Existing research provides ambiguous evidence for associations between motor competency and motor creativity. Therefore, this study examined the association between motor skill proficiency and motor ...creativity. The Test of Gross Motor Development (second edition) and Bertsch's motor creativity test were used to assess motor skill proficiency and motor creativity among 39 children aged five to six. Results revealed that motor proficiency and motor creativity are not interrelated traits. Therefore, it is necessary to use different teaching strategies to promote these traits. Teaching with direct instructions and reproduction of demonstrated movement is probably the most appropriate to acquaint children with motor skills. Learning through play with less explicit teaching instructions and emphasis on motivating children to find novel and original solutions to the motor tasks is probably more suitable for facilitating motor creativity.
In this study, we explore the interaction network properties of Microblogging Word of Mouth (MWOM), and how it is utilized by two different types of service providers, namely entrepreneurial and ...conventional. We use social network analysis, involving network metrics, sentiment, content and semantic analysis of real time data collected via Twitter, to compare two providers in terms of how they leverage MWOM in their social interactions. Results demonstrate that MWOM is utilized in an inherently different manner by an entrepreneurial provider, compared to a conventional one. Based on the findings, the study identifies distinctions between the entrepreneurial and conventional service providers in how they utilize MWOM on social media. Specifically, the entrepreneurial provider capitalizes on the interactive nature and dialogic capabilities of Twitter; whereas the conventional provider mostly relies on focal information sharing, thus neglecting the network members' content creation and relationship building capability of social media networks. The study has significant implications as it provides key insights and lessons in terms of how companies should respond to emerging digital opportunities in their online social interactions.

Perkembangan penularan Covid-19 ini cukup signifikan karena penyebarannya sudah mendunia dan seluruh negara merasakan dampaknya termasuk Indonesia.Pemerintah Indonesia baik pemerintah pusat maupun ...pemerintah daerah telah memberikan kebijakan Work from Home (WFH), belajar dari rumah, beribadah di rumah dan membatasi kegiatan yang mengundang khalayak ramai. Kebutuhan informasi terkait perkembangan Covid-19 juga sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Akan tetapi, informasi yang berkembang di kalangan masyarakat masih dipertanyakan keabsahan informasinya. Sehingga, dibutuhkan sumber terpercaya dan informasi yang berasal dari pemerintah daerah dan pemerintah pusat. Peran media massa memberikan informasi yang baik dan benar, sehingga tidak menimbulkan kericuhan akibat isu-isu yang belum jelas kebenarannya. Chatbot atau chatterbot merupakan program yang mampu memproses masukan dari pengguna dan menghasilkan tanggapan yang kemudian dikirim kembali ke pengguna. Kebutuhan informasi akan penyebaran Covid-19 yang bisa diperoleh dengan chatbot di platform whatsapp tentunya sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat khususnya masyarakat di Pekanbaru. Layanan chatbot yang mampu memberikan informasi terkini terkait jumlah pasien positif Covid-19, jumlah Pasien Dalam Pengawasan (PDP), jumlah Orang Dalam Pemantauan (ODP), hingga informasi berupa pengetahuan untuk pencegahan Covid-19. Pembangunan chatbot ini akan menggunakan metode string matching dengan metode pengembangan sistem prototype. Dengan implementasi chatbot dengan platform whatsapp ini diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi terpercaya yang bersumber dari data milik pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru dan dapat menyediakan informasi pengetahuan tentang Covid-19 yang benar dan valid. Dengan aplikasi chatbot bagi para praktisi dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dan pencegahan agar melakukan social distancing untuk memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19.
Amid less attention to the market segmentation of innovations through positioning innovations in the minds of consumers, the paper explores consumer innovativeness, need for emotion, and prestige ...price sensitivity to develop a taxonomy of mobile phone consumers. The study analyses survey data of 416 consumers using factor analysis and cluster analyses indicating interesting findings. Four distinct clusters emerge, namely cognitive adopters, prestige-seeking emotional innovators, emotional adopters, and prestige-seeking cognitive innovators. Findings reveal that prestige-seeking emotional innovators and prestige-seeking cognitive innovators have relatively higher level of innovativeness and prestige price sensitivity, but at the same time differ between them in terms of their level of need for emotion. The paper contributes to knowledge by suggesting that marketing constructs such as consumers' sensitivity to the prestige cue of prices as well as consumers' need for emotion are used to cluster mobile phone consumers. The taxonomy is highly relevant to marketing managers as it gives insights into potential additional bases for segmentation, positioning, and marketing communication strategy targeting innovative consumers through cognitive and/or emotional cues.
Understanding the consumer's tendency to adopt new products is an ever-present essential for successful marketing campaigns. This paper presents the findings from two empirical studies that ...investigate the relationship between consumer innovativeness, price-prestige sensitivity, and need for emotion. A questionnaire survey was used to collect data in both studies from a sample of 668 respondents in two cities in England. The findings show that consumer innovativeness is determined by an individual's sensitivity to price and their need for emotion. While innovative consumers are sensitive in relating price to prestige, this dispositional relationship varies across products. Furthermore, the findings suggest that enjoyment, which facilitates emotional openness and receptivity, influences innovative consumers to take the emotional route, besides the price-prestige route, to the adoption of new products. These findings have a number of important implications for marketers, particularly for the success of marketing campaigns targeted at innovative consumers who find enjoyment in using new products and are prestigiously sensitive to price.
As the second leading cause of death and the leading cause of adult-onset disability, stroke is a major public health concern particularly pertinent in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), where nearly 80% of ...all global stroke mortalities occur, and stroke burden is projected to increase in the coming decades. However, traditional and emerging risk factors for stroke in SSA have not been well characterized, thus limiting efforts at curbing its devastating toll. The Stroke Investigative Research and Education Network (SIREN) project is aimed at comprehensively evaluating the key environmental and genomic risk factors for stroke (and its subtypes) in SSA while simultaneously building capacities in phenomics, biobanking, genomics, biostatistics, and bioinformatics for brain research.
SIREN is a transnational, multicentre, hospital and community-based study involving 3,000 cases and 3,000 controls recruited from 8 sites in Ghana and Nigeria. Cases will be hospital-based patients with first stroke within 10 days of onset in whom neurovascular imaging will be performed. Etiological and topographical stroke subtypes will be documented for all cases. Controls will be hospital- and community-based participants, matched to cases on the basis of gender, ethnicity, and age (±5 years). Information will be collected on known and proposed emerging risk factors for stroke. STUDY SIGNIFICANCE: SIREN is the largest study of stroke in Africa to date. It is anticipated that it will shed light on the phenotypic characteristics and risk factors of stroke and ultimately provide evidence base for strategic interventions to curtail the burgeoning burden of stroke on the sub-continent.
Introduction: Several factor limits of services of dental composite have triggered further improvement. ZrO2-Al2O3-SiO2 system as filler of dental composite had been developed with sol-gel technique. ...Ultrasonic homogeniser were reported to change the particle size ditribution or shape. Unifom size and distribution of particle is believed to help define the behavior of hardness properties. Methods: The study was an laboratory experimental design. Filler ZrO2-Al2O3-SiO2 system were developed via sol-gel methods. Post calcination process, filler were immerse in ethanol and applied with ultrasonic homogeniser, with various amplitude i.e 50 rpm, 60 rpm and 80 rpm then named sample A, B, and C. XRD, SEM anda PSA were used to characterize of filler system. Subsequent filler were used to fabricate dental composite then evaluate the hardness value using micro-hardness tester. One–way ANOVA was used to analysis the statistical result of hardness value. Results: XRD pattern of three sample were similar in which tetragonal zirconia was prominent (57-61 %) followed by monoclinic zirconia (24-25%) and amorphous (15-17 %). While, SEM and PSA characterization showed amplitude 50 rpm (sample A) produce more uniform size and well-distributed particle filler than the others. In contrary, sample B and C showed higher peak in PSA results. It means there was dominating of filler with particular size. However, the hardness value did not show significant differences between those filler (p>0,05). Conclusion: Dental composite that contain of different uniformity and distribution of filler ZrO2-Al2O3-SiO2 system has no significantly differences of hardness value.

Hipertensi merupakan keadaan dimana tekanan darah sistolik ≥ 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik ≥ 90 mmHg. Hipertensi dapat menimbulkan komplikasi stroke, sehingga perilaku pencegahan stroke perlu ...dilakukan. Cara untuk mencegah terjadinya stroke adalah dengan perubahan gaya hidup yaitu tingkat stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres dengan perilaku pencegahan stroke pada klien hipertensi di Puskesmas Gununghalu Bandung Barat Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah non-eksperimen dengan jenis korelasional dan pendekatan cross sectional menggunakan non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 orang. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September 2020. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner DASS 42 dan perilaku pencegahan stroke. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar klien hipertensi memiliki tingkat stres normal (39,5%), terbanyak perilaku pencegahan stroke baik (77,8%). Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji chi square dengan nilai p=0,000 (α=0,05) dan nilai r=-0,60. Simpulan : ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat stres dengan perilaku pencegahan stroke pada klien hipertensi di Puskesmas Gununghalu Bandung Barat. Saran : diharapkan perawat gadar dan mahasiswa dapat mensosialisasikan mengenai perilaku pencegahan stroke dan melakukan pengabdian masyarakat yang berfokus meningkatkan perilaku pencegahan stroke pada klien hipertensi. Hypertension is a disease due to lifestyle. Sports and physical activity is one of the things that can affect hypertension. The aim of the study was to identify the relationship between exercise and ...physical activity against blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Muara Sanding Village of Garut. This type of research is descriptive correlative with a population of all hypertension patients who active in Prolanis activities that held once a week in the Muara Sanding village, Garut. The sampling technique is total hypertension patients as much 51 respondent. The instrument used is a questionnaire about exercise and physical activity and assessment of blood pressure. The analysis used bivariate. Most respondents did moderate activities (67%), and a small number did less exercise (37%). There is a significant relationship between blood pressure and exercise (p-value = 0.02), but there is no significant relationship between blood pressure and physical activity (p-value = 0, 38). Suggestions from this study are nurses providing health education about the importance of exercise and improving exercise habits in hypertension patients.
