Operating hybrid active third-harmonic injection matrix converter (H3IMC) in reverse mode is one of competitive choices to boost the input AC voltage, for no bulky energy storage element or auxiliary ...circuit is needed. However, unlike the forward mode, proper controls of both the output and input sides are required for reverse H3IMC. Based on the mathematical model of the reverse H3IMC system, a double closed-loop control strategy is proposed in this paper, by which load voltage and input current are both under control. By this strategy, satisfying load voltage and input current can be still achieved even under light load condition, which has been proved to be difficult for reverse traditional indirect matrix converter (IMC). For better feasibility, the design of the PI regulator for the outer voltage loop control is included by limiting the value ranges of PI parameters Kp and Ki in this paper. In the end, experimental results verify the validity of the proposed double closed-loop control strategy and the range of PI parameters of the voltage loop control.
In this paper, an active damping control strategy based on modifying third-harmonic injection reference current and output reference current is proposed for hybrid active third-harmonic injection ...matrix converter (H3IMC) to improve system instability. First, the system stability when H3IMC adopts no damping methods and passive damping method is analyzed through small-signal modeling and root locus analysis. Then, the active damping method based on virtual damping branch is applied to H3IMC. A specific implementation method based on the modification of reference third harmonic injection current is proposed, which can realize active damping control strategy directly and effectively by injecting the damping signal into the reference third harmonic injection current, and avoid the problem of reducing the control freedom of the output side. Finally, simulation results illustrate that, under the condition of the same parameters, the proposed active damping control strategy performs the same as passive damping control in damping at source side and better in filtering.
To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with speech therapy for dysarthria after stroke or cerebral trauma.
Sixty-one cases were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group (30 ...cases) was treated with speech therapy and acupuncture at Lianquan (CV 23), Jinjin (EX-HN 12), Yuye (EX-HN 13), Fengchi (GB 20), Yifeng (TE 17) and Wangu (GB 12) as major acupoints, while the control group (31 cases) was treated with speech therapy only. The changes of speech and acoustics indices were evaluated after 9 weeks treatment.
The word articulation and correct rate of text of patients in two groups were both obviously improved after treatment (both P < 0.01). The total effective rate of 96.7% (29/30) in observation group was superior to that of 67.7% (21/31) in control group (P < 0.01). The maximum phonation time (MPT) of patients tested by aeromechanics analyzer were obviously prolonged in observation group (12 cases) and control group (11 cases) (both P < 0.01), and the improvement in observation group was
AIM:To evaluate the role of probiotics in the standard triple Helicobacter pylori therapy.METHODS:In this meta-analysis,we investigated the efficacy of probiotics in a standard triple H.pylori ...therapy in adults.Searches were mainly conducted in MEDLINE/Pub Med,EMBASE,and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials.Fourteen studies met our criteria, and the quality of these studies was assessedusing the Jadad scale. We used STATA version 12.0to extract data and to calculate the odds ratios(ORs),which are presented with the corresponding 95%confidence intervals(CIs).The data are presented as forest plots.RESULTS:The pooled ORs for the eradication rates calculated by intention-to-treat analysis and perprotocol analysis in the probiotic group vs the control group were 1.67(95%CI:1.38-2.02)and 1.68(95%CI:1.35-2.08),respectively,using the fixed-effects model. The sensitivity of the Asian studies was greater than that of the Caucasian studies(Asian:OR=1.78,95%CI:1.40-2.26;Caucasian:OR=1.48,95%CI:1.06-2.05).The pooled OR for the incidence of total adverse effects was significantly lower in the probiotic group(OR=0.49,95%CI:0.26-0.94),using the random effects model, with significant heterogeneity(I2=85.7%).The incidence of diarrhea was significantly reduced in the probiotic group(OR=0.21,95%CI:0.06-0.74),whereas the incidence of taste disorders, metallic taste, vomiting, nausea, and epigastric pain did not differ significantly between the probiotic group and the control group.CONCLUSION:Supplementary probiotic preparations during standard triple H.pylori therapy may improve the eradication rate, particularly in Asian patients, and the incidence of total adverse effects.
In order to improve the mechanical stability of the material, the embedded raw material combination was studied in the experiment, and seawater was added to optimize the performance of the material. ...The results indicated that the optimal material ratio was polyvinyl alcohol (PVA 125 g·L
)-alginate sodium (SA 20 g·L
)-activated carbon (40 g·L
). The curing time was 18 h. After adding seawater, the beads were found to have larger pore sizes inside, and the pores were distributed unevenly because of the Hofmeister effect. At the same time, the mechanical stability and biological capacity were found to be significantly higher than those of the fresh water group. The Raman spectra analysis showed that the addition of seawater made the-OH on PVA have greater crosslinking reactions with the crosslinker. The activated sludge was used to treat wastewater containing sea water, and after an operation of 21 d, the removal rate of NH
-N was about 90%, and the stoichiometric ratio of △NH
-N:△NO
-N:△NO
-N was stable at 1:(1
Vector correlation between reagents and products for the reaction Ne+H+ →+NeH+ +H is studied using quasi- classical trajectory method at different collision energies on a new surface constructed by ...Lv et al.J. Chem. Phys. 132 (2010) 014303 The results of angular distributions P(θr) and P(φr) show that the product rotational angular momentum is not only aligned, but also oriented along the direction perpendicular to the scattering plane. The four polarization-dependent generalized differential cross sections show that the scatting" direction of product Nell+ is significantly affected by the collision energy.
Mixed-mode hydrophobic/ionic matrices exhibit a salt-tolerant property for adsorbing target protein from high-ionic strength feedstock, which allows the application of undiluted feedstockvia an ...expanded bed process. In the present work, a new type of mixed-mode adsorbent designed for expanded bed adsorption, Fastline PRO^sup ®^, was challenged for the capture of nattokinase from the high ionic fermentation broth ofBacillus subtilis. Two important factors, pH and ion concentration, were investigated with regard to the performance of nattokinase adsorption. Under initial fermentation broth conditions (pH 6.6 and conductivity of 10 mS/cm) the adsorption capacity of nattokinase with Fastline PRO was high, with a maximum capacity of 5,350 U/mL adsorbent. The elution behaviors were investigated using packed bed adsorption experiments, which demonstrated that the effective desorption of nattokinase could be achieved by effecting a pH of 9.5. The biomass pulse response experiments were carried out in order to evaluate the biomass/adsorbent interactions betweenBacillus subtilis cells and Fastline PRO, and to demonstrate a stable expanded bed in the feedstock containingBacillus subtilis cells. Finally, an EBA process, utilizing mixed-mode Fastline PRO adsorbent, was optimized to capture nattokinase directly from the fermentation broth. The purification factor reached 12.3, thereby demonstrating the advantages of the mixed-mode EBA in enzyme separation.PUBLICATION ABSTRACT
To investigate the expressions of transforming growth factor-beta(1) and Smad4 in the prostatic tissue of rat models of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis (CNP), and to explore the mechanisms of CNP ...and its fibrosis.
Sixty 6-month-old SD rats were randomly allocated into three groups of equal number: normal control, 30 d CNP model and 45 d CNP model, the models made by castration + high-dose intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate. The expressions of TGF-beta1 and Smad4 in the prostatic tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot.
Compared with the normal controls, the 30 d and 45 d CNP rat models showed a significantly increased expression of TGF-beta1 and decreased expression of Smad4 (P < 0.05), even more significantly in the 45 d than in the 30 d group. And the expression of TGF-beta1 was negatively correlated with that of Smad4 in the CNP rat models.
TGF-beta1 and Smad4 may be involved in the pathogenesis of CNP, and prostatic fibrosis may make the condition difficult to cure.
