The use of mathematical programming has become an everyday occurence in the process of making major management decisions. In such cases, the decision making methods can serve as tools being used to ...make effective decisions and also repair the incorrect ones. The phenomenon of cryptocurrencies is being increasingly imposed, from informal conversations through thoughtful investment projects. One of the key issues that should be solved before entering such a type of entrepreneurship are computer components (hardware) that will predestine the comfort and expediency of working with cryptocurrencies. In order to provide a credible presentation for one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods, this paper displays a practical application of the SWARA method - being used in cryptomining. The task setup and results are based on real-life examples.
The two terms, analysis and self-analysis, are often treated as synonyms when used as research tools in corporate communications. That is particularly the case when it comes to business organizations ...without much prior knowledge and experience dealing with complex tasks that address contemporary issues. One of these tasks, which is becoming more popular, comes from the area of social responsibility. Many business organizations, especially the ones operating internationally, are working on improving their public standing precisely by using one or several of the four responsibility dimensions - economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic. Ethical responsibility is one of the more popular dimensions, especially in Southeast Europe today. This responsibility dimension concentrates on implementing and improving inner standards, defined by the business organizations, that are determined to better the treatment of all stakeholders. But mere implementation and active usage aren't enough to convert the audience's opinion or significantly shift one's reputation. What is also needed is dynamic and cyclical communication that covers all the essential issues from the topic while including as many participants from the internal and external public as possible. That is the reason for a model that can analyze the communication of ethical responsibility, both inner and outer, but can also serve as a guiding tool for business organizations with low experience with social responsibility. What makes it especially essential is its implementation in countries in the process of legal EU integration and the lack of application of ethical principles in the workplace. Since the EU has the highest standards regarding ethical responsibility, this issue can be especially crucial for the country's economic and political future.

This paper aims to solve the managerial dilemma and answer the question: Should we engage in the process of reaching the CE mark for products? The advantages of the CE mark are the following: all ...technical barriers concerning export are eliminated, there is the possibility of achieving good competitiveness in the foreign market, if the product is of high quality, there is a possibility of equal cooperation with foreign companies, greater competitiveness and the domestic market are ensured. Difficulties: confronting with a complete and consistent assessment of compliance of all product performances - the 'moment of truth', the compliance assessment costs (may be high, thus increasing product on costs), inclusion of foreign notified body (price, language of correspondence).
As the phenomenon of abuse in the workplace came to a closer public eye of a broader audience through media coverage, there is not a more fertile ground for a fully detailed problem explanation and ...search for its short or long-term solution. The dose of seriousness concerning the issue of mobbing isn’t only given for its negative effect on a business organization, but also for the mutation of a society’s culture, as well. The research paper outlines the mobbing phenomenon by presenting the theoretical and practical (statistical) diagnosis through which, for a better understanding of the situation, there are added testimonies of mobbing victims, as well as legal and extra-judicial solutions for the issue. The observation of the phenomena is focused on the research and data presentation, using examples from Serbia and Europe. Putting aside the obvious differences in approach, a great space for implementation of European developed countries’ principles can be seen. The same principles could be introduced on the domestic scene, with the introduction of mandatory work conditions that are considered decent.

Wealth in all economies is being created at the microeconomic level through the activities of economic entities. Due to the disappearance of many barriers in international trade, i.e. reducing costs ...in transportation and communications, all countries and their economic subjects are now competing in the global market. In today's global economy, characterized by openness and integration, competitiveness plays a key role both in developed countries, as well as in developing ones. Competitiveness presents sustainable productivity growth driven by the quality of the strategy and operations of the company, affected by macroeconomic and microeconomic environment altogether. The level of competitiveness is determined by productivity - ability to produce goods and services using existing human, financial, natural and other resources. Productivity determines the standard of living of the country or a region, capital income, preservation of national wealth. Productivity also depends on the value of goods and services (e.g. of their uniqueness, quality) and the efficiency of their production. In order to identify as many indicators (variables) that are essential to the concept of competition, and get more reliable results when measuring the international competitiveness of countries, most commonly used and most accurate ones are three models: IMD model, the World Economic Forum model and the World Bank model. Those models have been successfully used by the CEER magazine, in order to conduct an analysis of competitiveness between Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, as well as of all developing countries (Serbia being among them).
