The article presents resumptive long-term data on the application of adsorbents and complex chelated fertilizers on young plantations of technical grapes of the Bastardo Magaratsky variety. As a ...result of research, the positive effect of mentioned substances was established and proved, which was manifested in an increase in the volume of one-year growth and acceleration of the output of the selected type of formation; an increase in the power of the root system, and this, in turn, contributed to the better overcoming of drought; an increase in yield at the beginning of entry into fruiting and the quality of berries. Thus, the application of absorbents and chelated fertilizers helps increase the adaptability of grape bushes to adverse environmental conditions, which periodically develop under conditions of the south of Ukraine. The state and forms of water in dispersed aluminum oxides and hydroxides and products obtained during their treatment are investigated in this paper. It has been found that particles of dispersed ...aluminum oxides and hydroxides of various water forms are present on surface and in volume. Their classification based on the state of water and the values of ΔH of evaporation has been introduced: “surface-bound” water, “structural” water, and “single OH groups”. For micron particles, the presence of predominantly “structural” water is exemplified for gibbsite (Al(OH)3) and boehmite (AlOOH). For the defective structure of products of heat treatment of gibbsite in air at 250 and 800°С, a low dehydroxylation temperature and high values of ΔH of water evaporation have been found: 71.13 kJ/mol and 67.27 kJ/mol, respectively. For the γ-Al2O3 nanopowder and the products of its treatment, the presence of “surface-bound”, “structural” water, and water represented by “single OH groups” has been detected. It has been shown that the treatment of gibbsite or aluminum oxide in a supercritical aqueous fluid at a water/Al2O3 molar ratio of less than 1.5 leads to the formation of tohdite 5Al2O3•H2O, the composition of which is characterized by a low content of structural water in the stable state over a wide temperature range.

In this paper we report the measurements of in-plane thermal diffusivity, lifetime of metastable level 3F4, thermal coefficients of linear expansion and refractive index change of laser ceramics Tm(2at.%):Lu2O3 by the transient grating technique. The wavelengths 213, 266, 355 and 796nm from pulsed lasers were chosen for sample excitation in accordance with the desire to measure particular parameters. The experimentally determined thermal diffusivity 0.05cm2/s was attributed to subsurface layer, which has thickness of order of grating period. The applied approach ensured more reliable measurement of lifetime of metastable 3F4 level as compared to the conventional luminescence detection. The dynamic value of linear expansion coefficient was measured under sample excitation at 213nm and was found to be close to that as measured elsewhere in static regime. Coefficient of refraction index change was found to be as high as 2 × 10−5K−1.
The value of absorption coefficient of ceramics at 213nm was estimated by excitation of acoustic grating in a thin layer of air adjacent to the sample surface. After the estimation, it exceeded 104cm−1.
Information technology and geochronological tracking have been widely used in retrospective studies of the specific use of knowledge-based and expensive navigation-hydrographic equipment. The results ...of such studies serve the basis for support services, logistics supply schemes, support networks, etc. Today the feasibility of such studies is especially relevant for the items of active-autonomous navigation and hydrographic equipment. The competitive state of the domestic precision marine instrumentation industry objectively requires a systematic approach to study the demand and application of the above items. It is the geochronological tracking toolkit that may become the basis of a new marketing approach to planning the promotion of items of active-autonomous navigation and hydrographic equipment to the Russian and international market for marine and river transport services. This paper considers qualitatively new capabilities of the above-mentioned tools, as well as the rationalization of the corresponding algorithmic apparatus.
