The entrepreneurship literature pays increasing attention to the ethical aspects of the field. However, only a fragmented understanding is known about how the context influences the ethical judgment ...of entrepreneurs. We argue that individual socio-cultural background, organizational and societal context shape entrepreneurial ethical judgment. In our article, we contribute to contemporary literature by carving out the intersections between Ethics and Entrepreneurship. We do this by employing a two-step research approach: 1) We use bibliometric techniques to analyze 719 contributions in Business and Economics research and present a comprehensive contextual picture of ethics in entrepreneurship research by a analyzing the 30 most relevant foundation articles. 2) A subsequent content analysis of the 50 most relevant academic contributions was carried with an enlarged database out to augment these findings, detailing ethics and entrepreneurship research on an individual, organizational and societal level of analyses. By comparing the two analyses, this paper concludes by outlining possible avenues for future research.

Fuzzy decision-making consists in making decisions under complex and uncertain environments where the information can be assessed with fuzzy sets and systems. The aim of this study is to review the ...main contributions in this field by using a bibliometric approach. For doing so, the article uses a wide range of bibliometric indicators including the citations and the h-index. Moreover, it also uses the VOS viewer software in order to map the main trends in this area. The work considers the leading journals, articles, authors and institutions. The results indicate that the USA was the traditional leader in this field with the most significant researcher. However, during the last years, this field is receiving more attention by Asian authors that are starting to lead the field. This discipline has a strong potential and the expectations for the future is that it will continue to grow.

Purpose
The open innovation (OI) paradigm suggests that firms should use inflows and outflows of knowledge in order to accelerate innovation and leverage markets. Literature examining how firms are ...adopting OI practices is rich; notwithstanding, little research has addressed this topic from the perspective of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Given the relevance of SMEs in worldwide economies, the purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of research on OI in SMEs.
Design/methodology/approach
In total, 112 academic articles were selected from the Web of Science database. Following a bibliometric analysis, the most relevant authors, journals, institutions and countries are presented. Additionally, the main areas these articles cover are summarized.
Findings
Results are consistent in that the most prolific authors are affiliated with the universities leading the ranking of institutions. However, it is remarkable that top authors in this field do not possess a large number of publications on OI in SMEs, but combine this research topic with other related ones. At the country level, European countries are on the top together with South Korea.
Research limitations/implications
Despite following a rigorous method, other relevant documents not included in the selected databases might have been ignored.
Practical implications
This paper outlines the main topics of interest within this area: impact of OI on firm performance and on organizations’ structure, OI as a mechanism to hasten new product development, the analysis of the inbound/outbound dimensions of OI, and legal issues related to intellectual property right management when OI is implemented.
Originality/value
The study uses a combination of bibliometric indicators with a literature review.
The International Journal of Intelligent Systems was created in 1986. Today, the journal is 30 years old. To celebrate this anniversary, this study develops a bibliometric review of all of the papers ...published in the journal between 1986 and 2015. The results are largely based on the Web of Science Core Collection, which classifies leading bibliographic material by using several indicators including total number of publications and citations, the h‐index, cites per paper, and citing articles. The work also uses the VOS viewer software for visualizing the main results through bibliographic coupling and co‐citation. The results show a general overview of leading trends that have influenced the journal in terms of highly cited papers, authors, journals, universities and countries.
We present the induced generalized ordered weighted averaging (IGOWA) operator. It is a new aggregation operator that generalizes the OWA operator, including the main characteristics of both the ...generalized OWA and the induced OWA operator. This operator uses generalized means and order-inducing variables in the reordering process. It provides a very general formulation that includes as special cases a wide range of aggregation operators, including all the particular cases of the IOWA and the GOWA operator, the induced ordered weighted geometric (IOWG) operator and the induced ordered weighted quadratic averaging (IOWQA) operator. We further generalize the IGOWA operator via quasi-arithmetic means. The result is the Quasi-IOWA operator. Finally, we present a numerical example to illustrate the new approach in a financial decision-making problem.
Recently, the emergent concept of green supply chain has received increasing attention. Although popular among scholars, many literature reviews have only examined GSC from a general point of view or ...focused on a specific issue related to GSC. This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the influence and productivity of research on GSC from 1995 to 2017 by reporting trends among authors, countries and institutions based on a bibliometric approach. To this end, the study analyzes around 1900 papers on GSC. This study uses the Web of Science Core Collection database to analyze the bibliometric data and the visualization of similarities viewer method to graphically map those data. The graphical analysis uses bibliographic coupling, co-citation, co-authorship and co-occurrence of keywords.

The Hamming distance is a well‐known measure that is designed to provide insights into the similarity between two strings of information. In this study, we use the Hamming distance, the optimal ...deviation model, and the generalized ordered weighted logarithmic averaging (GOWLA) operator to develop the ordered weighted logarithmic averaging distance (OWLAD) operator and the generalized ordered weighted logarithmic averaging distance (GOWLAD) operator. The main advantage of these operators is the possibility of modeling a wider range of complex representations of problems under the assumption of an ideal possibility. We study the main properties, alternative formulations, and families of the proposed operators. We analyze multiple classical measures to characterize the weighting vector and propose alternatives to deal with the logarithmic properties of the operators. Furthermore, we present generalizations of the operators, which are obtained by studying their weighting vectors and the lambda parameter. Finally, an illustrative example regarding innovation project management measurement is proposed, in which a multi‐expert analysis and several of the newly introduced operators are utilized.
The ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator is one of the most used techniques in the operator’s aggregation procedure. This paper proposes a new assignment algorithm by using the OWA operator and ...different extensions of it in the Branch-and-bound algorithm. The process is based on the use of the ordered weighted average distance operator (OWAD) and the induced OWAD operator (IOWAD). We present it as the Branch-and-bound algorithm with the OWAD operator (BBAOWAD) and the Branch-and-bound algorithm with the IOWAD operator (BBAIOWAD). The main advantage of this approach is that we can obtain more detailed information by obtaining a parameterized family of aggregation operators. The application of the new algorithm is developed in a consumer decision-making model in the city of Barcelona regarding the selection of groceries by districts that best suit their needs. We rely on the opinion of local commerce experts in the city. The key advantage of this approach is that we can consider different sources of information independent of each other.
This study examines the effect of the use of securitization and credit derivatives on the risk profile of European banks. Using information from 134 listed European banks during the period of ...2006–2010, the results show that securitization and trading with credit derivatives have a negative effect on financial stability. The main findings also show the dominance of trading positions over hedging positions for credit derivatives. The results of this study support the higher capital requirements of the new Basel III international banking regulations. Furthermore, accounting measures do not readily indicate market risks, and thus the results support central banks' use of market-solvency measures to monitor financial stability.
This paper focuses on the aggregation operations in the group decision‐making model based on the concept of majority opinion. The weighted‐selective aggregated majority‐OWA (WSAM‐OWA) operator is ...proposed as an extension of the SAM‐OWA operator, where the reliability of information sources is considered in the formulation. The WSAM‐OWA operator is generalized to the quantified WSAM‐OWA operator by including the concept of linguistic quantifier, mainly for the group fusion strategy. The QWSAM‐IOWA operator, with an ordering step, is introduced to the individual fusion strategy. The proposed aggregation operators are then implemented for the case of alternative scheme of heterogeneous group decision analysis. The heterogeneous group includes the consensus of experts with respect to each specific criterion. The exhaustive multicriteria group decision‐making model under the linguistic domain, which consists of two‐stage aggregation processes, is developed in order to fuse the experts’ judgments and to aggregate the criteria. The model provides greater flexibility when analyzing the decision alternatives with a tolerance that considers the majority of experts and the attitudinal character of experts. A selection of investment problem is given to demonstrate the applicability of the developed model.
