区域综合能源系统(Regional Integrated Energy ...System,RIES)是解决社会能源利用效率低以及可再生清洁能源难以消纳问题的有效途径之一.首先建立了包含风电、多种储能以及电转气(Power-to-Gas,P2G)设备的RIES模型.针对电、气、热负荷柔性特征和可调度价值,结合三种负荷在RIES中形成的耦合关系,提出计及电-气-热多种负荷的综合需求响应模型.同时采用典型场景集考虑风电出力的不确定性,建立区域综合能源系统优化调度模型.该模型以综合运行成本最少、碳排放量最小、能效利用率最高为优化目标,利用非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-II)进行求解并输出Pareto最优前沿解集.仿真算例设置了4种场景,分析电、气、热需求响应及P2G、储能设备接入对区域综合能源系统运行优化的影响.结果验证所建立多目标优化调度模型既能够提高能源利用效率,也能保证系统的环保经济运行.

With the development of the offshore fossil energy industry, the designing life of many offshore oil and gas facilities will end. The decommissioning of these facilities has become an urgent task due to unpredictable costs, high risks, and environmental protection issues of public concern. Decision-making, as the core in the pre-decommissioning stage, plays a decisive role in the cost, risk, and impact of the entire decommissioning. Therefore, the multi-attribute decision-making model has attracted much attention from industry and academia. An efficient, accurate, and simply using multi-attribute decision-making model can enable governments, energy companies, other marine users, and environmental protection organizations to reasonably fulfill their concerns. It is of great significance to all parties. This review mainly studies the multi-attribute decision-making models that have been used in the decommissioning of offshore oil and gas facilities, and conducts a more detailed interpretation of them, including the relevant regulations, frameworks, methodology, preferences and advantages and disadvantages of different models. In addition, a more comprehensive review of the cost assessment model, an important part of the decision-making model, is carried out, including the general framework and methodology of the cost assessment model, and the accuracy of the models is explored. And then the current evaluation method of accuracy of the cost assessment model raises the author's personal doubts. At the end of the article, this paper names two core problems of the current decision-making model, that is, the lack of basic data and the incomplete MCDA (Multi-criteria Decision Analysis) method. This review can provide a comprehensive reference and feasible research directions for future scholars who aims to study the decommissioning of offshore oil and gas facilities especially in the North Sea in the UK and point out the direction for the industry to improve its current multi-attribute decision-making models.
The oxygen diffusion coefficient (D) and surface exchange coefficient (k) of a typical SOFC cathode material, La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ (LSCF) were characterized by both electrical conductivity ...relaxation (ECR) and oxygen isotope exchange (IE) methods. Conductivity relaxation experiments were conducted at 800°C for small step changes in partial pressure of oxygen (PO2), both decreasing and increasing, from 0.02 atm to 0.20 atm. The results revealed PO2 dependent hysteresis with the reduction process requiring more equilibration time than oxidation. Analysis of the experimental data indicated that the surface exchange coefficient is a function of the final oxygen partial pressure in an isothermal system. In addition, both forward and backward oxygen reduction reaction constants, which are vital for the fundamental understanding of SOFC cathode reaction mechanisms, are investigated based on the relationship between surface exchange coefficient and PO2. The direct comparisons between the results from both ECR and IE were presented and the possible experimental errors in both methods were discussed.
Pharmaceutically important polyketides such as avermectin are mainly produced as secondary metabolites during the stationary phase of growth of Streptomyces species in fermenters. The source of ...intracellular metabolites that are funneled into polyketide biosynthesis has proven elusive. We applied multi-omics to reveal that intracellular triacylglycerols (TAGs), which accumulates in primary metabolism, are degraded during stationary phase. This process could channel carbon flux from both intracellular TAGs and extracellular substrates into polyketide biosynthesis. We devised a strategy named 'dynamic degradation of TAG' (ddTAG) to mobilize the TAG pool and increase polyketide biosynthesis. Bacterial infections have been linked to malignancies due to their ability to induce chronic inflammation. We investigated the association of oral bacteria in oral squamous cell carcinoma ...(OSCC/tumor) tissues and compared with adjacent non-tumor mucosa sampled 5 cm distant from the same patient (n = 10). By using culture-independent 16S rRNA approaches, denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) and cloning and sequencing, we assessed the total bacterial diversity in these clinical samples.
DGGE fingerprints showed variations in the band intensity profiles within non-tumor and tumor tissues of the same patient and among the two groups. The clonal analysis indicated that from a total of 1200 sequences characterized, 80 bacterial species/phylotypes were detected representing six phyla, Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes, Proteobacteria, Fusobacteria, Actinobacteria and uncultivated TM7 in non-tumor and tumor libraries. In combined library, 12 classes, 16 order, 26 families and 40 genera were observed. Bacterial species, Streptococcus sp. oral taxon 058, Peptostreptococcus stomatis, Streptococcus salivarius, Streptococcus gordonii, Gemella haemolysans, Gemella morbillorum, Johnsonella ignava and Streptococcus parasanguinis I were highly associated with tumor site where as Granulicatella adiacens was prevalent at non-tumor site. Streptococcus intermedius was present in 70% of both non-tumor and tumor sites.
The underlying changes in the bacterial diversity in the oral mucosal tissues from non-tumor and tumor sites of OSCC subjects indicated a shift in bacterial colonization. These most prevalent or unique bacterial species/phylotypes present in tumor tissues may be associated with OSCC and needs to be further investigated with a larger sample size.

By launching a probe laser into a ...periodically modulated lattice constructed by two crossed coupling fields with a small angle inside the rubidium vapor, a high-resolution diffraction pattern is obtained. The diffraction pattern is reproduced completely at detection positions of an integer multiple of twice the Talbot lengths. Meanwhile, the fractional Talbot effect, presented as complicated subimages at special positions, is also clearly observed. Furthermore, the theoretical simulations are conducted and agree well with the experimental results. These results pave the way for studying the control of light dynamics based on the periodically modulated medium.
To develop a fast and effective image deblurring method, the blind recovery of motion‐blurred images based on DeblurGAN(GAN, Generative Adversarial Networks) is researched.Firstly, the number of ...residual modules in the DeblurGAN network is changed, and an attempt is made to optimize the network structure to achieve better results in the blind recovery of motion‐blurred images. Secondly, an image deblurring method based on the improved DeblurGAN network is proposed.This paper makes corresponding adjustments to the generator and discriminator networks to change their input and output size to 512 × 512 while keeping the overall structure of the network unchanged, and the experimental results show that the quality of the restored images has been greatly improved. In addition, the images were divided into four classes of images,to achieve improved restoration of blurred images with specific content. Experimental results on the benchmark GoPro dataset validate that the improved DeblurGAN achieves more than 1.5 dB improvement than DeblurGAN in terms of peak signal‐to‐noise ratio (PSNR) as trained utilizing the same amount of data, and structural similarity assessment (SSIM) evaluation means and maximum values increased between 0.2 and 0.3. The improved DeblurGAN is more effective in terms of both blur removal and detail recovery.
Here, motion‐blurred images are focused on as the object of study, by optimizing the generative adversarial network(GAN) model. firstly, by changing the number of residual modules in the network and trying to optimize the network structure, and secondly, by using a method of classifying the training image set and training different GANs. The improved DeblurGAN is more effective in terms of both blur removal and detail recovery.

To solve the problem of health big data classification, this paper proposes a Radial Basis Function (RBF) neural network classification algorithm based on manifold analysis and nearest neighbor propagation (AP) algorithm. First, the data set is processed by manifold analysis algorithm. Then, the similarity matrix is adjusted by exponential function, and AP clustering is carried out again. On this basis, RBF neural network classifier is constructed. In order to improve the classification accuracy and shorten the convergence time, an algorithm for constructing the variable basis width neural network model is proposed. This method is based on the subtraction clustering algorithm and K-means algorithm to determine the cluster center. The maximum distance between the sample and the cluster center is selected as the base width. The base width is updated adaptively with the optimization of the cluster center. Finally, three data sets of patients with coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus and bronchial tuberculosis were collected as test data, and the accuracy of classification and convergence time were compared. Experimental results show that this method can improve the classification accuracy and convergence speed of large data sample set.
In recent years, various models have been developed for describing the reaction mechanisms in solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) especially for the cathode electrode. However, many fundamental issues ...regarding the transport of oxygen and electrode kinetics have not been fully understood. This review tried to summarize the present status of the SOFC cathode modeling efforts, and associated experimental approaches on this topic. In addition, unsolved problems and possible future research directions for SOFC cathode kinetics had been discussed.
