CIME Ingenieros es una empresa con más de 30 años de experiencia en el sector;
industrial, enfocados prioritariamente en el sector de hidrocarburos. Las principales;
actividades que desarrolla están ...orientadas al mantenimiento, fabricación de tanques de;
almacenamiento de hidrocarburo, montaje e instalación de equipos electromecánicos,;
estructuras metálicas y de gas natural, apuntando a cumplir estándares de calidad ,;
seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente, así como también, las buenas prácticas;
de gestión de proyectos. El éxito que ha logrado CIME Ingenieros con el transcurrir de;
los años se debe a la prestación de un servicio de calidad y al cumplimiento con los;
plazos de entrega en la implementación de los proyectos, sin tener ninguna observación;
de actos de desconfianza; esto ha generado la fidelización de los clientes con los cuales;
la empresa mantiene relación hasta el día de hoy. Si bien es cierto, estos fuertes vínculos;
comerciales se generaron con los primeros clientes en el inicio del ciclo de vida de la;
empresa, aún no se ha podido generar un crecimiento sostenido.;
El principal problema que se ha identificado es la falta de implementación de un;
plan de Gobierno Corporativo debido a que no existen lineamientos y normas;
organizacionales adecuadas que, a su vez respalden y soporten las funcionalidades;
actuales requeridas para el crecimiento sostenible de la empresa. Por tal motivo, el;
presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad mostrar los problemas que está;
atravesando la empresa en la actualidad y sus posibles alternativas de solución.;
Para lograr ello, se ha establecido realizar un análisis interno y externo de la;
organización para tener bien definido el entorno en el que se desarrolla CIME;
Ingenieros, sus stakeholders y sus posibilidades de mantenerse en el tiempo como una;
empresa sostenible. Asimismo, se ha realizado un análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de;
la organización, en función a determinar cómo se encuentra evolucionando en el tiempo y como va afrontando sus necesidades y las coyunturas sociales y políticas que atraviesa;
nuestro país.;
Debemos indicar que, como resultado de los análisis cualitativos y cuantitativos,;
se identifican los problemas claves de la organización y sus orígenes, así como también,;
se plantean alternativas de solución, las cuales pueden ser implementadas por la;
organización.;
La presente tesis plantea implementar un adecuado plan de gobierno corporativo,;
cuyo concepto hace referencia al conjunto de principios, normas y procedimientos que;
forman parte del funcionamiento y la estructura de la toma de decisiones en la empresa;
para la generación de valor. En este punto, se puede evidenciar que la empresa tiene una;
formación familiar y que, a lo largo de su evolución, no han tomado en cuenta la;
implementación de este sistema, pues se tiene la idea de que estos lineamientos solo lo;
deben tener las grandes empresas, dejando de lado muchas oportunidades que tiene la;
empresa para tener un crecimiento sostenido.;
La implementación de los principios de sostenibilidad ayuda a la organización a;
reducir costos, incrementar su productividad, tener nuevas oportunidades de negocios y;
crear nuevos empleos y genera una empresa más competitiva, por lo que realizar esta;
CIME Ingenieros is a company which has over 30 years of experience in the;
industrial sector, focusing primarily on the hydrocarbons sector. The main activities are;
oriented to maintenance, manufacture of hydrocarbon storage tanks, assembly and;
installation of electromechanical equipment, metal structures and natural gas, aiming to;
meet standards of quality, safety, occupational health and environment, as well as good;
project management practices. The success that CIME Ingenieros has achieved over the;
years is due to the provision of a quality service and compliance with delivery times in;
the project’s implementation, without any observation of acts of mistrust; this has;
generated customer loyalty with which the company maintains a relationship until now.;
Although it is true that these strong trade links were generated with the first customers at;
the beginning of the life cycle of the company, it has not yet been possible to generate;
sustained growth.;
The main problem that has been identified is the lack of implementation of a;
Corporate Governance plan due to the fact that there are no adequate organizational;
guidelines and norms that, in turn, endorse and support the current functionalities required;
for the sustainable growth of the company. For this reason, the purpose of this research;
work is to reveal the problems that the company is currently going through and its possible;
solution alternatives.;
To achieve this, an internal and external analysis of the organization has been;
established in order to clearly define the environment in which CIME Ingenieros;
develops, its stakeholders and its possibilities of maintaining itself over time as a;
sustainable company. Likewise, a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the organization;
has been carried out, in order to determine how it is evolving over time and how it is facing its needs as well as the social and political conjunctures that our country is going;
through.;
We must point out that, as a result of the qualitative and quantitative analyses, the;
key problems of the organization and its origins are identified, as well as alternative;
solutions, which can be implemented by CIME Ingenieros.;
This thesis proposes to implement an appropriate corporate governance plan,;
whose concept refers to the set of principles, standards and procedures that are part of the;
performance and structure of decision-making in the company to generate value. At this;
point, it can be evidenced that the company has a family background and that, throughout;
its evolution, have not considered the implementation of this system, because it has the;
idea that these guidelines should only have large companies, leaving aside many;
opportunities that the company has to achieve sustained growth.;
Being sustainable helps the organization to reduce costs, increase productivity,;
have new business opportunities as well as create new jobs and generate a better;
competitive company, so this implementation for CIME Ingenieros is more necessary;
than ever.
This article sheds new light on the provenance of the famous painting by Alonso Cano representing the roman goddess Juno, that once belonged to the collection of Margarita Cajés. Futher research shows that it is the same work purchased in 1665 by the Spanish painter Juan Antonio de Frías y Escalante (1633- 1669). In fact, the young painter has faithfully transformed the enigmatic goddess into a new composition representing Saint Joseph and the Christ child, now at the Museo de Bellas Artes de Asturias, in Oviedo.
The demand for logistics services in Peru is constantly growing, in June 2019 there were 753 formal companies, of which 99.5% are classified as SMEs. One of the main problems of this type of company is that 90% operate an average of 10 months and the rest manage to exceed said operating time. Likewise, the existing methodologies and models on digital transformation are aimed at consolidated organizations with a significant degree of cultural development. In addition, the implementation time takes between 3 and 4 years, which is not very viable for the reality of Peruvian SMEs. For this reason, this research proposes designing a digital transformation model that encourages companies in the logistics sector. According to the studies carried out, digital transformation boosts the productivity of Peruvian companies, since 60% of SMEs that digitize manage to bill twice as much as those that do not. The main purpose of this model is to increase the productivity of organizations in order to extend their life cycle, which will reduce the unemployment rate in the country and, in turn, will contribute to reducing poverty, and this situation will lead to an increase in the PBI. For the development of the model, digital transformation tools will be used, since most companies are transforming their business models through these technologies, which are feasible to implement due to great technological advances.
Tesis
This study is a dissertation about the construction of ways of thinking and being as an expression mediated by socio-cultural issues. It is been based on historical and cultural psychology and hermeneutic perspectives, postmodern, structural constructivism of social science. Throughout this work, I have tried to expose the interrelation of thoughts / language / culture / power as cultural artefacts that build ways of being.
It hypothesized that thought is involved in the production of these ways of being. This concept allows to inferring that a thought is a product of the interaction of multiple dimensions: ontological, axiological, epistemological, ecological and praxeological. The same make the heterogeneity of verbal thinking (Tulviste, 1992) and modelled the ways of being. We are assuming that thinking is a human attribute that has a sociocultural genesis and allows a better social behaviours and relationships understanding, becoming the starting point holding this job, as well, it is one of the fundamental contributions of cultural psychology to social sciences.
This study considers as a starting point that thinking is a sociocultural process, historically constructed and composed by various constituent dimensions, already mentioned. It would mean that mind-tools or culturally artefacts, such as language and education, express this complex process and structure; those make the social and cultural reproduction of any group. So we can say that these cultural artefacts mediated by socio-cultural issues, play a central role in the construction of a sense of being; which give the subject of objective and subjective conditions for personal and social structure, as well as provide it with senses of membership for the interaction with the world.
Moreover, this investigation is a critical reflection about the permanent questioning of the State to indigenous people, with respect to inclusion and recognition as legal entities called "original indigenous peasant nations". Through the Constitution, this socio-political category prefigures complex and contradictory forms of Bolivian society; the fact in this point is that the intention to show, respect and encourage the particularities of an indigenous state are diffused and does not work at all. This is a contradiction, which help us to make this question: is this constitutional mechanism - and its various political actions, especially education – serving to the purpose of an effective inclusion or it’s becoming an alienation and acculturation process of indigenous people into old cultural and political hegemonic paradigms? If the answer is the second one, we would undercover the same conditions of cultural and social dominancy with indigenous people, using an apparently different speech, but doing the same anyway.
We approach the narrative of the educational experience of the people from Isoso. The perspective mentioned above, try to analyse the narrative and speech of isoseño people, as a heuristic alternative; this way of understanding the ways if being is totally different from those traditional methodology’s in which the language was considered just as a form communication. Here we explore some developments in narrative analysis (M. Bajtin, Iñiguez, Bruner and Antaki), we also travel around the philosophy of language (JL Austin and JR Searle), hermeneutics statements (M. E. Husserl and Heidegger, Gadamer and P. Ricoeur GH) and postmodern sociology studies on the theory of communicative action, language and culture (Walter Benjamin and Jürgen Habermas). In addition, this work is been influenced by some theorists of social constructivism as Kenneth Berger, Jerome Bruner, Pierre Bourdieu, Anthony Giddens and Tulviste who based the analysis of social interactions in narrative, as a builder of realities. They choose the stories about the experiences, defined the narrative as a common form of detailed text that can construct, interpret and share everyday experience.
Finally, the investigation show an ethnic preconception of Bolivian Guarani people, the Isoseño people, located in the department of Santa Cruz, in southeastern Bolivia. Their linguistic family is Tupi Guarani and the historical name of their town is Tapii-isoseños. We must emphasize, that this is a doubly dominated culture, because they are a cultural minority in the national context and less in the Bolivian Guarani cultural context, making difficult to extend their social and cultural reproduction.

The study was conducted to determine the knowledge and practices of vegetable farmers in Hanoi, Vietnam in controlling mites, and their attitude towards N. longispinosus as biological control agent ...against T. urticae on green bean. The field surveys conducted in Tang My and Son Du hamlets, two of the largest vegetable production areas in Dong Anh district, show that the respondents in Tang My who had training on the vegetable IPM program had higher knowledge on green bean pest management and knew better about natural enemies and biological control than the ones without training in Son Du. However, both groups of respondents did not have enough knowledge on spider mite control and most of them did not know or hear about predatory mite before. Hence, 40 percent of the respondents said they would not use predatory mites, and 33 percent were still uncertain whether they will adopt this biological control. The paper suggests some recommendations to enhance farmers' use of biological control against mites on green beans.
Rosemary plants were analysed using HPLC and eight different compounds (vanillic acid, caffeic acid, rosmarinic acid, naringin, hispidulin, cirsimaritin, carnosol and carnosic acid) were identified and quantified. The analysis of the DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging activity revealed that rosmarinic and carnosic acids were the best rosemary scavengers with IC sun(50) values of 27 and 32 micro M, respectively. Environmental influences on rosmarinic and carnosic acids content in rosemary plants were studied over a period of one year under southern UK conditions. Carnosic acid reached the maximum concentrations in December, decreasing by 50% during the summer months, while rosmarinic acid showed a constant concentration during the year. The significance of these results has been discussed later in this paper.
Enteropathogenic E. coli virulence genes are under the control of various regulators, one of which is PerA, an AraC/XylS-like regulator. PerA directly promotes its own expression and that of the bfp ...operon encoding the genes involved in the biogenesis of the bundle-forming pilus (BFP); it also activates PerC expression, which in turn stimulates locus of enterocyte effacement (LEE) activation through the LEE-encoded regulator Ler. Monomeric PerA directly binds to the per and bfp regulatory regions; however, it is not known whether interactions between PerA and the RNA polymerase (RNAP) are needed to activate gene transcription as has been observed for other AraC-like regulators. Results showed that PerA interacts with the alpha subunit of the RNAP polymerase and that it is necessary for the genetic and phenotypic expression of bfpA. Furthermore, an in silico analysis shows that PerA might be interacting with specific alpha subunit amino acids residues highlighting the direction of future experiments.
