-ray sources from Galactic plane,
-ray ...bursts,
-ray diffuse emission,
rays from the Sun, and
rays from dark matter particles will be performed uninterruptedly for a long time (
100 days) in point-source mode in contrast to scanning mode for Fermi-LAT and other space- and ground-based instruments. GAMMA-400 will measure
rays in the energy range from
20 MeV to several TeV units, have the unprecedented angular (
at
GeV) and energy (
at
GeV) resolutions better than for Fermi-LAT, as well as ground-based
-ray facilities, by a factor of 5–10, and perfectly separate
rays from cosmic-ray background.
Introduction.
The proposed article is one of the opportunities to show the need to revive the institution of mentoring (tutoring) in the modern socio-economic conditions of the development of the ...national education system. Based on the research of scientists, the authors give a description of the main categories of research "mentoring" and "tutoring"; rethink different approaches to understanding their essence. Mentoring is defined by the authors as an effective form of formation and development of the personality of a young teacher.
Materials and Methods.
As research methods, the method of analysis and systematization of psychological-pedagogical theoretical-experimental and scientific-methodological studies of domestic scientists on the problem of mentoring, tutoring, support was used.
Results.
The historical and pedagogical analysis of the formation and development of the institute of mentoring in pre-revolutionary Russia, during the Soviet period of the development of the domestic education system and shows the possibilities of the revival of mentoring in modern Russia; the goals and objectives of the "School of Mentoring" in the conditions of the region are defined. The study of the problem of mentoring and tutoring forces a new assessment of their role and importance in the formation and development of the personality of a modern professional teacher, mentor, tutor, who can provide significant assistance in self-determination and adaptation to modern society of each student.
Discussion and Conclusions.
The article presents the results of the activity of the "Mentoring School" operating on the basis of the MAOU "School No. 187" of Nizhny Novgorod. Special attention in the activities of the "School of Mentoring" was paid to rethinking the system of methodological work, improving the research and methodological culture of the teacher, developingand implementing methodological support for generalizing the experience of mentoring, which ultimately contributes to the self-development of the teacher's personality, his pedagogical skills and career growth.
Aim.
To study the morpho-functional parameters of the heart in convalescents of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) using echocardiography.
Material and methods
. The study included 27 ...patients without any chronic diseases who had severe or moderate HFRS (the main group) within 3 weeks after their discharge from the infection diseases hospital. The reference group consisted of 19 patients comparable by age and gender, without any chronic diseases. Transthoracic echocardiography was the basic method of heart and hemodynamics investigation. The test was performed using tissue Doppler and non-Doppler assessment of left ventricle systolic deformation method (speckle-tracking method).
Results.
Violation of longitudinal systolic deformation of the left ventricle was observed in 15 (55.6%) patients, which was combined with diastolic left ventricle filling by the type of relaxation violation in 8 (29.6%) cases. Mitral valve insufficiency of 1 degree was identified in 11 (40.7%) HFRS patients, insufficiency of the tricuspid valve of 1 degree was identified in 4 (14.8%) patients. Pericardial effusion was detected in 2 (7.4%) patients. In 7 (25.9%) patients in the first 3 weeks after discharge from the hospital, additional floating echoes were detected on the leaves and fibrous ring of the aortic valve, which were considered as a manifestation of thromboendocarditis.
Conclusion
. Further investigation is necessary to assess the prognostic value (including the risk of thromboembolic complication developing) of the changes revealed in HFRS convalescents and to support the inclusion of echocardiography in the examination program during dispensary observation of HFRS-convalescents.
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a relevant issue of modern oncology and ranks the third place among most common malignancies. Every year, more than 1 million new cases of CRC are diagnosed worldwide, with ...approximately the same frequency of prevalence among the male and female population. Colon cancer (CC) amounts for more than half of all cases of CRC, and it’s incidence and mortality remain rather high.Surgery remains the main method of CRC treatment, and determining the extent of surgery and lymph node dissection remains an urgent problem.For the first time in Japan, a classification of groups of lymph nodes (l.n.) was proposed depending on the level of lymph outflow and location in relation to the main vessels. According to the numbering of l.n. groups by the Japanese Society for Cancer of the Colon and Rectum (JSCCR), all lymph nodes are numbered with three digits.As a rule, lymphogenic metastasis occurs in one direction, bilateral spread is possible if the tumor is located at the same distance from two feeding vessels. With tumors of the right-sided localization, all groups of l.n. located along the branches of the superior mesenteric artery are removed, and with tumors of the left half of the colon, all l.n. located along the trunk of the inferior mesenteric artery are removed. The presence of affected l.n. is important for assessing the prognosis and further determining the need for adjuvant therapy. Some literature data demonstrate good results of surgical interventions performed in accordance with the concept of embryonic planes and complete mesocolonic excision. D3 lymph node dissection is not performed in daily practice in some European countries and North America, unlike a number of Eastern countries. However, the level of vessel ligation remains the subject of scientific discussion.The purpose of this review was to analyze the available literature on the problem of choosing the level of lymph node dissection in CC surgery.
Purpose of the study
. To evaluate the number of cells with the CD45
+/-
phenotype expressing Toll-like receptors (TLRs) in tissues of the tumor, peritumoral area and resection line tissues in colon ...cancer (CC) with various tumor locations.
Materials and methods
. The study included 50 patients with CC. All patients underwent surgery as the primary treatment, and tissue material was collected from the patients. Expression of TLRs (2, 3, 4, 8, 9) on CD45
+
, CD45
-
cell populations was determined by flow cytometry in cell suspensions obtained from tissues of the tumor, peritumoral area (1–3 cm from the tumor) and resection line tissues (~10 cm from the tumor) with further calculation of the percentage of cells with the corresponding phenotype from the total number of cells.
Results
. An analysis of left-sided colon tumors showed lower percentage of CD45
-
cells expressing TLR4, 8, compared to rightsided tumors, by 38 % and 25 %. A comparative analysis of the number of CD45
+
cells expressing TLR 2, 4 showed their decrease by 81 % and 87 %, respectively, compared with right-sided tumors. An assessment of the data in the perifocal zone of left-sided colon tumors, compared with right-sided ones, demonstrated a decrease in the percentage of cells with the CD45
-
phenotype that express TLR4, by 61 %. Resection line tissues in left-sided tumors, compared with right-sided ones, showed a statistically significant increase in the percentage of CD45
-
cells that express TLR 2, 4 by 205 % and 55 %, respectively. The number of CD45
+
cells expressing TLR 4 decreased by 87 %. An assessment of the number of cells expressing TLRs 3 and 9 in the tumor, peritumoral area and resection line tissues did not reveal significant differences.
Conclusions
. Lower number of cells with CD45
+
and CD45
-
phenotypes express TLRs 2, 4, 8 in left-sided colon tumors and their peritumoral tissues, compared to right-sided cancer.
This paper presents a conceptual design of the compact SC230 superconducting cyclotron that accelerates a beam of protons to 230 MeV and is intended for proton therapy and biomedical research. SC230 ...is an isochronous four-sector cyclotron based on a shell-type magnet with a magnetic field in the center of 1.7 T. Superconducting coils will be enclosed in a cryostat; all other parts of the cyclotron are warm. Acceleration is carried out at the fourth harmonic mode of the accelerating high-frequency (HF) system consisting of four resonators located in the cyclotron valleys. The accelerator employs an internal Penning-type hot cathode source. Extraction is carried out using an electrostatic deflector located in the gap between the sectors and two passive magnetic channels.

Kasprzhak, N.M. Martynova, N.A. Sadovsky and others); general issues of innovation (V.A. Bolotov, V.I. Zagvyazinsky, A.G. Kasprzhak, M.V. Klarin, V.A. Slastenin, etc.); ideas of pedagogical innovation and the role of the teacher in the development of innovative processes (Yu.K. Babansky, V.I. Zagvyazinsky, G.A. Ignatiev, A.P. Tryapitsyna, A.V. Khutorskoy, etc.).As a result of the study, it was found that one of the leading tasks in the development of the lifelong education system is the orientation of educational programs towards teaching the skills necessary for innovative activity, including analytical and critical thinking, the pursuit of new things, the ability to constantly learn, readiness for reasonable risk, creativity and enterprise, willingness to work in a highly competitive environment. At the same time, the practice teacher must be psychologically prepared for pedagogical activity in the new sociocultural conditions, make original non-standard decisions, plan the educational process and predict possible results, be prepared for innovative activities. One of the possible ways of professional development of a teacher-practitioner is his participation in federal innovation platforms. Under the conditions of the federal innovation platform, the development of the scientific and innovative potential of educational organizations, the introduction of innovative educational programs, the inclusion of students and teachers in design and research activities aimed at unlocking the creative potential of educational institutions is being updated.The work emphasizes that according to the research of modern scientists (V.Zhabina, S.N. Tolstov, etc., innovative activity is inseparable from creativity, because it provides the generation of new ideas, the implementation of which become innovations. As a result, the purpose of the study is actualized: development of the teacher’s creative potential in the context of the activities of the federal innovative platform “Pedagogical Leadership”.
Materials and methods.
A model of complex psychological and pedagogical support for professional self-determination and professional career of students is developed and presented. The model is implemented on the basis of the Municipal Public Educational Institution “School No. 187 with in-depth study of individual subjects” in the city of Novgorod. The school carries out general education programs (the normative period of study is 2 years); general educational programs with an in-depth study of the economy (standard training period of 2 years); general educational programs with in-depth study of mathematics (the normative period of study is 2 years).In order to determine the initial features of professional self-determination of high school students, a pilot study was conducted. The diagnostic tools are based on the following methods: the questionnaire of personal orientations of E. Shostroma, adapted by Yu.E. Aleshina, L.Ya. Gozman, M.V. Zagika – measures the self-actualization of the personality (CAT); methods of studying the factors of attractiveness of the profession (V.A. Yadov, modification N.V. Kuzmina, A.A. Rean).
Results.
The purpose of the study was realized on the example of the experimental work of the MAOU “School No. 187 with in-depth study of individual subjects” (Nizhny Novgorod). Since 2019, this school has been a member of the federal innovative platform “Pedagogical Leadership”. The authors note that the innovative platform is a motivational, informative and technological resource for the professional development of the teacher. At the same time, along with pedagogical leadership, the development of creative potential is a key element in achieving the effectiveness of the school system, focused on the implementation of innovative projects.The article defines the tasks of implementing the innovative platform "Pedagogical leadership." The following directions of work are revealed: 1) organization of a project-initiative group, the main function of which is to develop a concept and model of activity of an innovation platform, determine the ways of its functioning in terms of child-adult interaction in general education; 2) the formation of a modern and safe digital educational environment, providing high quality and accessibility of general and additional education to the subjects of the educational process; 3) ensuring the professional development of the teacher in accordance with his needs and motives; 4) the development of teaching aids, programs, monographs together with university teachers; 5) the introduction of effective mechanisms for encouraging educators; 6) improving the system for assessing qualifications and the quality of the results of a teacher. The practical significance of innovative solutions in the framework of the implementation of the innovative project “Pedagogical Leadership” consists in the fact that the pedagogical community is offered specific conceptual and methodological products that ensure the formation of a new image of a leading teacher who takes an active life and professional position, has creative potential, and innovative activity skills.
Discussion and Conclusions.
Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions can be drawn. For a relatively short time of our research, we revealed positive dynamics in the studied group of teachers. The results obtained indicate the feasibility of the study. We also note that as a result of the activities of the federal innovative platform “Pedagogical Leadership”, it is planned to create a project office for the formation of pedagogical leadership in continuing education.
Increasing the resistance of steel products to sulfide stress cracking (SSC) is one of the topical issues of the oil and gas industry. Among various factors determining the SSC resistance of a ...material is the structure-phase state of the material itself and the crystallographic texture associated with it. This paper analyzes these features using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and microroentgen electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD) techniques. As the research material, a production string (PS) coupling made of medium-carbon steel was selected, which collapsed by the mechanism of hydrogen embrittlement and subsequent SSC. For the first time, by the SEM method, using the location and mutual orientation of cementite (Fe3C) particles, at high magnifications, the authors demonstrated the possibilities of identifying the components of upper bainite, lower bainite, and tempered martensite in steels. The presence of the detected structural components of steel was confirmed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Using the EBSD method, the detailed studies of microtexture were conducted to identify the type and nature of the microcrack propagation. It is established that the processes of hydrogen embrittlement and subsequent SSC lead to the formation of {101} <0¯10>, {100} , {122} <2¯10>, {013} , {111} <¯100>, {133} <1 ̅2 ̅1>, {32 ̅6 ̅} grain orientations. It is shown that the strengthening of orientations of {001} , {100} , {112} , and {133} <1 ̅2 ̅1> types worsens the SSC resistance of the material. Using the EBSD analysis method, the influence of coincident site lattice (CSL) grain boundaries on the nature of microcrack propagation is estimated. It is found that the Σ 3 CSL grain boundaries between the {122} <2¯10> and {111} <¯100>, {012} <1 ̅1 ̅0>, {100} plates of the upper bainite inhibit the microcrack development, and the Σ 13b, Σ 29a, and Σ 39a CSL grain boundaries, contribute to the accelerated propagation of microcracks. For comparative analysis, similar studies were carried out in an unbroken (original) coupling before operation.
The paper deals with the results of research and development of the electromagnet current control unit for the case when only two outputs without specifying the polarity of the source connection may ...be available from a circuit with a series of DC voltage sources and electromagnet winding. Theoretical results have been verified by modelling in Matlab-Simulink environment as well as by testing the starter of the contactor air switch.
