Using the theory of extensions of L∞ algebras, we construct rational homotopy models for classifying spaces of fibrations, giving answers in terms of classical homological functors, namely the ...Chevalley–Eilenberg and Harrison cohomology. We also investigate the algebraic structure of the Chevalley–Eilenberg complexes of L∞ algebras and show that they possess, along with the Gerstenhaber bracket, an L∞ structure that is homotopy abelian.

Abstract
The analysis of changes in the external and internal environment of organisations, requirements for ensuring long-term sustainability and competitiveness in modern conditions suggests the ...need to develop instrumental support for decision-making support processes in the implementation of innovative projects of cooperative formations. Significant expenditures of financial and time resources allow to determine the priority problem – the insufficient development of systems for reducing uncertainty in interaction with the processes of scientific and industrial cooperation, which determine the disproportions of the resulting economic indicators of the functioning of innovative activity in the region. The proposed solution is an implemented multiplatform software for neuro-cluster analysis of multiformat data, which is based on fuzzy data prediction algorithms based on a nonlinear autoregressive exogenous model. An important feature of the implemented software is an algorithm for optimising the processing of predicted data, based on distributed processing of big data using Microsoft Server operating system.
In situ acoustic emission monitoring is shown to capture the initiation of shear bands in metallic glasses. A model picture is inferred from stick-slip flow in granular media such that the origin of ...acoustic emission is attributed to a mechanism of structural dilatation. By employing a quantitative approach, the critical volume change associated with shear-band initiation in a metallic glass is estimated to be a few percent only. This result agrees with typical values of excess free volume found in the supercooled liquid regime near the glass transition temperature.
The austenite stability and the stacking fault energy of high-alloyed metastable transformation-induced plasticity/twinning-induced plasticity (TRIP/TWIP) steels, both depending on the chemical ...composition, have a strong influence on the deformation processes and stress/strain-induced martensitic phase transformation. Aiming at a better understanding of the kinetics of TRIP/TWIP-assisted plastic deformation, acoustic emission (AE) measurements were performed during room temperature tensile deformation of high-alloyed cast model steels with different austenite stability. The real-time AE investigations were complemented by detailed scanning electron microscopy investigations of deformed microstructures using electron backscattered diffraction to determine the martensitic phase transformation and electron channelling contrast to visualize dislocations and their arrangements. The quantitative AE analysis revealed different AE patterns at different plastic strains, which were correlated with underlying deformation mechanisms and microstructural transformations.

A single machine scheduling problem with a given partial order of jobs is considered. There are subsets of jobs called courses. It is necessary to schedule jobs in such a way that the total weighted ...duration of all courses is minimal. We consider the case when the initial job and the final one of each course are uniquely determined. The NP-hardness of the problem under consideration is proved. We propose an algorithm for solving the problem, the complexity of which depends polynomially on the total number of jobs, but exponentially on the number of courses, which makes it possible to use it efficiently with a fixed small number of courses and an arbitrary number of jobs.
Abstract
The branch and bound method is used to obtain exact solutions of the single machine scheduling problem with the objective function of maximum lateness minimization. Lower bounds are ...estimated by solving dual problems. A machine-independent value, namely the number of branching points in the search tree, is used as the complexity index of instances. The instances are presented as points in 3n-dimensional space. Known and newly developed ways of instances generation (with a large number of branching points) are presented, and the advantages and disadvantages of each of them are described.

•Microencapsulation of TiO2 in supersonic jet of supercritical CO2 has been studied.•Dependence of microcapsule collapse point position was established.•Re-entrant (globule-coil) ...transition was recorded downstream of the collapse point.•Conditions in the nozzle are the factors that determine the microcapsule quality.
The process of microencapsulation of titanium dioxide nanoparticles during the expansion of a supersonic jet of TiO2 suspension in a solution of polyethylene glycol (PEG 8000) in supercritical CO2 into a vacuum and background gas (helium) has been studied experimentally. The dependence of the position of the microcapsule transition point on the jet axis from the coil to a globular conformation on the temperature in the reactor and on the pressure of the background gas at different co-solvent concentrations has been established. A re-entrant (globule-coil) transition has been recorded at a greater distance from the nozzle exit than the point of collapse.
