Here we present a comprehensive mass cytometry analysis of peripheral innate lymphoid cell (ILC) subsets in relapsing/remitting MS (RRMS) patients prior to and after onset of cladribine tablets ...(CladT). ILC analysis was conducted on CyTOF data from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of MS patients before, 2 and 6 months after onset of CladT, and non-MS controls. Dimensionality reduction was used for immunophenotyping ILC subsets. CladT reduced all ILC subsets, except for CD56bright NK cells and ILC2. Furthermore, CD38+ NK cell and CCR6+ ILC3 were excluded from CladT-induced immune cell reductions. Post-CladT replenishment by immature ILC was noted by increased CD5+ ILC1 proportions at 2 months, and boosted CD38-CD56bright NK cell numbers at 6 months. CladT induce immune cell depletion among ILC but exclude CD56bright NK cells and ILC2 subsets, as well as CD38+ NK cell and CCR6+ ILC3 immunophenotypes. Post-CladT ILC expansions indicate ILC reconstitution towards a more tolerant immune system phenotype.
La question du Temps a toujours fait partie du travail en thérapie de relaxation et l’actualité peut nous amener à penser et pratiquer notre clinique dans cette urgence. Aujourd’hui, le milieu ...médical est dans cette quête du Temps. Par des demandes de plus en plus pressantes, des enjeux de plus en plus exigeants en rapidité d’efficacité, l’hôpital n’est pas épargné par ces questions, ni les patients ni les soignants qui y passent du temps. Les cliniciens de la pratique à médiation corporelle dont je fais partie doivent s’inscrire dans ces enjeux de société. Le lien constant entre le Corps et le Psychisme dans la pratique de la Relaxation est une force pour s’inscrire dans l’Urgence. Le principe de Temps ne peut être séparé du principe d’Espace et c’est finalement dans le Corps que ces notions se réunissent. À l’hôpital, le médecin est pressé que le patient « guérisse », le patient est pressé de sortir et nous, relaxateurs, nous cherchons d’abord la relation pour la relaxation. Comme le définissait J.-H. Schultz, c’est dans ce « nous thérapeutique » que se joue la rencontre. C’est alors la demande qui vient tout d’abord orienter l’effet de la relaxation. Un patient (sur)demandeur risque d’entraîner un effet trop magique. Nous semblons entendre sa plainte car aucun clivage ne se fait sentir entre le Corps et l’Esprit, il sent qu’il peut souffler mais cela restera superficiel s’il ne souhaite pas travailler en profondeur sur lui. Un médecin (sur)demandeur risque d’amener l’opposition du patient. Son corps est présent mais pas son psychisme ou seulement le caractère rebelle et rien ne peut prendre sens. Mais s’il y a un feeling .. tant dans la proposition du médecin qui pense à l’approche en relaxation, que dans votre instinct à l’écoute de son histoire et dans le temps que le patient s’offre pour se laisser surprendre… c’est là que cette pratique en Rela(xa)tion va prendre tout son sens et va s’inscrire d’emblée comme une réponse à cette demande urgente d’aller mieux ! Au travers de ces 3 possibilités, ces 3 profils, nous allons réfléchir à ce qui se joue dans les premières séances de relaxation. Où se situe l’engagement du patient dans son Corps et la façon dont les changements peuvent s’opérer ? Fort heureusement, le Corps est surprenant… et même après certains débuts qui peuvent paraître perdus d’avance, les surprises de la Relaxation ne cessent de faire évoluer l’Urgence de la demande à l’hôpital.
We present the first Ge-based constraints on sub-MeV /c2 dark matter (DM) particles interacting with electrons using a 33.4 g Ge cryogenic detector with a 0.53 electron-hole pair (rms) resolution, ...operated underground at the Laboratoire Souterrain de Modane. Competitive constraints are set on the DM-electron scattering cross section, as well as on the kinetic mixing parameter of dark photons down to 1 eV / c2. In particular, the most stringent limits are set for dark photon DM in the 6 to 9 eV / c2 range. These results demonstrate the high relevance of Ge cryogenic detectors for the search of DM-induced eV-scale electron signals.
Dry Dilution Refrigerators (DDR) based on pulse tube cryo-coolers have started to replace Wet Dilution Refrigerators (WDR) due to the ease and low cost of operation. However these advantages come at ...the cost of increased vibrations, induced by the pulse tube. In this work, we present the vibration measurements performed on three different commercial DDRs. We describe in detail the vibration measurement system we assembled, based on commercial accelerometers, conditioner and DAQ, and examined the effects of the various damping solutions utilized on three different DDRs, both in the low and high frequency regions. Finally, we ran low temperature, pseudo-massive (30 and 250g) germanium bolometers in the best vibration-performing system under study and report on the results.

We make use of the EDELWEISS-III array of germanium bolometers to search for electron interactions at the keV scale induced by phenomena beyond the Standard Model. A 90% C.L. lower limit is set on ...the electron lifetime decaying to invisibles, ?>1.2×1024 years. We investigate the emission of axions or axionlike particles (ALPs) by the Sun, constraining the coupling parameters gae<1.1×10?11 and gae×gaNeff<3.5×10?17 at 90% C.L. in the massless limit. We also directly search for the absorption of bosonic dark matter particles that would constitute our local galactic halo. Limits are placed on the couplings of ALPs or hidden photon dark matter in the mass range 0.8–500 keV/c2. Prospects for searching for dark matter particles with masses down to 150 eV/c2 using improved detectors are presented.
The CUPID-Mo experiment at the Laboratoire Souterrain de Modane (France) is a demonstrator for CUPID, the next-generation ton-scale bolometric 0νββ experiment. It consists of a 4.2 kg array of 20 ...enriched Li2 100MoO4 scintillating bolometers to search for the lepton-number-violating process of 0νββ decay in 100Mo. With more than one year of operation (100Mo exposure of 1.17 kg × yr for physics data), no event in the region of interest and, hence, no evidence for 0νββ is observed. We report a new limit on the half-life of 0νββ decay in 100Mo of T1/2 > 1.5 × 1024 yr at 90% C.I. The limit corresponds to an effective Majorana neutrino mass ⟨m β β⟩ < (0.31 –0.54 ) eV, dependent on the nuclear matrix element in the light Majorana neutrino exchange interpretation.

experiment aims at searching for new physics in the electroweak sector by providing a high precision measurement of the Coherent Elastic Neutrino-Nucleus Scattering (CENNS) ...process down to the sub-100 eV nuclear recoil energy range. The experiment will deploy a kg-scale low-energy-threshold detector array combining Ge and Zn target crystals 8.8 m away from the 58 MW research nuclear reactor core of the Institut Laue Langevin (ILL) in Grenoble, France. Collaboration is characterizing the backgrounds at its future experimental site in order to optimize the experiment’s shielding design. The most threatening background component, which cannot be actively rejected by particle identification, consists of keV-scale neutron-induced nuclear recoils. These initial fast neutrons are generated by the reactor core and surrounding experiments (reactogenics), and by the cosmic rays producing primary neutrons and muon-induced neutrons in the surrounding materials. In this paper, we present the
Ricochet
neutron background characterization using
3
He proportional counters which exhibit a high sensitivity to thermal, epithermal and fast neutrons. We compare these measurements to the
Ricochet
Geant4 simulations to validate our reactogenic and cosmogenic neutron background estimations. Eventually, we present our estimated neutron background for the future
Ricochet
experiment and the resulting CENNS detection significance. Our results show that depending on the effectiveness of the muon veto, we expect a total nuclear recoil background rate between 44 ± 3 and 9 ± 2 events/day/kg in the CENNS region of interest, i.e. between 50 eV and 1 keV. We therefore found that the
Ricochet
experiment should reach a statistical significance of 4.6 to 13.6
σ
for the detection of CENNS after one reactor cycle, when only the limiting neutron background is considered.

We report the measurement of the two-neutrino double-beta ($2\nu\beta\beta$) decay of $^{100}$Mo to the ground state of $^{100}$Ru using lithium molybdate (\crystal) scintillating bolometers. The ...detectors were developed for the CUPID-Mo program and operated at the EDELWEISS-III low background facility in the Modane underground laboratory. From a total exposure of $42.235$ kg$\times$d, the half-life of $^{100}$Mo is determined to be $T_{1/2}^{2\nu}=7.12^{+0.18}_{-0.14}\,\mathrm{(stat.)}\pm0.10\,\mathrm{(syst.)}\times10^{18}$ years. This is the most accurate determination of the $2\nu\beta\beta$ half-life of $^{100}$Mo to date. We also confirm, with the statistical significance of $>3\sigma$, that the single-state dominance model of the $2\nu\beta\beta$ decay of $^{100}$Mo is favored over the high-state dominance model.

We present the noise performance of high electron mobility transistors (HEMT) developed by CNRS/C2N laboratory. Various HEMT’s gate geometries with 2 pF to 230 pF input capacitance have been studied ...at 4 K. A model for both voltage and current noises has been developed with frequency dependence up to 1 MHz. These HEMTs exhibit low dissipation, excellent noise performance and can advantageously replace traditional Si-JFETs for the readout of high impedance thermal sensor and semiconductor ionization cryogenic detectors. Our model predicts that cryogenic germanium detectors of 30 g with 10 eV heat and 20 eV
ee
baseline resolution are feasible if read out by HEMT-based amplifiers. Such resolution allows for high discrimination between nuclear and electron recoils at low threshold. This capability is of major interest for coherent elastic neutrino scattering and low-mass dark matter experiments such as Ricochet and EDELWEISS.
