Family institutions are fundamental units of social importance in the process of human development, construction, and development, through the capacity of human capital formation. Physical ...development alone is meaningless if it is not accompanied by human development based on its natural nature. It is impossible to deal with internal conflicts and to challenge current family institutions because families cannot handle progressive social and economic development processes with simplicity and balance in the family. For example, when there is a disruption in family interaction, there is a loss of family relationships and non-compliance with the value system. Therefore, efforts to balance the demands of social and economic development must be consistent with strengthening relationships within family institutions, as emphasized in the Family Well-Being Index through the Family Relationships dimension. This effort is in line with the desire to create prosperity in family institutions which involves developing individuals and families in a balanced and holistic manner physically, spiritually, economically, socially and mentally. In line with that, a study aimed at testing the Family Well-Being Index was conducted on 319 respondents representing their families in the Pasir Gudang district, Johor Bahru, Malaysia, in 2017. For discussions in this study, the focus would be on the family relationships dimension in terms of Motivational Support, Togetherness, and Curiosity. Overall study findings indicate that the Family Well-Being Index for the Family Relationships dimension is at an excellent level, thus providing relevant interpretations of positive perceptions and practices among study respondents, through testing the Family Relationships domain in three main dimensions.
Environmental degradation is one of the many environmental problems that need to be faced by every country in the world. Indonesia is one of the countries with high cases of smog pollution, this is because the vast forest area with massive land clearing makes forest fires frequent. respond. The ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution is an agreement to control haze pollution that occurs in the Southeast Asian region. This study uses secondary data originating from the Indonesia Central Statistics Agency (BPS) with a quantitative method approach. This study seeks to find the phenomenon of environmental pollution, economy, and emission developments in Indonesia. It was found that energy emissions, FOLU, and forest fires were the three emissions that were not affected by the ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution policy. The policy that Indonesia needs to take is to improve energy emission, fire disaster and FOLU control.

The important elements that need to be as a knowledgeable youth are not merely intellectual intelligence alone, but also need to have a strong emotional and spiritual intelligence to achieve the positive of emotional, thinking and behavior. Emotional intelligence can be a determining factor in behavior and ideology that is more mature and prosperous among the youth of the country. Therefore, the need to have emotional intelligence is as important as intellectual intelligence to achieve a real balance in life. Positive youth can stand up as a citizen who is full of identity and dare to cope with the competitive world, but also wisely handle whatever challenges. A strong emotional intelligence in the youth can also help transform the country's expectations into reality in the quest for the creation of a first-class human capital.

The year 2020 is targeted by Malaysia to becoming a developed country with our own way. The exact aspiration is to develop the ideal human capital in balance with the emotional intelligence and acceptable mindset fitting the way of life from one generation to one generation. The stable country’s development in politic, economic and social field are significant to human value as mentioned in Maslow’s theories. Many of world civilizations always noted by the best achievement in the fact of physically facilities, infrastructures, level of literacy, stable economic status and political that able to influence the world order. Unfortunately, some of world society lives in absent of holistic value, inconsiderate, depression and lack of religion grasp. Historically Malaysia has been colonized by European around 446 years. Some of social, economy and political patterns influenced the Malaysians way of living. Some actions should be considered to preserve our valuable traditions, norms, culture inherited by our relatives from different demographical background. Those values supposed as the truly image of first-class human capital incorporated with the developing and generating the art of emotional intelligence in soft skills among Malaysian students.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand personality of Jokowi and social media to voting behaviour of Indonesia president 2014. The methods of this research conducted with ...quantitative methods. This research uses quantitative method. In this study also built on a review of the theory and results of previous studies. The population of this study are students faculty of social science and political science at Riau Kepulauan university force 2011-2015 users of social media twitter and facebook. Based on sample drawing technique Krejcie and Morgan obtained sample of 165 samples and the scale used is likert. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression with the help of computer software SPSS 19.0. This study looks at the influence of five dimensions of Jokowi brand personality, sincerity, excitement, competence, sophistication, and ruggednes. Furthermore, this study also aims to identify the influence of social media twitter and facebook, and three dimensions of voting behavior that is sociological, psychological, and rational choice. The results of this study show the brand personality Jokowi in general categorized well with the dimension of brand personality the highest score is sincerity. Student voter behavior is generally categorized well with the rational choice dimension that has the highest score. Brand personality has a positive influence on voter behavior. Social media contribute significantly to voting behavior. In other words brand personality and social media together give influence to PP equal to 23.1% while the rest 63.9% voting behavior influenced by other factor which not discussed in this research.
Discipline refers to self-control and individual behaviour. Other than that, discipline is an important element in the formation of integrity level. The objective of the study is to assess the ...effects of using the Stroop test of biofeedback protocol in order to evaluate individual level of discipline. A clinical study has been conducted on 50 participants which is the participants is a undergraduate student from Universiti Malaysia Pahang, who were divided into two groups. First group is students get high achiever and second group is students get low achierver in academic. The Heart Rate Variability (HRV) technique has been used in the assessment of this protocol. The findings show that there was a positive relationship between the Stroop test and the students discipline that those who excelled managed to get higher score of LF spectrum as compared to HF and VLF, while the students with lower achievement showed higher score of VLF and HF spectrum than LF. In conclusion, this test is one of the tests that can be used in increasing the level of individual discipline. Â
This study investigates the relationship between emotional intelligence and working remotely. Additionally, this study looks at how emotions in each of the four categories of emotional intelligence ...domain play a role in influencing Malaysian civil servants' norm of working remotely. The study sample consists of respondents from both academic and non-academic service categories. To assess the first variable, researchers who underwent instrument, face , and construct validation created the questionnaire known as the Emotional Intelligence Domain Inventory (EIDInv; Siti Sarawati Johar, 2021). The questionnaire used to measure the second variable is called the Work from Home Norm Instrument. It was adopted from the Work from Home Challenge COVID-19 Instrument (WFHI-CvdC; Siti Sarawati Johar, 2021). To determine how the four domains of emotional intelligence impact the emotional well-being of a typical homeworker, this study used regression analysis. The study's conclusions show how each variable's relationships and effects have a significant influence. This study expands our understanding of emotional and behavioral well-being in general. It provides valuable information for future researchers examining the topic from the organizational psychology perspective and its connections to the social and economic domains of the community.

Modern pedagogy needs to prepare an innovative type of students than those fostered all the way through. Technology Scaffolding in Problem-based Learning (PBL) environment is a learner-centred ...approach that has the potential to foster student’s independent study through effective communication, collaboration, and student student-teacher interaction. These instructional activities can reorganize the conventional learning approach, enhance the leaning experience and entire learning process. Hence, The importance of intergrating scaffolding strategies to facilitate PBL for effective instruction in a diverse field of education cannot be overemphersized. This review highlihgts the benefits available through the utilization of technology-based scaffolding in PBL that could benefit vocational education. The review employed a systematic search of relevant databases including Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect and others. Twenty two (22) full articles that met the inclusion criteria were selected and analyzed. The analysis showed that PBL with online scaffolding enhances positive students experience, promotes effective collaboration, facilitates learning, and ease in dealing with communication of new ideas in a learning setting. additional findings showed that if question prompts in PBL is provided in a complicated or difficult manner, they could hinder rather than promote learning.
