The cross section of the process e+ e−→ KS KL π0 has been studied with the CMD-3 detector at the VEPP-2000 electron-positron collider in the center-of-mass energy range from 1.1 to 2 GeV. Preliminary ...results on the total cross section of the process are presented.
Since 2010 the CMD-3 detector has been collecting data at the e super(+)e super(-) collider VEPP-2000 at Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics. CMD-3 is a general purpose detector designed to study e ...super(+)e super(-) annihilation into hadrons in the wide energy range radicals = 0.3 - 2GeV. The barrel electro-magnetic calorimeter of the detector has a thickness equal to 13.5X sub(0) and consists of two subsystems: closest to the beam pipe is the Liquid Xenon calorimeter (LXe) and the outer one is based on CsI scintillation crystals (CsI). The design of the LXe calorimeter and its current performance are presented.
The barrel electromagnetic calorimeter of the CMD-3 detector consists of two subsystems: the Liquid Xenon calorimeter and the calorimeter based on CsI scintillation crystals. Its structure and main ...characteristics are presented. The energy calibration procedures of the combined calorimeter are described.
The process e+ e−→ K+ K−π0 has been studied in the center-of-mass energy range from 1.2 to 2 GeV using a 80.6 pb−1 data sample collected with the CMD-3 detector at the electron-positron collider ...VEPP-2000. Preliminary results of the cross-section measurement are presented.
This paper describes a currently being developed procedure of the charged particle identification for CMD-3 detector, installed at the VEPP-2000 collider. The procedure is based on the application of ...the boosted decision trees classification method, and uses as input variables the specific energy losses of charged particles in the 14 layers of the liquid Xenon calorimeter. The performance of the procedure is demonstrated by an example of the extraction of events of e+e−→K+K−(γ) process in the center of mass energy range from 1.28 to 1.65 GeV.
•The multilayer ionization calorimeter provides multiple dE/dx measurements.•The multiple dE/dx measurements can be used for particle identification.•The set of dE/dx values can be used as input of the boosted decision trees classifier.•The BDT response characterizes the likely type of the particle.•The approach works efficiently for kaon identification at momenta less than 1 GeV/c.
A recent result of the cross section measurement of the process e + e − → K S K π at e + e − collider VEPP-2000 is presented using a data sample of the ∼150 pb−1 integrated luminosity collected with ...the CMD-3 detector. The processes with charged kaons in multi hadron events attract special interest, because they impact strongly on studies of light quark hadronization, isospin symmetry, and strange meson spectroscopy. Experimental results of e + e − → K S K π cross section are presented in a broad energy range covered by the VEPP-2000 and compared to earlier measurements. A study of the production dynamics confirms the dominance of neutral KK * ( 892 ) intermediate state.

CMD-3 is a general purpose detector designed to study e+e− annihilation into hadrons. It is mounted at VEPP-2000 collider which operates in the wide energy range, Ec.m.s=0.32−2GeV. The calorimetry at ...the detector is based on three subsystems: closest to the beam pipe barrel Liquid Xenon calorimeter, outer barrel calorimeter based on CsI scintillation crystals and the endcap calorimeter made of BGO scintillation crystals. We describe the structure of the calorimeters, their electronics and the energy calibration procedures.

The CMD-3 detector started data taking at the electron-positron collider VEPP-2000 in December 2010 with a goal to collect about 1 fb−1. The collected data sample corresponds to an integrated ...luminosity of 200 pb−1 in the center-of-mass energy range from 0.32 up to 2 GeV. This paper reports recent results on the hadronic cross sections measurements with the CMD-3 detector.

We have estimated the effects of the Brucella abortus 19 ВА inactivated vaccine, thermo extracts of Brucella abortus I-206 in the L- and S-forms and corpuscular antigen of Brucella abortus I-206 in ...L-form on the population and subpopulation structure of blood cells and peritoneal fluid of white mice. It was showed that the antigen preparations of Brucella abortus I-206 in L-form didn't caused endogenous intoxication of the organism of experimental animals in distinction from the inactivated vaccine of Brucella abortus 19 BA.
