A central challenge in using learning progressions (LPs) in practice is modeling the relationships that link student performance on assessment tasks to students’ levels on the LP. On the one hand, ...there is a progression of theoretically defined levels, each defined by a configuration of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities (KSAs). On the other hand, there are observed performances on assessment tasks, associated with levels but only imperfectly and subject to inconsistencies. What is needed is a methodology that can be used to map assessment performance onto the levels, to combine information across multiple tasks measuring similar and related KSAs, to support inferences about students, and to study how well actual data exhibit the relationships posited by the LP.

The high turnover rates were caused by the nature of high technology industries: rapid, competitive, and stressful. In previous researches, the turnover rates of those who ...have high degree of organizational citizenship behavior were rather low. Moreover, in recent researches about the effects of organizational citizenship behavior, the researcher found that those who have high degree of organizational citizenship behavior would have more contributions toward their organizations. In this study, the effect of human resource internal customer satisfaction and employee job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior was investigated.
In order to obtain empirical data, the subjects involving in this study were research and development personnel selected by the stratified sampling method from a high technology company. 227 questionnaires were sent randomly, and then 170 questionnaires were responded. The valid responded rate was 74.89%. The research instruments included human resour
