Intelligent City is set up innovation environment by people's attendance not only model of technology development but also integrating the networks of communities and knowledge of improvement for ...basis to create the innovation system of intelligent city. Therefore, the main idea is the improvement of urban environments, the convenience and technology of innovation and studying in knowledge. The research basis on proposal of Chuag Hsing Village Advanced Research Park and consolidate with internal and external foreign urban case studies, the strategy of development and the development of intelligent city and rural town.
A new nanowire FinFET structure is developed for CMOS device scaling into the sub-10 nm regime. Accumulation mode P-FET and inversion mode N-FET with 5 nm and 10 nm physical gate length, ...respectively, are fabricated. N-FET gate delay (CV/I) of 0.22 ps and P-FET gate delay of 0.48 ps with excellent subthreshold characteristics are achieved, both with very low off leakage cur-rent less than 10 nA/ /spl mu/m. Nanowire FinFET device operation is also explored using 3-D full quantum mechanical simulation.
The 3D double-layer vertical RRAM with ultralow sub-μA operating current and high self-rectifying ratio over 10 3 has been demonstrated for the first time. This Ta/TaO x /TiO 2 /Ti interfacial ...switching device overcomes the intrinsic trade-off between operating current and variability in filamentary RRAMs and shows promising potential for high-density data storage.

Context discovery refers loosely to the operations of extraction, aggregation, storage and deduction of environmental information. Such information can be delivered to context-aware applications so ...that they can adapt their behavior according to the discovered contexts. Context information may be sensed and extracted by various sensors deployed freely in the environment These sensors must be interconnected to allow sensed data be collected. They are often heterogeneous with different sensing and computing capabilities to allow multimodal sensing. To help the interaction among the heterogeneous sensors in a context-aware environment, we need an efficient data-centric communication substrate on top of these sensors. The substrate must be self-organizing, self-tuning, and self-healing. It also needs to exploit the ad hoc interactions among heterogeneous sensors for energy conservation and operation efficiency. In this paper, we introduce such a substrate called TRAILBLAZER to enable the discovery of high-level contexts. We evaluate TRAILBLAZER via simulation. The results show that the communication among sensors is efficient in terms of the consumed energy when compared with an ideal solution and it is also fault-resilient.
For the first time, 10nm Si-based bulk FinFETs 6T SRAM (beta ratio = 2) with novel multiple fin heights technology is successfully demonstrated with 25% better static noise margin at 0.6 V than ...single fin-height baseline. Meanwhile, presented technology also provides advantage in SRAM cell size by 20% scaling down. It can furthermore offer potential of beyond 10nm Si-based CMOS computing circuit technology.
UNLABELLEDAmong the several treatment strategies available for acute myocardial infarction, primary percutaneous coronary intervention concomitant with antithrombotic agents is the primary treatment ...used to facilitate coronary reperfusion. However, bleeding can create major complications. Here we have presented a case of acute myocardial infarction treated with reperfusion therapy, after which developed a sudden onset of proptosis, with high intraocular pressure, blurred vision, and ecchymosis of the left eye. Spontaneous retro-orbital subperiosteal hemorrhage, a rare complication, was diagnosed based on those symptoms as noted above, as well as other orbital signs and imaging evaluation. Multiple antithrombotic agents, including antiplatelets, low molecular weight heparin, and glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor inhibitor were thought to be the main precipitating factors of this complication. Thereafter, conservative medical treatment was applied. In the following 2 weeks, all the patient's orbital signs resolved gradually without visual impairment. In conclusion, our experience with a rare case of complications arising from reperfusion therapy used to treat myocardial infarction suggests that clinicians should remain vigilant for any hemorrhagic events during acute myocardial infarction treatment.
