Abstract
Indonesia’s nationally determined contributions (NDC) outline ambitious emission reduction targets, with the forestry and other land use (FOLU) sector expected to play a significant role in ...achieving these goals. This study estimates soil carbon stock in conservation areas covering mineral and peat soils. A total of 72 sample plots in Bukit Tigapuluh National Park (NP), Kutai NP, and Sebangau NP were established for soil sample collections. This study found that the highest organic content in mineral soil is at 0-5 cm depth, accounting for 3.54% in Bukit Tigapuluh NP and 2.72% in Kutai NP. The carbon stocks of mineral soil in Bukit Tigapuluh NP and Kutai NP at 0-30 cm depth are 43.17 tons C ha

, respectively. Meanwhile, the carbon stock in peat soil in Sebangau NP at 400 m depth is 2,155.63 tons C ha

, 43-fold more significant than the carbon stock in mineral soil. This study underscores the significance of soil carbon in Indonesia’s climate mitigation. It highlights the opportunity to refine emission estimates from the FOLU sector by adding a soil carbon pool to calculate the emission factor.

Komitmen pemerintah daerah baik propinsi maupun kabupaten relatif tinggi yang ditunjukan dengan disusunnya peraturan pendukung implementasi REDD+. Kegiatan REDD+ adalah dalam rangka menjaga hutan lestari dan seandainya terjadi perdagangan karbon maka hasil perdagangan merupakan manfaat tambahan.Stakeholder terutama pemda belum mengetahui secara pasti tentang tata cara atau mekanisme pasar karbon, termasuk standar karbon dan metodologi untuk menghasilkan kredit karbon. Insentif yang diharapkan atas capaian penurunan emisi yang dihasilkan lebih didasarkan pada perannya dalam pengelolaan hutan lestari/peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat bukan berdasarkan harga karbon. Terkait dengan pemenuhan target penurunan emisi 26% masih perlu kajian lebih jauh tentang proporsi yang dapat diklaim oleh pembeli. Besarnya proporsi perlu mempertimbangkan pangsa modal investasi antara pembeli dan pemerintah yang dikeluarkan, lain halnya jika pembiayaan awal ditanggung oleh pemerintah. Juga diperlukan lembaga registri yang mengelola kegiatan, capaian penurunan emisi, dan fasilitasi implementasi REDD+ di lapangan.Selain itu lembaga ini mengatur sistem insentif dan disinsentif dalam pengelolaan resiko kebocoran dan ketidakpermanenan.

Primary ...and secondary prevention efforts are needed by increasing patient awareness of identifying risk factors and carrying out preventive management. “Electronic-Tindak lanjut Tensiku”, known as e-TITENKU, is a web and smartphone-based application designed to manage coronary heart disease prevention in patients with hypertension.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the e-TITENKU intervention model on knowledge of coronary heart disease prevention.
Methods: This research design is true experiment pre and post control group design. The sample size is 120 respondents with primary hypertension in Banyumas Regency, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The inclusion criteria included respondents with primary hypertension, adults aged 40-65 years, cooperative and willing to be respondents, while the exclusion criteria were respondents experienced complications of other diseases due to hypertension.
Results: The results of the study were that the age of the respondents in the intervention group was 64.91 years old, the systolic blood pressure was 169 mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure was 97 mmHg. The characteristics of the respondents in the control group were the mean age of 65.98, the mean systolic blood pressure of 172 mmHg and the diastolic of 93 mmHg.
Conclusion: The e-TITENKU intervention model was able to increase the knowledge score of coronary heart disease prevention. This model can be used by nurses in hospital and community services.

Electronic Tindak Lanjut Tensiku (e-TITENKU) is a nursing intervention application designed to increase knowledge of coronary heart disease prevention through controlling blood pressure and direct nursing interventions if the user has hypertension according to their level. The purpose of this study was to develop an e-TITENKU intervention model for the prevention of coronary heart disease. The design of this research is research and model development, where researchers develop models and applications based on web and smartphones based on theoretical studies, for smartphone application operations. application using Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) approach. The results of the research on the e-TITENKU model have been compiled and the results of 2 expert tests obtained Kappa test results of 0.85. This model can be used easily to categorize the level of hypertension, providing nursing interventions to reduce hypertension according to the level. Era revolusi industri menuntut penggunaan teknologi informasi digital dalam menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan termasuk dibidang keperawatan. Electronic Tindak Lanjut Tensiku (e-TITENKU) merupakan aplikasi intervensi keperawatan yang disusun untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pencegahan penyakit jantung koroner melalui pengontrolan tekanan darah dan intervensi keperawatan secara langsung apabila pengguna mengalami hipertensi sesuai levelnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan model intervensi e-TITENKU untuk pencegahan penyakit jantung koroner. Desain penelitian ini yaitu research and model development yaitu peneliti melakukan pengembangan model dan aplikasi berbasis web dan smartphone berdasarkan kajian teori, untuk operasional aplikasi smartphone. aplikasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation (ADDIE). Hasil penelitian model e-TITENKU telah disusun dan hasil uji 2 oarang pakar diperoleh hasil uji Kappa 0.85. Model ini dapat digunakan secara mudah untuk mengkategorikan level hipertensi, pemberian intervensi keperawatan untuk menurunkan hipertensi sesuai levelnya.
