This article explains that the theory of Lawrence Friedman, known as the Three Elements of the legal system in law enforcement there is a significant short age, when compared with the theory ...contained in the Qurân, where it is explained that law enforcement should be no element of awareness of society itself, as enshrined in the story of Prophet Ibrahim and Ismail. To uphold justice not only includes three elements or pillars, but also the equally important need to incorporate elements of the law society or the legal awareness of the society itself. Beside as a tool of worship, zakah can be a source of productive economic development tools for the poor. Zakah is expected to improve the economy of the poor. So, there is a norm that states, zakah ...aimed at not only circulate wealth among the wealthy. If the property is still managed for consumptive purposes, of course they will spend it just to the rich. The Political Configuration of the Shariah Banking in Indonesia. Islamic law applies to Muslims wherever they are, whatever their nationality. But the National law is the law applicable to a ...particular nation, in a particular national state. In Indonesia's case, the National law also means the law developed by the Indonesian people, after Indonesia became an independent country and in force for the Indonesian people as successor to the old colonial law. Thus, Islamic law should be used now instead of the colonial law, which is no longer relevant to Islamic values. Shariah banking law is a product of National law which is adopted from Quranic and Sunnah values. Therefore, in the realm of business law, the Islamic law is a truly National law.Keywords: configuration, law, politics, Islamic bankingAbstraksi: Konfigurasi Politik Hukum Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia. Hukum Islam berlaku bagi orang Islam di manapun ia berada dan apapun kebangsaannya. Sedangkan hukum Nasional adalah hukum yang berlaku bagi bangsa tertentu, di suatu negara tertentu. Dalam kasus Indonesia, hukum Nasional juga berarti hukum yang dibangun oleh bangsa Indonesia setelah Indonesia merdeka dan berlaku bagi penduduk Indonesia sebagai pengganti hukum kolonial. Jadi, semestinya hukum Islam yang digunakan sekarang juga sebagai pengganti hukum kolonial, yang tidak lagi relevan dengan nilai Islam. Hukum perbankan syariah merupakan produk hukum Nasional yang diadopsi dari nilai Alquran dan Sunah. This article discusses the history of the establishment of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The author examines the derivers of their establishment and argues that, aside other aspects, political ...aspects give contribution to the establishment of the Islamic banking. He describes a number of evidences of how politics play an important role in the success of their establishment; one of those proofs is the economic and political Islam interdependence which can be read in the idea of Indonesian Muslims on establishing Islamic banks, which is influenced by political content. At the beginning, the relationship between Muslims and the New Order was covered with suspicions and prejudices. The rulers of the New Order in the 1970's were still suspicious of the idea on the establishment of an Islamic state or the realization of the Jakarta Charter. Until recent days, the idea is still debated.
The aim in this study is to describe the adolescent development and marriage, this time quite contrary to marriage is based on the religion of Islam. This study uses a analisis quantitative, approach ...deskripitif and inferential analysis. The normality test analysis, correlation, regression analysis and uses Test-T. Sample is adolescents (residents) in the village Cireundeu, District East Ciputat, South Tangerang, Banten province. The total sample is 150 people. The results showed that there is a relationship between adolescent development and marriage. It is seen from a wedding going on in teenagers is not only formed from adolescent development, but also of other factors. It can be concluded that the marriage occurred among adolescents is one of the developments of promiscuity with their peers. This promiscuity occurs because of lack of understanding and knowledge of adolescents to promiscuity and a lack of understanding of the value of religion. Religious educations in adolescents to be conducted if want to changes in behavior and personality.
