This study aims to evaluate the anti-ulcer effect of Catharanthus roseus Stem extract on gastric ulcers caused by forced swimming. It was investigated that Catharanthus roseus having many kinds of ...phytochemical constituents so it is responsible for different pharmacological actions. The ethanolic extract of Catharanthus roseus stem at 250 and 500 mg/kg orally (PO) significantly reduces the incidence of ulcers. In this investigation albino wistar rats induced by forced swimming, an increase in the rate of ulcers was observed compared to the control group. The ethanol extract of Catharanthus roseus stem showed a significant decrease in the previous index at a dose of 500 mg/kg; it was comparable to the standard preparation ranitidine (5 mg/kg). The protection index of Catharanthus roseus stem extract was 65.4%, while the protection index of the standard preparation ranitidine was 76.8%.
It is established fact that the out of data available on the internet much of it is unnecessary information which may be bug navigation requests, picture request, and incorrect demands. To avoid such ...situation the proposed logical data cleaning method is capable of cleaning irrelevant data by deducting from the web log records. We have applied four algorithm such as K-Means, Fuzzy C-Means, Divisive hierarchical clustering and Agglomerative hierarchical clustering on a dataset of "Educational Process Mining", derived by the UCI Repository System for analyzing the distinct outcomes among them, Based on the co-relation coefficient that is Fuzzy silhouette index, Average silhouette width, Divisive coefficient and Agglomerative coefficient.

Crop yield forecasting is a crucial component of agricultural research and development since it has a direct impact on food production and security. Due to the quick changes in soil and climatic ...conditions, the old techniques of estimating crop yields based on farmers' observations and experience have grown more difficult. In recent years, machine-learning approaches have been used to solve this problem. This study focuses on the use of several machine learning models for agricultural production prediction, including closest neighbor regression, nearest polynomial regression, random forest regression, gradient-boosted tree regression, and support vector regression. Effective feature selection methods were used to convert the raw data into a machine learning-friendly format. The results of this study demonstrated that, when compared to other strategies, the use of an ensemble approach in feature selection can produce more precise predictions. The ensemble technique creates a thorough and accurate forecast by fusing many datasources and machine learning algorithms. This study emphasizes the value of employing machine learning methods for predicting agricultural yields as well as the advantages of applying an ensemble approach to feature selection.
The present work involves the assessment of level of genetic relatedness or divergence amongst the six North-Indian species of Lepidoptera belonging to family Pieridae and sub family Pierinae on the ...basis of sequence variation of 16S ribosomal RNA. The PCR amplified products of these species were directly sequenced using ABI Prism BigDye Terminator Sequencing Kits (Applied Biosystems). The multiple nucleotide sequence alignment analysis has revealed several differences across these species. Significantly high percentage of A + T base composition content ranging between 73.13% (Ixias pyrene ) and 79.20 % (Pieris brassica) was observed in studied species. The percentage divergence in the investigated species of Pieridae family varied from 5.5% to 21.7%. The two species of Catopsilia revealed minimum sequence divergence of only 5.5%, whereas the other two groups of Ixias and Pieris revealed 15.5% and 8.6% sequence divergence, respectively. Pieris canidia and Ixias pyrene are genetically most divergent (21.7%) amongst the studied lepidopteran species. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA nucleotide sequence revealed grouping of six species of Lepidoptera in the form of two different clusters, each cluster being represented by two species from the same genera. The separate taxonomic grouping of these Indian species has been observed when compared with several species of Piernae and Coliadinae subfamilies from other country isolates.
As there are different Weather Prediction algorithms, this paper gives a comparative study to determine accuracy for weather prediction on the basis of temperature, rainfall, humidity pressure etc. ...The objective is to design an accurate weather prediction classification model.
This case report highlights the diagnostic dilemma and therapeutic challenges encountered while managing adolescent girls with progressive dysmenorrhoea and management of Robert's uterus. Two girls ...aged 20 years and 13 years presented with severe progressive dysmenorrhoea. In the first case, laparoscopy revealed juvenile cystic adenomyoma (JCA) of 3 cm × 3 cm on the left side anteroinferior to the round ligament. Laparoscopic resection of the lesion was done, and histopathology revealed features of adenomyosis. In the second case, there was a globular enlargement of the right half of the uterine body with round ligament and adnexa attached to the lesion (Robert's uterus). In view of severe symptoms, complete resection of the lesion and partial resection of hemi-uterus was done, followed by myometrial defect closure. Both cases were initially diagnosed as JCA, and the final diagnosis was made on laparoscopy. Both girls had complete symptomatic relief from the next menstrual cycle and have been under follow-up for 24 months and 18 months, respectively. Due to the rarity of conditions, Robert's uterus and JCA are usually misdiagnosed with each other or with other Mullerian anomalies such as a non-communicating unicornuate uterus. Radiologists and clinicians should be aware of these different pathologies causing similar symptoms. Understanding the pathology, early diagnosis, timely referral and correct surgical procedure are emphasised to improve reproductive outcomes.
The present investigation was carried out including 10 parents and their 45 half diallel crosses with the objective to study the relationship between heterosis and diverse genotype. The Mahalonobis ...D2values resulted in grouping of 10 parents into 3 clusters. Cluster I was comprised of four genotypes, cluster II comprised of five genotypes while, cluster III was found monogenotypic. Cluster II and Cluster III had maximum mean values for 4 traits. Highest intercluster distance was also observed in these 2 cluster followed by cluster I and III . Maximum intra cluster distance was observed in cluster II followed by cluster I. The highest contribution in the manifestation of total genetic divergence was exhibited by grain iron content followed by grain zinc content. The relationship between parental diversity and heterosis indicated that majority of crosses belong to moderate divergence class. The cross P4×P5 exhibiting better parent heterosis for maximum traits also exhibited at par mean performance for 5 traits including grain yield per plant over the better parent. For grain zinc content, two crosses from high and low while, nine crosses from moderate divergence classes reported positive significant heterosis and SCA effects. For grain iron content, 1 cross with high, 2 crosses with moderate while four crosses with low divergence classes reported significantly positive heterosis and SCA effects.
