Surface deformation relief (SDR) of the contact areas of a hip joint endoprosthesis subjected to wear was studied at different structural levels using laser scanning microscopy. Quantitative ...comparative 3D analysis of the SDR parameters characterizing postimplantation changes in components of the implant was performed. It was found that wear of the kinematic unit was eccentric and heterogeneous. Deep local surface changes were mainly observed at the upper pole of the head and the insert. The bottom segments of the insert remained intact even after long-term use of the tribological pair. The SDR of these segments remained intact.
The hip arthroplasty in case of destructive - dystrophic affection is considered as the most effective method, which provided social and home reintegration. A modern science development facilitates ...to this technique. However, specialists noted that the rate of endoprosthesis complication increased in the patients after osteosynthesis of proximal femur. The authors compared the results of patient’s treatment that applied hip arthroplasty methods after osteosynthesis of proximal femur. The main group consisted of 38 patients who underwent hip arthroplasty after osteosynthesis of proximal femur. The control group had 43 patients with hip idiopathic osteoarthrosis, who underwent primary arthroplasty. The endoprothesis replacement was associated with increase of the rate of intraoperative and postoperative complications in the main group of patients. According to the results, given group of patients requires a special approach to diagnostics and treatment.
Diabetes mellitus (DM) in children has an impact on the social world of the child, changing his environment and his own role. A comprehensive approach to the treatment of diabetes in childhood ...involves taking into account the characteristics of a growing organism, analyzing socio-psychological factors and individual personality traits. The article analyzes the significant social spheres in which a child's relationships are built: family, non-family environment (peers and other children, educators, teachers, doctors). Special attention is paid to the negative impact of the Internet and social networks on the formation of opinions and attitudes of a child with diabetes and his parents to doctors and treatment. One of the tasks of DM therapy is to create a social situation that will contribute to the formation of personal qualities in a child that are necessary for managing the disease and maintaining psychological well-being. The tools for implementing this direction are both traditional diabetes schools and promising types of programs with the creation of groups of children involved in active joint activities: artistic, sports, dance, intellectual, etc. As an example of an innovative approach to teaching, adaptation and inclusion of children with diabetes in society, the social health and educational program “Diabetes. Dances. Children”, which has been implemented since 2020 in Moscow. The program is attended by 15 children and adolescents with diabetes (5-15 years), diabetes experience from 2 months to 10 years. The features of the program consist in the adaptation of dance and physical activities to the glycemic indices of children in dynamics; participation in the program of children, their family environment and friends; accompanying endocrinologists and clinical psychologists; conducting seminars for children and parents as part of an educational marathon; participation of children in dance competitions and festivals, video filming and various creative events.
Aims: The aim is to analyze the impact of macroeconomic factors on the dynamics of realizing the foreign trade potential of companies based on vector autoregression and the formation of strategic ...priorities for the companies’ economic activities. Methods: The research methodology is based on the application of methods of time series analysis and impulse response functions. The Granger causality test was used for the linear causal relationship between the analyzed indicators. The study used statistical data for the period 2001–2020 in the annual section of the World Bank Trade Map portal. Results: It is shown that the innovative development of the country contributes to an increase in non-raw material trade with countries geographically close to its borders. It was revealed that the level of agricultural development of the importing country influences the import of cereals with a lag effect of 3–4 years. Justified: The intensification of export-import operations contributes to the development of the production potential of countries as a whole, creating great potential for enhancing the economic activity of agricultural companies and creating incentives for the development of the economies of the country's regions. It has been determined that the foreign trade system is an equilibrium system that returns to a stable state 2-3 years after the shock impact of exogenous and endogenous factors. Novelty: The novelty of the study lies in the assessment of the dynamic impact of the shock impact of exogenous and endogenous factors on macroeconomic indicators, taking into account the specifics of the foreign trade turnover of countries. Conclusion: The results of the study can be used to develop a strategy for the development of foreign trade activities, including grain crops for both countries, to realize more reliable forecasting of foreign economic transactions with a lag of 3-5 years. . Violation of colon function in children remains an important problem in clinical gastroenterology. Until now, there are various approaches to the treatment of the etiology and ...pathogenesis of chronic constipation and the issue of treatment practice has not been resolved.
Purpose of the research
. To study blood flow of the sigmoid and rectum wall in idiopathic megarectosigmoid in children.
Material and method of the research
. The age of patients varies from 3–15 years. The girls were (79%). The results of sigmoid and rectal blood flow in 29 children with constipation and 16 healthy children were studied.
Results
. Indicators showed that with this pathology, as a rule, there are changes in the intestinal hemodynamics indicating signs of venous congestion, indicating the presence of veniparesis of the vessels of the colon with constipation in children.
Conclusion
. Summing up the results of the study, we can say that constipation in children is characterized by disorders of hemodynamics of the colon in the form of a decrease in the tone of the vessels, and the depth of the revealed changes in the conditions of the vascular blood flow allows, along with other diagnostic methods, to form indications for surgical intervention and conservative management of patients suffering constipation.
