Ukraine's food security is due to the production of a sufficient number of high-quality, environmentally friendly, high-quality food products of animal origin, including poultry products. The purpose ...and objectives of the study. To analyze the slaughter condition, safety, and quality of slaughter products of meat turkeys in the direction of productivity when using the prebiotic drug actigen. The object of study was turkeys of the BIG-6 breed. The prebiotic Actigen was added to the essential diet of turkeys in the following doses: from the 1st to the 21st day: 0.4; 0.8 and 1 g/kg of feed; from the 22nd to the 42nd day: 0.4; 0.6 and 0.8 g/kg of feed; from the 42nd to the 120th day: 0.2; 0.4 and 0.7 g/kg of feed. Mixing prebiotics with compound feed was performed with a feed mixer on the farm for compound feed production. The bird had free access to food and water throughout the fattening. According to DSTU 3143:2013, carcasses of broiler turkeys of experimental groups belong to the first category of fattening. The macrostructural characteristics of the organs of broiler turkeys in the experimental groups correspond to the age norm of the bird. Organomacroscopic characteristics of slaughter products of broiler turkeys of all experimental groups do not differ significantly. When determining the organoleptic characteristics of broiler turkey meat after using the prebiotic Actigen, it was established that Volodar LLC, Kyiv region, sells quality products that meet the requirements of the current National Standard. In the study of microbiological and microscopic indicators of broiler turkey meat after the use of the prebiotic Actigen, it was found that the microbiological indicators of MAFANM content in broiler turkey meat of Volodar LLC of the experimental group were 2.12 ± 0.25 × 103 and control groups 2.98 ± 1.07 × 103 according to the norms 1×106 CFU/g – fresh turkey, i.e., met the requirements of the current National Standard. It was found that the broiler turkeys' meat after using the prebiotic Actigen had a higher relative biological value – 100.0 %, compared with the control group of 95.0 % (P < 0.05). The number of Tetrahymena pyriformis cells grown on a nutrient medium with broiler turkey meat after three hours of incubation in the experimental group was 100.0 ± 5.3 – due only to motile cell forms. A similar trend remained after six hours of incubation. Infusoria had the shape of a regular shoe; they are mobile. Therefore, no adverse effect of samples of the meat of turkey broilers of Volodar LLC on the morphophysiological parameters of ciliates of Tetrahymena pyriformis was found, which indicates that the studied meat of the experimental groups is not toxic.
The construction of the H.E.S.S. (
High Energy Stereoscopic System), a superior system of four 12
m imaging atmospheric Čerenkov telescopes, has been completed recently in the Namib desert close to ...Windhoek, at 1800
m above sea level. This new generation of ground-based gamma-ray detectors has an energy threshold of about 100
GeV in observations at zenith and a sensitivity of about 1% Crab flux for a point-like γ-ray source. Such high sensitivity was achieved due to 0.1° angular resolution, as well as, severe cosmic ray background rejection acquired from multi-fold imaging of individual atmospheric showers. In addition H.E.S.S. has a rather good energy resolution of 15%. H.E.S.S. has been taking routine observations of the γ-ray sources since December 2003.
Similar stereoscopic arrays are currently under construction at Kitt Peak, Arizona, and at Woomera, Australia. Two telescopes of somewhat larger size of 17
m diameter are being built by the MAGIC collaboration on the Canary Island of La Palma. The first of these two telescopes has been taking data since the Fall of 2003.
The outstanding physics results achieved with H.E.S.S. already in a first year of its exploitation strongly encourage further development of imaging atmospheric Čerenkov technique for high-quality γ-ray observations, which is basically driven by father reduction of the energy threshold of a forthcoming major future γ-ray detector. Here we are dealing with such a detector, which may allow us to achieve an energy threshold as low as 10
GeV given a unique sensitivity of about 2

Currently, in the Russian Federation, the metrological traceability of certified reference materials of the composition of gas mixtures in cylinders under pressure produced by manufacturers of ...certified reference materials is carried out in accordance with GOST 8.578-2014. Considering that certified reference materials of the composition of gas mixtures in cylinders under pressure are used for testing to approye the type of measuring instruments, verification, calibration, and graduation of gas-analytical measuring instruments used to control explosive gases and vapors, harmful components in the atmospheric air and the air of the working area, emissions from vehicles and enterprises, to control technological processes, the quality of hydrocarbon products, etc., the issue of ensuring the quality of seriously produced certified reference materials (about 100.000 cylinders with gas mixtures per year) is important. To ensure the quality of certified reference materials of gas mixtures in cylinders under pressure, mass-produced by manufacturers of certified reference materials, we offer the following actions:– manufacturers of certified reference materials’ passing of mandatory accreditation for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO Guide 34–2014 and GOST ISO Guide 35–2015;– manufacturers of certified reference materials’ constant participation in the proficiency testing programs through interlaboratory tests;– actualizing and refining the existing set of standards defining the requirements for the entire life cycle of a certified reference material of a gas mixture in a cylinder under pressure;– improving the method of certification of a reference material by calculating the value of the expanded uncertainty of the reference material and the introducting a new coefficient «technological reserve».
The article studies the development of transfer measurement standards in the form of high-purity metals (Ag, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ge, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, V, Zn). The evaluation of the mass fraction of the ...main component (MDOK) is performed by an indirect method (100 %o minus the sum of impurities). The impurity composition of the reference measurement standard materials was determined by mass spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma, reductive and oxidative melting using the State primary measurement standard of mass (molar) fraction and mass (molar) concentration of the component in liquid and solid substances and materials, based on coulometry, GET 176. The relative expanded uncertainty of MDOK (k = 2, P = 0,95) in the reference measurement standards was less, than 0,01 %o, in gravimetrically prepared solutions of the reference measurement standard it was less than 0,05 %o in most cases. The solutions of the reference measurement standards were used in the determination of certified values of metal mass fraction and mass concentration in reference materials for composition of mono-element solutions of approved types. The relative expanded uncertainty of certified values (k = 2, P = 0,95) of reference materials variedfrom 0,22 %o to 0,54 %o. Thus, it was demonstrated that metals can be used as reference measurement standards for storing a unit of the mass fraction of the main component and transferring it during characterization of reference materials for composition of solutions of the corresponding chemical elements. This work was performed within the research project «Research in the field of measurements of physicochemical composition and properties of substances, aimed at the development of State transfer measurement standards in the form of high-purity substances for reproduction and transfer of the units, characterizing chemical composition of solid substances» under the code «Purity» (2015-2017) and research and development project «Research in the field of measurements ofphysicochemical composition and properties of substances, aimed at the development of State transfer measurement standards in the form of high-purity substances for reproduction and transfer of the units, characterizing the chemical composition of solid substances and the development of reference measurement procedures» under the code «Purity-2» in the field of physicochemical measurements of composition and properties of inorganic components in solid substances (metals and salts) and food safety indicators under the code «Purity-2b» (2017-2019).

in air and nitrogen claims in a mole fraction range starting at the smallest participant's reported expanded uncertainty and ending at 500 mmol/mol. Participants successful in this comparison may use their result in the flexible scheme and underpin claims for all core mixtures
This study has involved a comparison at the BIPM of a suite of 44 gas standards prepared by each of the participating laboratories. Fourteen laboratories took part in both comparisons (CCQM-K120.a, CCQM-K120.b) and just one solely in the CCQM-K120.b comparison.
The standards were sent to the BIPM where the comparison measurements were performed. Two measurement methods were used to compare the standards, to ensure no measurement method dependant bias: GC-FID and FTIR spectroscopic analysis corrected for isotopic variation in the CO

Poultry breeding is one of the economically profitable branches of Ukraine. Poultry meat is in the greatest demand on the market, because it is affordable and dietary, poultry is easy to grow both on ...the farm and at home. This is one of the types of branches in agriculture, which in a short period of time is able to provide the population with biologically complete and high-quality products. One of the main questions remains: how to produce high-quality products without the use of prohibited antibiotics, which provoked a number of problems in the already imperfect agriculture. The refore, scientists began to look for an alternative that would replace antibiotics, while at the same time increasing the quality of meat and the resistance of poultry to diseases, increasing the increase in live weight. Therefore, farms began to use biologically active additives (BVD), one of them is Aktigen. The purpose of our research was to determine the effect of the complex prebiotic drug Actigen on the level of bacterial indicators during storage of slaughter products of turkeys of the meat sector of productivity. The object of study was turkeys of the BIG-6 breed. The prebiotic Actigen was added to the basic ration (OR) of turkeys in the following doses: from the 1st to the 21st day: 0.4; 0.8 and 1 g/kg feed; from the 22nd to the 42nd day: 0.4; 0.6 and 0.8 g/kg feed; from the 42nd to the 120th day: 0.2; 0.4 and 0.7 g/kg feed. Mixing of prebiotics with compound feed was carried out with a feed mixer at the farm for the production of compound feed. The bird had free access to feed and water during the entire fattening period. Research methods. Microscopic, microbiological (MAFAnM content, pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms; bacterioscopy of swabs-imprints from poultry meat by counting the number of microorganisms per 1 average field of vision according to (DSTU DSTU 8381:2015; DSTU 8381:2015; DSTU ISO 6888–2:2003; GOST 7702.2.7–95), DSTU ENISO 6579-1:2017. Variational and statistical processing of experimental data was carried out using computer software packages “Microsoft Exel”, “Maple-12” (Company Maplesoft, 2008) for variational and statistical processing of digital data. Reliability was determined according to the Student's criterion, taking into account the confidence limit: Р ≤ 0.05; Р ≤ 0.01, Р ≤ 0.001. It was established that when feeding the prebiotic Actigen in the following doses: from the 1st to the 21st day: 0.4; 0.8 and 1 g/kg feed; from the 22nd to the 42nd day: 0.4; 0.6 and 0.8 g/kg feed; from the 42nd to the 120th day: 0.2; 0.4 and 0.7 g/kg of feed both in the pectoral muscles and in the femoral muscles of broiler turkeys of the control and experimental groups, MAFAnM indicators did not exceed the permissible level during the four-day storage period. During the storage period of thigh muscles, the indicator of total bacterial contamination gradually increased in all groups and on the fourth day reached the level in the experimental group – (1.73 ± 0.05)×103. The MAFAnM indicator of the thigh muscles of birds of the control group was (1.75 ± 0.11)×103 CFU. The insignificant difference between MAFAnM indicators of the control and experimental groups is not reliable. The level of opportunistic microorganisms, in particular, BGKP and Proteus in the muscles of the femoral group is not reliable between the indicators of the control and experimental groups, and does not exceed the permissible levels regulated by the regulatory documents of Ukraine. When examining the slaughter products of broiler turkeys for the presence of pathogenic microorganisms, in particular the genus Salmonella, S. aureus, L. Monocytogenes, Pasteurella ceae, Pasteurella spp., Avibacterium paragalinarum, Bordetella spp., Moraxella spp, Trueperella pyogenes, Erysipelotrix spp., Listeria spp. ., Pseudomonasspp., Enterobacreria ceae, Bacillus spp., Corynebacterium spp., yeast and mold were not detected in the muscles and edible offal of broiler turkeys in both control and experimental groups. The prebiotic Actigen used in the diet of broiler turkeys negatively affects the development of the above-mentioned microorganisms both during the life of broiler turkeys and under the conditions of storage of slaughter products during the specified periods. Slaughter products of broiler turkeys, which were fed with the prebiotic “Actigen” in the recommended doses according to indicators of bacterial insemination during the established storage period, can be sold without restrictions.
