A study was carried out on the dispersion of heavy petroleum feedstock in aqueous solutions of polycomplexon surfactants derived from triglycerides and mucopolysaccharides with and without sodium ...hydroxide. Up to 97.5% of the sulfur-containing compounds and up to 86% if the vanadium and nickel compounds enter the aqueous phase along with the mucopolysaccharide derivatives upon phase separation depending on the contents of surfactant and sodium hydroxide. A portion of the triglyceride derivatives remains in the petroleum phase.
A project of a multipurpose complex based on the C-80 cyclotron located at the Konstantinov Nuclear Physics Institute, National Research Center “Kurchatov Institute,” is presented. The complex is ...equipped with target stations that allow the production of a wide range of radioisotopes, including isotopically pure alpha emitters, for the diagnosis of oncological, cardiovascular, and neurological diseases. A system for releasing, forming, and transporting a therapeutic proton beam is being created to provide services for proton therapy of ophthalmological diseases.
The purpose of the study is to compare the role of the G7, the G20 and BRICS in the global governance system on the basis of an assessment of the representativeness and potential impact of these ...informal associations on the rest of the world on the basis of a comparative analysis of a number of socio-economic indicators of participating countries. The relevance of the research is related to the fact that these institutions represent a certain counterbalance to the leading formal universal international organizations, functioning on a permanent basis, primarily the UN. Based on a two-tier economic consolidation assessment of considered multilateral institutions participants and their respective macro-regions, the authorы came to the following conclusions: the «Group of Seven» and «Group of Twenty» have a higher potential for implementation of joint economic projects and initiatives because of a higher level of their economic consolidation based on bilateral trade; the analysis of economic connectivity of macro-regions the countries participating at global leading informal associations belong to showed a low level of effective potential for joint projects realization for most of them. It means that the multilateral institutions of highest level are capable to provide better common coordinated solutions to the problems of insiders, and not those of outsiders; the G7 members consolidate four of the five macroregions to which they belong, while among thirteen macroregions G20 members belongs to there is only one additional consolidated entity which is Southeast Asia. Thus, a threefold increase in the number of the G20 participants does not enlarge the effective geography of the G20 impact on the rest of the world; even though the BRICS group has the reduced potential for effective implementation of joint participant initiatives because of low level of consolidation union members lesser than 10%, and only China belongs to the economically connected macro-region - East Asia; Brazil, Russia and South Africa are included in the potentially prospective regions with a level of connectivity more than 15%.
We describe a clinical observation of a 64-year old Caucasian patient with a longstanding ankylosing spondylitis, who was admitted to the clinic for diarrhea and joint syndrome. Physical and X-ray ...examination showed that his musculoskeletal system disorder was represented by ankylosing spondylitis, symmetrical erosive polyarthritis of the metacarpophalangeal joints, and wrist joint ankylosis. Laboratory work-up identified that the patient was HLA-B27 positive, had high rheumatoid factor and anti-citrulline antibodies levels. At colonoscopy, there were signs of ulcerative colitis. After the differential diagnosis procedures, we were able to conclude that the patient had a combination of rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and ulcerative colitis as three independent but associated disorders. The first description of these three autoimmune diseases in one patient can be of interest for clinicians.
The most important component of strengthening the potential for responding to biological threats both at the national and interstate levels is the formation of a unified system for monitoring and ...responding to emergencies (ES) of sanitary-epidemiological nature in the CIS territory.
The aim
of the work was to review the systems for monitoring and responding to emergencies of sanitary-epidemiological character in the CIS countries by the example of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic, to characterize the main areas of international cooperation on countering biological threats and coordinating international response measures in the CIS countries.
Materials and methods
. Information and analytical materials provided by organizations responsible for epidemiological surveillance and control in the CIS countries, Internet sources, and publications were used for the study.
Results and discussion
. The organization and functioning of the systems for monitoring and responding to emergencies in the CIS countries is a state function. It includes, as a rule, the national, regional (sub-national) and territorial (local) levels, which have horizontal and vertical connections. The legal framework is made up of documents of the legislative level. Interdepartmental interaction in response to emergencies is carried out both at the republican level and in administrative territories; the basis for interaction is the integrated planning of preventive and anti-epidemic measures and the functioning of the relevant organizational structures on an ongoing basis. Since 2015, with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation, programs have been implemented aimed at assisting partner countries in the implementation of the International Health Regulations (2005) in order to increase national response capacity and form a unified sanitaryepidemiological emergency response system in the CIS countries. The main areas of collaboration are strengthening the material and technical base and human resources of specialized institutions and scientific cooperation. As a result of the program implementation, a unified system for monitoring and prompt response to emergencies in the field of public health of sanitary-epidemiological nature has essentially been formed in the CIS countries to date, uniting more than 15 specialized institutions from 8 CIS countries.

system in bubble-agitated double-chamber laboratory furnaces during processing of a broad ...spectrum of iron-containing materials, including technogenic waste. Laboratory tests are conducted for refractory life in a medium of molten iron. Conditions are modeled for exploitation of a refractory in melting and reducing zones of a bubble-agitated type furnace. Optical microscopy is used to study zones and the overall depth of crucible reaction with melt at the melt – refractory crucible interface.
The paper presents studies of linear models of economic dynamics of the Neumann-Gale type, taking into account their possible stationarity, presents an analysis of existing classification approaches ...to the concept of optimality, presents their advantages and comparative characteristics, it is noted that the first type model open connects the concept of optimality with discounted maximization total utility. The first considers a closed system, the technological description of which includes the reproduction of all the resources necessary for development, including labor. Such a system has no external goals; its natural end in itself is development at the maximum pace. This is the most abstract and idealized scheme, but on the other hand it was it that made it possible to develop such fundamental concepts as equilibrium, a ray of (Neumann) balanced growth. Later, the apparatus of the closed model was replenished with the concepts of “direct and inverse Bellman operators”, “effective functional” (“potential”) of the model, etc. The second approach involves explicit accounting for consumption. Here the description becomes open, consumption is derived from the "technology" and described using the utility function. A new approach to the concept of “optimal development strategy” is proposed, a detailed analysis of the corresponding model is given. The article consists of three sections. 1 - staging part; 2 - analysis of the model with illustrative examples; 3 - conjugate (dual) model. The last section contains the main result on the connection of the optimal trajectories of the direct and dual problems. The paper provides an overview of literary sources in the subject area, as well as an economic interpretation of the results.

Pilot clinical trials of Tropoxin provided evidence that it has high efficacy in the interictal treatment of frequent and severe migraine attacks.
