In recent years, China's e-commerce industry has developed at a high speed, and the scale of various industries has continued to expand. Service-oriented enterprises such as e-commerce transactions ...and information technology came into being. This paper analyzes the shortcomings and challenges of traditional online shopping behavior prediction methods, and proposes an online shopping behavior analysis and prediction system. The paper chooses linear model logistic regression and decision tree based XGBoost model. After optimizing the model, it is found that the nonlinear model can make better use of these features and get better prediction results. In this paper, we first combine the single model, and then use the model fusion algorithm to fuse the prediction results of the single model. The purpose is to avoid the accuracy of the linear model easy to fit and the decision tree model over-fitting. The results show that the model constructed by the article has further improvement than the single model. Finally, through two sets of contrast experiments, it is proved that the algorithm selected in this paper can effectively filter the features, which simplifies the complexity of the model to a certain extent and improves the classification accuracy of machine learning. The XGBoost hybrid model based on p/n samples is simpler than a single model. Machine learning models are not easily over-fitting and therefore more robust.

Health-related quality of life (HRQOL) is increasingly measured as an outcome for clinical and health services research. However, relatively little is known about how non-health factors affect HRQOL. ...Personality is a potentially important factor, yet evidence regarding the effects of personality on HRQOL measures is unclear.
This systematic review examined the relationships among aspects of personality and HRQOL. Eligible studies were identified from Medline and PsycINFO. The review included 76 English-language studies with HRQOL as a primary outcome and that assessed personality from the psychological perspective. Individuals with various health states, including ill (e.g., cancer, cardiovascular disorders), aging, and healthy, were included in this review study.
Some personality characteristics were consistently related to psychosocial aspects more often than physical aspects of HRQOL. Personality characteristics, especially neuroticism, mastery, optimism, and sense of coherence were most likely to be associated with psychosocial HRQOL. Personality explained varying proportions of variance in different domains of HRQOL. The range of variance explained in psychosocial HRQOL was 0 to 45% and the range of explained variance in physical HRQOL was 0 to 39%.
Personality characteristics are related to HRQOL. Systematic collection and analysis of personality data alongside HRQOL measures may be helpful in medical research, clinical practice, and health policy evaluation.

To compare associations of symptom prevalence, chronic conditions, and health-related quality of life (HRQOL) between cancer survivors and non-cancer individuals using the U.S. National Health ...Interview Survey.
Study samples comprised 604 survivors and 6,166 non-cancer individuals. Symptoms included sensation abnormality, pain, fatigue, cognitive disturbance, depression, and anxiety. Physical and mental HRQOL was measured by the Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System.
Compared with non-cancer individuals, survivors had higher prevalence in sensation abnormality (OR = 2.4; 95% CI = 1.9 to 3.0), pain (OR = 2.1; 95% CI = 1.7 to 2.6), fatigue (OR = 1.4; 95% CI = 1.1 to 1.8), and decremented physical HRQOL (difference = -3.7; 95% CI = -4.7 to -2.6). The prevalence of individual symptoms was significantly associated with decremented physical HRQOL range = -5.9 (anxiety) to -8.9 (pain) and mental HRQOL range = -4.7 (sensation) to -8.4 (depression). The association between cancer experience and physical and mental HRQOL was chiefly explained by the prevalence of six symptoms and presence of chronic conditions. Pain (β = -4.0; 95% CI = -4.5 to -3.6) and ≥2 chronic conditions (β = -9.2; 95% CI = -10.2 to -8.2) significantly decremented physical HRQOL. Depression (β = -5.2; 95% CI = -5.8 to -4.6) and ≥2 chronic conditions (β = -3.3; 95% CI = -4.4 to -2.3) significantly decremented mental HRQOL.
Cancer survivors experience more symptom burden than non-cancer individuals, which is associated with more chronic conditions and impaired HRQOL.
Interventions to manage symptom prevalence especially for older cancer survivors and survivors with more chronic conditions may improve their HRQOL outcomes.

Financial hardship among survivors of pediatric cancer has been understudied. We investigated determinants and consequences of financial hardship among adult survivors of childhood cancer.
Financial ...hardship, determinants, and consequences were examined in 2811 long-term survivors (mean age at evaluation = 31.8 years, years postdiagnosis = 23.6) through the baseline survey and clinical evaluation. Financial hardship was measured by material, psychological, and coping/behavioral domains. Outcomes included health and life insurance affordability, retirement planning, symptoms, and health-related quality of life (HRQOL). Odds ratios (ORs) estimated associations of determinants with financial hardship. Odds ratios and regression coefficients estimated associations of hardship with symptom prevalence and HRQOL, respectively. All statistical tests were two-sided.
Among participants, 22.4% (95% confidence interval CI = 20.8% to 24.0%), 51.1% (95% CI = 49.2% to 52.9%), and 33.0% (95% CI = 31.1% to 34.6%) reported material, psychological, and coping/behavioral hardship, respectively. Risk factors across hardship domains included annual household income of $39 999 or less vs $80 000 or more (material OR = 3.04, 95% CI = 2.08 to 4.46, psychological OR = 3.64, 95% CI = 2.76 to 4.80, and coping/behavioral OR = 4.95, 95% CI = 3.57 to 6.86) and below high school attainment vs college graduate or above (material OR = 2.22, 95% CI = 1.45 to 3.42, psychological OR = 1.75, 95% CI = 1.18 to 2.62, and coping/behavioral OR = 2.05, 95% CI = 1.38 to 3.06). Myocardial infarction, peripheral neuropathy, subsequent neoplasm, seizure, stroke, reproductive disorders, amputation, and upper gastrointestinal disease were associated with higher material hardship (all P < .05). Hardship across three domains was associated with somatization, anxiety and depression (all P < .001), suicidal ideation (all P < .05), and difficulty in retirement planning (all P < .001). Survivors with hardship had statistically significantly lower HRQOL (all P < .001), sensation abnormality (all P < .001), and pulmonary (all P < .05) and cardiac (all P < .05) symptoms.
A substantial proportion of adult survivors of childhood cancer experienced financial hardship. Vulnerable sociodemographic status and late effects were associated with hardship. Survivors with financial hardship had an increased risk of symptom prevalence and impaired HRQOL.
4-Dimethylaminoazobenzene (DAB, methyl yellow, or butter yellow), a human carcinogen, has been banned for use in foods since 1988. In 2014, DAB adulteration in Tofu occurred in Taiwan. We hypothesize ...that DAB can form DAB•SBPadduct adduct with soybean protein (SBP) which could damage Gastro-Duodenal-Hepatic axis. Sprague-Dawley rats gavage fed DAB•SBPadduct adduct revealed severely reduced body weight and damaged duodenum, liver, hepatic mitochondria, and spleen. Hepatic levels of glutathione and ATP were severely reduced. Serum GOT and GPT were substantially elevated. Analysis by the adsorption isotherm clearly revealed DAB formed very stable DAB•SBPadduct adduct at 1:1 molar ration (Phase A). The equilibrium constant of this colloidal adduct DAB•SBPadduct was KeqA = ∝, behaving as the most stable and toxic species. At higher protein concentration (Phase C) it formed conjugate DAB×SBPgrossconjugate, with KeqC = 3.23×10-2 mg/mL, implicating a moderately strong adsorption. The in vitro pepsin digestibility test showed apparently reduced digestibility by 27% (by Ninhydrin assay) or 8% (by Bradford assay). Conclusively, this is the first report indicating that DAB•SBPadduct potentially is capable to damage the Gastro-Duodenal-Hepatic axis.

The purpose of this study was to identify new metal-based anticancer drugs; to this end, we synthesized two new copper(II) complexes, namely Cu(ncba)4(phen) (1) and Cu(ncba)4(bpy) (2), comprised ...4-chloro-3-nitrobenzoic acid as the main ligand. The single-crystal XRD approach was employed to determine the copper(II) complex structures. Binding between these complexes and calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) and human serum albumin (HSA) was explored by electronic absorption, fluorescence spectroscopy, and viscometry. Both complexes intercalatively bound CT-DNA and statically and spontaneously quenched DNA/HSA fluorescence. A CCK-8 assay revealed that complex 1 and complex 2 had substantial antiproliferative influences against human cancer cell lines. Moreover, complex 1 had greater antitumor efficacy than the positive control cisplatin. Flow cytometry assessment of the cell cycle demonstrated that these complexes arrested the HepG2 cell cycle and caused the accumulation of G0/G1-phase cells. The mechanism of cell death was elucidated by flow cytometry-based apoptosis assays. Western blotting revealed that both copper(II) complexes induced apoptosis by regulating the expression of the Bcl-2(Bcl-2, B cell lymphoma 2) protein family.
As volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are a major group of air pollutants, development of materials for efficient adsorption and removal of VOCs is of great significance in both environmental and ...analytical sciences. Here we report metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) MIL-101 for the effective adsorption of VOCs at atmospheric pressure. A simple device was designed for quartz crystal microbalance (QCM), and six VOCs with various functional groups and polarities, i.e., n-hexane, toluene, methanol, butanone, dichloromethane, and n-butylamine, were chosen as targets to probe the adsorption properties of MIL-101. The developed device allows measurement of the adsorption isotherms and monitoring of the dynamic process for the adsorption of VOCs on MOFs, and also provides a useful tool for characterization of MOFs. The adsorption isotherms of the VOCs on MIL-101 followed the Dubinin–Astakhov equation with the characteristic energy from 5.70 (methanol) to 9.13 kJ mol–1 (n-butylamine), Astakhov exponent from 0.50 (n-butylamine) to 3.03 (n-hexane), and the limiting adsorption capacity from 0.08 (n-hexane) to 12.8 (n-butylamine) mmol g–1. MIL-101 exhibited the strongest affinity to n-butylamine, but the weakest affinity to n-hexane. The determined Astakhov exponents and the isosteric heats of adsorption revealed the energetic heterogeneity of MIL-101. MIL-101 showed the most energetically homogeneous for n-hexane, but the most energetically heterogeneous for n-butylamine. The dynamic process of adsorption monitored by the QCM system demonstrated the distribution of the sorption sites within MIL-101. The metal sites within the MIL-101 were vital in adsorption process. MIL-101 gave much higher affinity and bigger adsorption capacity to VOCs than activated carbon, offering great potential for real applications in the adsorption and removal of VOCs.
With the rapid development of machine learning technology, as a regression problem that helps people to find the law from the massive data to achieve the prediction effect, more and more people pay ...attention. Data prediction has become an important part of people’s daily life. Currently, the technology is widely used in many fields such as weather forecasting, medical diagnosis and financial forecasting. Therefore, the research of machine learning algorithms in regression problems is a research hotspot in the field of machine learning in recent years. However, real-world regression problems often have very complex internal and external factors, and various machine learning algorithms have different effects on scalability and predictive performance. In order to better study the application effect of machine learning algorithm in regression problem, this paper mainly adopts three common machine learning algorithms: BP neural network, extreme learning machine and support vector machine. Then, by comparing the effects of the single model and integrated model of these machine learning algorithms in the application of regression problems, the advantages and disadvantages of each machine learning algorithm are studied. Finally, the performance of each machine learning algorithm in regression prediction is verified by simulation experiments on four different data sets. The results show that the research on several machine learning algorithms and their integration models has certain feasibility and rationality.
Many studies focus on bacterial cellulose (BC) functioning as multi-function bio-resource polymers, due to its fine fiber network, biocompatibility, high water holding capacity, and high mechanical ...strength. However, BC exhibits poor rehydration after drying due to its high crystallinity. This study added carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) to a BC producing culture medium, which interfered with the formation of BC structure in situ. This process created a modified BC called CBC, whose mechanical strength was found weaker than BC. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) images showed that the cellulose network in CBC became denser. X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis demonstrated that the addition of CMC reduced crystallinity. CBC also exhibited the highest rehydration ratio because of the lowest crystallinity at the 1.0% CMC addition level.
Siblings of children with cancer may experience adverse household economic consequences, but their financial outcomes in adulthood are unknown.
A total of 880 siblings (aged 18-64 years) of ...adult-aged childhood cancer survivors were surveyed to estimate the prevalence of financial hardship by three established domains (behavioral, material, and psychological). For individual financial hardship items matching the contemporaneous National Health Interview Survey or Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System, siblings were compared with the general population by calculating adjusted prevalence odds ratios (ORs) to sample-weighted responses. Multivariable logistic regression models examined associations between sibling characteristics and each hardship domain and between sibling hardship and survivors' cancer/treatment characteristics.
Behavioral, material, and psychological hardship was reported by 24%, 35%, and 28%, respectively. Compared with national survey respondents, siblings were more likely to report worries about medical bills (OR, 1.14; 95% confidence interval CI, 1.06-1.22), difficulty affording nutritious foods (OR, 1.79; 95% CI, 1.54-2.07), and forgoing needed medical care (OR, 1.38; 95% CI, 1.10-1.73), prescription medications (OR, 2.52; 95% CI, 1.99-3.20), and dental care (OR, 1.34; 95% CI, 1.15-1.57) because of cost. Sibling characteristics associated with reporting financial hardship in one or more domains included female sex, older age, chronic health conditions, lower income, not having health insurance, high out-of-pocket medical expenditures, and nonmedical/nonhome debt. No survivor cancer/treatment characteristics were associated with sibling financial hardship.
Adult siblings of childhood cancer survivors were more likely to experience financial hardship compared with the general population. Childhood cancer may adversely affect entire households, with potentially lasting implications.
