Se expone también un modelo de ficha didáctica para el análisis de las tareas y juegos programados y un planteamiento de la sesión basada en siete momentos. Se concluye la importancia de realizar programas de Educación Física bien dirigidos y planificados para el bienestar físico, social y emocional del niño, la mejora de la adherencia al ejercicio físico y la importancia del juego como vehículo generador de aprendizaje, no solo de contenidos propios del área sino también de otras áreas temáticas.

article investigates the Physical Education contents that should be worked on within Early Childhood Education, as well as how to teach
them. It also presents a didactic sheet model for the analysis of tasks and planned games, as well as an approach to sessions based on
seven moments. As a conclusion, carrying out well directed and planned Physical Education programs is essential for children’s physical,
social, and emotional well-being, and for increasing adherence to physical exercise. Moreover, games represent an important vehicle for
generating learnings not only regarding area-specific contents, but also those from other thematic areas.

Gamification along with a whole range of other active methodologies are being incorporated into university classrooms due to their potential benefits for student learning. The aim of this paper was ...to analyse how a multimodal learning environment based on gamification could affect the final grades of university students in a subject taught at the Faculty of Education in a spanish university. The research was made up of 133 Spanish university students (Mage = 19.60; SDage = 0.43 years old). A quasi-experimental post-test design with a control group was used. The control group and the intervention group consisted of 66 and 67 students respectively. A multimodal gamified learning environment was set up for the intervention group, in contrast to traditional teaching methods which were reserved for the control group. Each one was implemented throughout an academic year. The results revealed statistically significant differences in the final average grade (p < 0.001), with students from the intervention group obtaining higher overall scores. The same occurred in the voluntary learning tasks, with students from the intervention group earning more Health Points (p = 0.006), more Experience Points (p = 0.005), a higher Total Score (p = 0.002) and a higher Level Achieved (p = 0.002). These findings point to the fact that a multimodal gamified learning environment can influence the academic performance of students. However, more scientific research has to be carried out in order to support these findings.
The practice of physical activity (PA) is a healthy habit that offers health benefits. In contrast, the lack thereof may be associated with an increase in diseases, even at an early age. The ...objective of this study was to analyze the association between unhealthy behaviors, such as tobacco consumption and problematic internet use, and the practice of PA in adolescents. Protective factors (physical activity and sport) and risk factors (leading a sedentary life, tobacco use, and problematic internet use) were evaluated. Other variables such as sex, the intensity of physical activity, and being a member of a sports federation were also evaluated. The sample consisted of a total of 1222 Spanish adolescents. Univariate descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression were used, and confirmatory factor analyses and structural models were also estimated. The results confirm a significant positive association between physical activity, intensity, and being a member of a sports federation, as well as between cigarette consumption and internet use. It is advisable to implement public policies that promote the practice of sports as a direct investment in health, preventing the consumption of tobacco and other habits that are harmful to the health of adolescents.
Introducción: Las TIC están presentes en muchos hogares estableciendo cambios en la comunicación social y estilo de vida. En el año 2020 se ha declarado en España el estado de alarma con un ...importante periodo de confinamiento debido a la aparición de una nueva pandemia mundial COVID-19. A través de este trabajo se realiza una radiografía del equipamiento y uso de las TIC en los hogares españoles con niños menores de 12 años durante el periodo de confinamiento y cómo ese tiempo y las TIC han influido en los hábitos sociales de los niños, su estilo de vida y nivel de actividad física. Metodología: Se realizó una investigación cuantitativa con un diseño no experimental, de carácter descriptivo, comparativo y correlacional, con una única medición en un solo grupo. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 837 niños españoles menores de 12 años. Resultados: Se confirma un número importante de dispositivos electrónicos en los hogares, tiempos de uso diferentes para cada uno y la existencia de diversas correlaciones entre TIC y hábitos sociales y de estilo de vida de los niños. Discusión: Otros trabajos confirman valores similares de dispositivos electrónicos en los hogares, así como el sobreuso de algunos de ellos en detrimento de la actividad física. Conclusiones: El periodo de confinamiento ha provocado cambios notables en el estilo de vida de los niños y sus hábitos sociales. La presencia de un mayor o menor número de TIC en el hogar y su uso puede influir en otras actividades realizadas por los niños.
The aim of this study was to determine what happens to the basic psychological needs during elementary school, analysing these according to age, gender and educational stage. A total of 743 students ...from Primary (n = 311) and Secondary (n = 432), 333 children and 410 girls participated; Mage = 12.99, SD = 2.07. Statistically significant differences were found in the age factor in autonomy (p = .043), perceived competence (p <.001) and relation with others (p <.001). Results show a decrease in the AUT COMP and the RELAT in the passage from primary to secondary, as these variables are higher in boys than in girls. Based on these results, a reflection on the teaching practice and methodology used in these stages of PE should be made, because children have different needs and perceptions of being competent, of being autonomous and of relating to the in PE classes. Therefore, we must consider the approach of activities that do not promote excess competition, providing activities with different difficulties and different opportunities to choose the activities to be carried out, aimed at the development of these three basic psychological needs of students so that the perception of autonomy, competence and relationship, are increased.

This study aimed to analyze the impact of a cycle of didactic talks-given to ...families by a specialist in pediatrics, a specialist in nutrition and dietetics and a specialist in physical exercise-on childrens' snack choices and nutrition quality.
A longitudinal, quasi-experimental and quantitative investigation was designed, working with a total sample of 50 students divided into control and experimental groups. The nutritional quality of daily snacks was recorded during the month before and the month after the cycle of talks given by health experts.
An increase in the nutritional quality of the snacks was observed in the days after the talk-but, after a week, values returned to normal.
The giving of educational talks to promote healthy habits may have a positive impact on the nutritional quality of school snacks in the days immediately following the talks. However, some forgetfulness was detected over time, which reduced the nutritional quality of the snacks once more. For future work, it is recommended that researchers measure the impact produced by giving regular talks.

At the beginning of the 2020-2021 academic year, the government, health organizations, and educational institutions had to face the implementation of protocols and action plans within ...the classrooms to prevent COVID-19. Aim. This study aimed to analyze the thoughts and concerns of Spanish teachers during the academic year 2020-2021. Method. The study involved the participation of 965 teachers (74.3% Women; Mage = 43.5 9.9). An ad hoc questionnaire comprising 38 items was utilized, focusing on the resources offered by the administration for the return to classrooms, teachers’ concerns about this new academic year, and their thoughts on ideal teaching conditions. Results. Differences were observed based on age and gender in the management (P1) (p = 0.02) and support (P2) (p = 0.04) from the educational administration, perceived security (P3) (p = 0.01), reduction of the working day (P5) (p = 0.002), and the adequacy of material (P6) (p = 0.004) and human (P8) (p = 0.04) resources. Teachers with greater experience exhibited differences in the items P2 (p = 0.03), P3 (p = 0.03), and P8 (p = 0.03). Conclusions. Less experienced teachers expressed higher levels of concern, while those with more teaching experience highlighted the need for additional human resources and training.

Gobierno, instituciones sanitarias y educativas tuvieron que afrontar, al inicio del curso 2020-2021, la implantación de protocolos y planes de actuación para la prevención del COVID-19. Objetivo. El objetivo del estudio fue analizar el pensamiento y preocupaciones del personal docente español ante el curso académico 2020-2021. Metodología. Participación de 965 docentes (74,3% Mujeres; Medad = 43,5 ± 9,9). Se empleó un cuestionario ad hoc con un total de 38 ítems, centrados en ítems vinculados a los recursos ofrecidos por la administración para la vuelta a las aulas, a la preocupación del profesorado por este nuevo inicio de curso y a su pensamiento sobre qué sería lo ideal. Resultados. Según la edad y el género se hallaron diferencias en la gestión (P1) (p = 0,02) y apoyo (P2) (p = 0,04) de la administración educativa, en la seguridad percibida (P3) (p = 0,01), en reducción de la jornada laboral (P5) (p = 0,002) y en la disponibilidad de recursos materiales (P6) (p = 0,004) y humanos (P8) (p = 0,04) suficientes. Las personas de mayor experiencia docente mostraron diferencias en el ítem P2 (p = 0,03), P3 (p = 0,03) y P8 (p = 0,03). Conclusiones. Las profesoras con menor experiencia docente muestran mayor preocupación. Los profesores con mayor experiencia indicaron mayor necesidad de recursos humanos y de formación para la docencia.
Introdução. No início do ano letivo 2020-2021, instituições governamentais, de saúde e de ensino tiveram de enfrentar a implementação de protocolos e planos de ação para a prevenção da COVID-19. Objetivo. O objetivo do estudo foi analisar o pensamento e preocupações dos professores de espanhol antes do início do ano letivo 2020-2021. Metodologia. A pesquisa envolveu a participação de 965 professores (74,3% Mulheres; Mage = 43,5 ± 9,9). Foi utilizado um questionário ad hoc com 38 itens, focando neste estudo itens ligados aos recursos oferecidos pela administração para o retorno às salas de aula, a preocupação dos professores com esse novo início do curso e seus pensamentos sobre o que seria ideal. Resultados. De acordo com a idade e sexo, foram encontradas diferenças na gestão (P1) (p = 0,02) e apoio (P2) (p = 0,04) da administração educacional, na segurança percebida (P3) (p = 0,01), na redução na jornada de trabalho (P5) (p = 0,002) e na disponibilidade de recursos materiais (P6) (p = 0,004) e humanos (P8) (p = 0,04) suficientes. Aqueles com mais experiência docente apresentaram diferenças no item P2 (p = 0,03), P3 (p = 0,03) e P8 (p = 0,03). Conclusão. Os professores com menor experiência docente demonstram maior preocupação. Os professores com mais experiência indicaram uma maior necessidade de recursos humanos e de formação para a docência.
The General Assembly of the United Nations established 17 sustainable development goals in its 2030 agenda, and urban mobility is in the sights of political authorities to empower sustainable cities ...and communities. This work con- sists of a review of the literature published within the Spanish context concerning public bicycle systems and urban mobility. To select studies, a search was carried out with different descriptors in the main Spanish and international databases, namely Scopus (Elsevier), Web of Science (WoS), and Dialnet. Some of the analysed works examine the efficacy of public bicycle systems as an efficient and sustainable alternative in cities; other works study the impact on individual and public health of shared bicycle schemes via increased physical activity engagement. Likewise, in- frastructure and facilities for cyclists are also analysed as they favour perceptions amongst the population of greater road safety within their environment. Bicycle-share systems can help to maintain healthy habits amongst the popu- lation. Better infrastructure, technology and appropriate policies can favour the use of these systems.
