integrated with the credit-card payments. He take payments and it's all in Infusionsoft. For a small business, having a tool to allow him to do so much makes life easier.

During the operating, or integration, mode, visible photons generate electrons in the pixel cell of a CMOS image sensor. The pixel collects the electrons and then translates the accumulated charge to ...voltage signals that serve as an output. Expressing this process quantitatively, pixel responsivity is the relation between the electrical signal and its exposure to light. "Full-well capacity" is the number of electrons that the pixel can collect. Dynamic range is roughly the number of resolvable gray levels, which you calculate by dividing the maximum signal by the minimum detectable signal and usually report in decibels. Achieving good CMOS-image-sensor performance is a complex task. However, scientists and engineers are trying new and inventive ideas that will no doubt produce clearer and crisper images using increasingly smaller pixels in megapixel-image-sensor arrays.
In this paper, we present two unique NVM solutions which can close two significant gaps in the embedded memory IC world. Today's designers have a large choice of embedded non-volatile memories (NVM) ...verified in different production technologies. These memories can be divided into three groups: true MTP (multiple-time-programmable), having densities up to several tens of Mbit and endurance of > 100 K program/erase cycles; OTPs (one-time-programmable) fabricated without additional masks, enabling NVM modules up to 1 Mbit; small size (up to several tens Kbit) MTP or FTP (few-times-programmable) without mask adders.
