BIM (Building Information Modeling) is the construction of a digital integrated model (information) of an existing or future built environment.
Saline habitats of the Pannonian region are recognised as conservation priorities by EU legislation, and represent rare semi-natural habitats in mostly agricultural lowland of northern Serbia. Saline ...habitats have a key role in conservation of numerous plant and animal species in Vojvodina, as well as characteristic communities of true bugs. These insects belong to one of the most diverse insect groups in saline habitats. Species Henestaris halophilus (BURMEISTER, 1835), Conostethus hungaricus WAGNER, 1941 and Solenoxyphus fuscovenosus (FIEBER, 1864) are saline specialists and can be found only in these habitat types. True bugs have great qualities for future biomonitoring projects concerning habitats such as saline grasslands and wetlands. During the study, species Hydrometra gracilenta HORVÁTH, 1899 and Solenoxyphus fuscovenosus (FIEBER, 1864) are recorded for the first time in Serbia.
•Physicochemical parameters of honey samples from Vojvodina were investigated.•11% of investigated samples were not in accordance with EU regulative.•Physicochemical parameters can be used to ...distinguish investigated honey types.
Forty-five honey samples of three honey types – two monofloral (acacia and sunflower) and one polyfloral (meadow) were collected from the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina (Republic of Serbia) and analysed for their physicochemical parameters (moisture, acidity, pH, ash, electrical conductivity, glucose, fructose, hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF), CIE L∗a∗b∗ colour and mineral content). All tested physicochemical parameters were in agreement with the EU regulation except for moisture (4 samples) and HMF content (1 sample).
Principal component analysis (PCA) was used for assessing the effects of three honey types on all investigated physicochemical parameters. According to PCA, acacia honey samples can be clearly isolated and form a cluster, while, regarding other honey types, PCA can offer the possibility to distinguish sunflower and meadow honey samples regarding examined physicochemical parameters and mineral content.
The fruit juice industry generates pomace as a valuable by-product especially rich in polyphenols, dietary fibers, vitamins, minerals, and unsaturated fatty acids. In the cookies used in this study, ...30% of the gluten-free flour was replaced with dried and ground blueberry and raspberry pomace, rich source of polyphenols, dietary fibers, linoleic and alpha-linolenic acid. In order to examine whether the addition of blueberry and raspberry pomace in cookie formulation can have beneficial effects on certain blood parameters and anthropometric measurements, the designed cookies were tested in 20 healthy, normally fed female subjects, aged 30–50 years (41.35 ± 8.58 years) over four-week dietetic intervention study. Significant changes in the composition of fatty acids serum phospholipids, decrease in LDL-cholesterol level (20.16%), increase in adiponectin level (25.52%) and decrease in ALT and AST values were observed, thus indicating that inclusion of cookies containing blueberry and raspberry dried and ground pomace to usual diet might have positive effects on certain cardiovascular risk factors and liver function indicators.

are derived, to assess the impact of sugar units on materials properties. The synthesized compounds demonstrated significant solubility in common organic solvents, a critical factor in their potential application in wet-processed PSCs. Our investigation included electrochemical property analysis, thin film deposition, surface characterization, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). EIS measurements unveiled key insights into charge transfer properties at the electrode/electrolyte interface, making the compounds attractive candidates for electron transport layers (ETLs) in PSCs.

This study seeks to examine what traits, "myths" and skills pupils will attribute to good geography teachers, and whether their assessments are influenced by gender, age, grade and satisfaction with ...a teacher. The sample consists of 150 high school pupils in Serbia. The survey consisted of four parts: socio-demographic characteristics, Big Five Inventory, good teacher myths, and good geography teacher skills. The results showed that pupils believe that good geography teachers have to be impartial, friendly and conscientious in the first place. Also, 13 high school teachers were also interviewed. The data are somewhat in line with previous research, but also indicate pupils' specific expectations of their geography teachers and teachers' awareness that they are not just ordinary teachers.
Light buckwheat flour was used to substitute rice flour at the level of 10, 20 and 30% to produce gluten-free cookies. The substitution of gluten-free cookie formulation with light buckwheat flour ...contributed to the significantly higher mineral content, especially magnesium, potassium, iron and copper, in comparison with the control rice cookies (p<0.05). Gluten-free cookies made with rice flour and buckwheat flour exhibited significantly higher total phenolic and rutin content, scavenging activity against 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radicals (DPPH
), antioxidant activity and reducing power than the control cookies (p<0.05). Comparing all evaluated sensory properties, cookies containing 20% of light buckwheat flour had the most acceptable sensory properties. The obtained results of principal component analysis showed that the cookies with 20 and 30% buckwheat flour had better antioxidant and sensory properties in comparison with other two cookie samples.
Abstract
Background
Veterinary drugs are widely used in animals to prevent diseases and are a complex set of drugs with very different chemical properties. Multiclass and multi-residue methods for ...simultaneous detection of residues from veterinary drugs and contaminants in urine are very rare or non-existent. Therefore, the aim of this study was to develop and validate a sensitive and reliable quantitative LC-MS/MS method for simultaneous determination of a wide range of veterinary drug and pesticide residues and mycotoxins in bovine urine. This involved 42 veterinary drug residues (4 thyreostats, 6 anabolic hormones, 2 lactones, 10 beta agonists, 15 antibiotics, 5 sulphonamides), 28 pesticides and 2 mycotoxins. Stable isotopically labelled internal standards were used to facilitate effective quantification of the analytes. Analysis was performed in both positive and negative ionization modes with multiple reaction monitoring transitions over a period of 12 min.
Results
The parameters validated included linearity, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ), detection capability (CCβ), decision limit (CCα), stability, accuracy and precision. The process followed guidelines of the regulation 2021/808/EC. The calibration curves were linear with coefficient of correlation (R
2
) from 0.991 to 0.999. The LODs were from 0.01 to 2.71 µg/L, while the LOQs were from 0.05 to 7.52 µg/L. The CCα and CCβ were in range 0.05–12.11 µg/L and 0.08–15.16 µg/L. In addition, the average recoveries of the spiked urine samples were from 71.0 to 117.0% and coefficient of variation (CV) < 21.38% (intraday and interday).
Conclusion
A new isotopic LC-MS/MS method has been developed, validated and applied for identification and quantification of 72 residues of veterinary drugs and pesticides and other contaminants such as mycotoxins in bovine urine. The most appropriated sample preparation procedures involved sodium acetate buffer, enzymatic hydrolysis using β-glucuronidase and cleanup solid phase extraction with OASIS SPE cartridges. The parameters were satisfactorily validated fulfilling requirements under Regulation 2021/808/EC. Consequently, the method could be used in routine analysis of bovine urine samples for simultaneous detection of veterinary drug and pesticide residues as well as contaminants such as mycotoxins.

This paper represents the melissopalynological analysis, physicochemical characteristics (moisture, pH, electrical conductivity, free acidity, glucose, fructose, hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF), and ...colour parameters), polyphenol profile, and sensory properties of Rtanj honey samples (76) harvested during 2019–2021 from different locations in the Rtanj Mountain region (eastern Serbia) with the aim to 1) characterise this meadow honey and 2) obtain markers for its differentiating within the geographical origin protection. The melissopalynological analysis of Rtanj honey revealed many types of pollen, of which the most important belong to the Rosaceae family, especially the Sorbus group. A relatively low value of the colour parameter L* (22.7 ± 0.19–59.8 ± 1.75), the positive a* value of 1.55 ± 0.07–22.3 ± 1.36, and a high content of K (996 ± 376 mg/kg) can be used as markers for its geographical origin authentication, which was confirmed using principal component analysis (PCA). The phenolic profile was evaluated based on the quantification of epicatechin (0.077 ± 0.005 mg/kg), p-coumaric acid (0.316 ± 0.004 mg/kg), ferulic acid (0.524 ± 0.002 mg/kg), naringenin (3.386 ± 0.011 mg/kg), luteolin (0.022 ± 0.006 mg/kg), kaempferol (0.628 ± 0.010 mg/kg), and apigenin (0.120 ± 0.002 mg/kg) using high performance liquid chromatography. The colour of Rtanj honey samples varied from extra white to light amber.
•Rtanj honey samples (76) harvested during 2019–2021 were investigated.•The melissopalynological analysis revealed 106 types of pollen.•The physicochemical parameters and phenolic profile of Rtanj honey samples were determined.•The sensory profile of Rtanj honey was defined.•L*, a*, and K may be the markers for its geographical origin authentication.
