Objective. The study of dispositional predictors of students' conflict resilience.Background. Against the background of the consequences of self-isolation and the limitations of real communication, ...it is relevant to study resilience to conflicts as an important communicative and professional characteristic of social self-determination. The study of dispositional predictors of conflict resilience allows creating scientifically based programs for its formation among students.Study design. The influence of the severity of stress, aggression, empathy, assertiveness and other independent variables on conflict resilience, considered as a dependent variable, was studied. Statistical hypotheses were verified by means of factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM).Participants. The sample consisted of students of the natural sciences and humanities faculties of St. Petersburg State University in the number of 205 people, 49 of them men (24%) and 156 women (76%), aged 17 to 27 years, the median value is 19 years.Methods (tools). Questionnaire Determination of the level of conflict resilience (N.P. Fetiskin, V.V. Kozlov, G.M. Manuilov); Personality assertiveness test (V.P. Sheinov); PSM-25 psychological stress scale, in adaptation by Vodopyanova N.E.; diagnostic questionnaire for empathy A. Mehrabian, N. Epstein; diagnostic questionnaire for indicators and forms of aggression A. Bass, A. Darkey.Results. Because of confirmatory factor analysis, the variables stress, hostility, irritation were combined into the factor "paranoia" (suspicion, suspiciousness, resentment, stress and irritability). The variables verbal, physical, indirect types of aggression and negativism are combined into the factor "aggressiveness" (contradiction to the norms of society and the focus on causing harm to others). The variables empathy, assertiveness (-), guilt are combined into the "tolerance" factor (empathy, the desire to understand the reasons for the behavior of another, compliance and auto-aggression due to regular sacrifice of one's own interests). The joint influence of these factors on conflict resistance was revealed, the total variance is 55%. "Paranoia" and "aggression" reduce conflict resilience and promote conflict striving, "tolerance" enhances conflict resilience, but at high values, causes conflict avoidance.Conclusions. Psychological dispositions that affect conflict resilience can be combined into three factors: paranoia, aggression, tolerance, which have a multidirectional effect. Paranoia and aggression promote conflict-seeking behavior and reduce conflict resilience. Tolerance increases conflict resilience, but contributes to conflict avoidance. This conflict resilience dynamics can be described by an inverted V-shaped curve, which shows that conflict resilience arises because of a balance of the identified factors.
Цель. Изучение диспозиционных предикторов конфликтоустойчивости студентов.Контекст и актуальность. На фоне последствий самоизоляции и ограничений реального общения актуальным является исследование устойчивости к конфликтам как характеристики социального самоопределения. Изучение диспозиционных предикторов конфликтоустойчивости позволяет создать научно обоснованные программы по ее формированию у студентов.Дизайн исследования. Было изучено влияние выраженности стресса, агрессии, эмпатии, ассертивности на конфликтоустойчивость студентов. Проверка статистических гипотез осуществлялась посредством конфирматорного факторного анализа и метода моделирования структурными уравнениями (SEM).Участники. Выборку составили студенты естественных и гуманитарных факультетов СПбГУ в количестве 205 человек: 156 девушек (76%) и 49 юношей (24%) в возрасте от 17 до 27 лет, медиана - 19 лет.Методы (инструменты). Тест ассертивности личности (В.П. Шейнов); Шкала психологического стресса PSM-25 (Н.Е. Водопьянова); Опросник диагностики эмпатии (А. Мехрабиен, Н. Эпштейн); Методика диагностики показателей и форм агрессии (А. Басс, А. Дарки); Тест определения уровня конфликтоустойчивости (Н.П. Фетискин и др.).Результаты. В результате факторного анализа переменные «стресс», «враждебность», «раздражение» были объединены в фактор «паранойяльность» (подозрительность, мнительность, обидчивость, стресс и раздражительность). Переменные «вербальная агрессия», «физическая агрессия», «косвенная агрессия» и «негативизм» объединены в фактор «агрессия» (противоречие нормам общества и направленность на причинение вреда окружающим). Переменные «эмпатия», «ассертивность» (-), «вина» объединены в фактор «терпимость» (сопереживание, стремление понять причины поведения другого, уступчивость и аутоагрессия из-за регулярного жертвования собственными интересами). Выявлено совместное влияние данных факторов на конфликтоустойчивость, суммарная дисперсия - 55%. «Паранойяльность» и «агрессия» снижают конфликтоустойчивость и способствуют конфликтостремлению, «терпимость» усиливает конфликтоустойчивость, но при высоких значениях вызывает конфликтоизбегание.Основные выводы. Психологические диспозиции, влияющие на конфликтоустойчивость, могут быть объединены в три фактора: «паранойяльность», «агрессия», «терпимость», оказывающие разнонаправленное влияние. «Паранойяльность» и «агрессия» способствуют поведению конфликтостремления и снижают конфликтоустойчивость. «Терпимость» повышает конфликтоустойчивость, но способствует конфликтоизбеганию. Динамика конфликтоустойчивости может быть описана инвертированной V-образной кривой, которая показывает, что конфликтоустойчивость возникает в результате баланса выделенных факторов.
В данной статье авторы поднимают вопросы научного описания музейных предметов фалеристиκи, особенностей бытования этих предметов в собраниях с момента их поступления в музей. Обозначена проблема ...выработκи унифицированного подхода κ методиκе описания фалеристиκи, использованию различных понятий и определений. Опыт работы с данными предметами в Центральном военно-морсκом музее позволил авторам не тольκо обозначить ряд проблем научного описания музейных предметов фалеристиκи, но и предложить κонκретные методы и способы их решения, κоторые могут быть применены во многих музеях разного профиля (историчесκого, художественного, κраеведчесκого, мемориального). При поступлении предмета в собрание музея постановκа на государственный учет вκлючает в себя несκольκо этапов. При первичной регистрации составляется аκт приема предмета на временное хранение для рассмотрения на заседании эκспертной фондово-заκупочной κомиссии. По итогам рассмотрения κомиссия принимает решение о целесообразности приема предмета на постоянное хранение в музей. Многие предметы фалеристиκи требуют учитывать ряд особенностей: содержание драгоценных металлов и драгоценных κамней; постановκу на музейный учет государственных наград. В исследовании рассмотрены вопросы государственного учета музейных предметов, подробно изложены проблемы постановκи на специальный учет предметов из драгоценных металлов и драгоценных κамней, проблемы опробования в соответствии с современными требованиями музейного дела, основываясь на праκтиκе Центрального военно-морсκого музея. Отдельное внимание уделено специфиκе регистрации государственных наград в Музейном фонде Российсκой Федерации. Для приема государственных наград, κ κоторым относятся знаκи высших званий, ордена, знаκи отличия, медали и знаκи почетных званий Российсκой Федерации, а таκже ордена и многие медали СССР, музеям необходимо получить разрешение Комиссии по государственным наградам при Президенте Российсκой Федерации. В статье приведен ряд κонκретных примеров, хараκтеризующих особенности научно-фондовой работы с наградами СССР.
Small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) are considered as potent agents for specific gene silencing; however, nuclease sensitivity of siRNA limits their biomedical applications. Till date, no universal ...methodology has been developed to improve the nuclease resistance of siRNA, preserving low toxicity and high activity. In this study, we proposed an algorithm for the site-specific modification of siRNAs based on the mapping of their nuclease-sensitive sites in the presence of serum followed by the incorporation of 2'-O-methyl analogs of ribonucleotides at the identified positions of cleavage. We found that the protection of nuclease-sensitive sites considerably enhanced nuclease resistance of siRNA and only slightly reduced the efficiency of silencing. Modification of all nuclease-sensitive sites prolonged the duration of the silencing effect of the siRNA compared to nonmodified, partially modified, or randomly modified siRNA of the same sequence. This study showed that the targeted chemical modification of nuclease-sensitive sites could provide highly efficient siRNA-based therapeutics for the control of disease-related genes.

The thermodynamic asymmetry of siRNA duplexes determines their silencing activity. Favorable asymmetry can be achieved by incorporation of mismatches into the 3' part of the sense strand, providing ...fork-siRNAs, which exhibit higher silencing activity and higher sensitivity to nucleases. Recently, we found that selective 2'-O-methyl modifications of the nuclease-sensitive sites of siRNA significantly improve its nuclease resistance without substantial loss of silencing activity. Here, we examined the impact of nucleotide mismatches and the number and location of 2'-O-methyl modifications on the silencing activity and nuclease resistance of anti-MDR1 siRNAs. We found that both nonmodified and selectively modified fork-siRNAs with 4 mismatches at the 3' end of the sense strand suppress the expression of target gene at lower effective concentrations than the parent siRNAs with classical duplex design. The selective modification of nuclease-sensitive sites significantly improved the stability of fork-siRNAs in the presence of serum. The selectively modified fork-siRNA duplexes provided inhibitory effect over a period of 12 days posttransfection, whereas the gene silencing activity of the nonmodified analogs expired within 6 days. Thus, selective chemical modifications and structural alteration of siRNA duplexes improve their silencing properties and significantly prolong the duration of their silencing effect.
The binding properties of synthetic and recombinant peptides derived from N-terminal part of ACE2, the main receptor for SARS-CoV-2, were evaluated. Additionally, the ability of these peptides to ...prevent virus entry in vitro was addressed using both pseudovirus particles decorated with the S protein, as well as through infection of Vero cells with live SARS-CoV-2 virus. Surprisingly, in spite of effective binding to S protein, all linear peptides of various lengths failed to neutralize the viral infection in vitro. However, the P1st peptide that was chemically "stapled" in order to stabilize its alpha-helical structure was able to interfere with virus entry into ACE2-expressing cells. Interestingly, this peptide also neutralized pseudovirus particles decorated with S protein derived from the Omicron BA.1 virus, in spite of variations in key amino acid residues contacting ACE2.
The object of the study is the current state of the information space, the subject of the study is human security in the conditions of modern media space. The author examines in detail such aspects ...of the topic as the impact of media products on society, manipulative and viral technologies in the media sphere, the theory of setting the agenda, the problem of fake content in mass communications. Particular attention is paid to finding ways to identify fakes in the information field of the Internet and, in particular, social networks to ensure the media security of the user. The authors consider the dynamics of the development of the phenomenon of "post-truth" against the background of pandemic reality, analyze the differences between true news and fake, and provide a set of measures to expose false data in the media environment. The main conclusion of the study is the judgment that the mass audience invariably faces the need to filter content and recognize fakes, especially in the online environment of social networks, which requires certain procedures for monitoring and analyzing information. A special contribution of the author to the research of the topic is the conduct of a sociological study and processing of the results, which allowed us to form a model for evaluating news content in social networks to identify fake posts. The scientific novelty of the study consists in considering the previously unexplored features of the media security of the modern media audience in the information space on the example of social media resources.
