Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kevalidan dan respons guru terhadap Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Kearifan Lokal yang dikembangkan. Bentuk dari penelitian ini adalah ...pengembangan (R&D) dengan mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari analisis (analysis), desain (design) dan pengembangan (development). Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Kearifan Lokal yang diujicobakan pada tiga guru IPA SMP. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket kevalidan materi, bahasa dan grafika serta angket respons guru dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa komunikasi tidak langsung. Analisis data menggunakan kriteria kevalidan produk. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Kearifan Lokal pada Materi Zat Aditif mendapatkan kriteria valid dengan rata-rata kevalidan materi sebesar 98,6%, kevalidan bahasa sebesar 97,9% dan kevalidan materi sebesar 98,6% dan berdasarkan hasil dari angket respons guru terhadap Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Kearifan Lokal pada Materi Zat Aditif mendapatkan respon yang baik dengan hasil presentase sebesar 90%. Maka dari itu, penilaian kevalidan dan uji respons guru menunjukan bahwa Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Kearifan Lokal pada Materi Zat Aditif ini valid digunakan oleh guru dan peserta didik didalam proses pembelajaran.
The development research of the Simple Inorganic Chemical Compound Nomenclature Module aimed to determine the level of feasability and response of students toward the module that was developed. The ...form of research used was Research and Development (R&D) adopted the Jerrold Kemp development model. The technique for selecting this research sample was random sampling to 30 students of SMK PGRI Pontianak. The instrument of data collection used, namely a sheet of feasability assessment and student questionnaire responses. The results of data analysis showed that the Simple Inorganic Chemical Compound Nomenclature Module was very feasible (88,05%). Students respond toward the Simple Inorganic Chemical Compound Nomenclature Module was relatively good (72,54%). The results of the advisability assessment and student questionnaire response showed that the ‘‘Simple Inorganic Chemical Compound Nomenclature Module’’ was very feasible to use in the learning process.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kelayakan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis kearifan lokal yang digunakan pada pembelajaran IPA dan menentukan respon peserta didik terhadap LKPD berbasis kearifan lokal pada materi bioteknologi di SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangaan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ini yaitu model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Model ADDIE yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu analisis, desain, dan pengembangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis kearifan lokal pada materi bioteknologi. Penilian media ini mendapatkan persentase rata-rata setiap aspeknya yaitu aspek grafika 97%, aspek Bahasa 94%, dan aspek materi 91% yang menunjukan bahwa media LKPD sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran
The aim of this study is to discover the adequacy of Practicum toolkit box on acid and bases subject that was developed based on the adequacy assessment by expert and teachers and students’ ...responses. The subject of this study was acid and bases Practicum KIT that was tested to 10 students of SMPN 2 Selakau in an initial field test and also to 36 students from 3 middle schools (SMP) in amain field test, and, furthermore, five science teachers in the main field test from the same three schools. Evaluation sheet of the KIT adequacy and questionnaire were used for data-collection. The result of data processing showed the KIT that was developed is acceptable to be used in learning process through the standards of material, language, graphic, and KIT media with validity coefficient score 1. Moreover, on the report of percentages calculation of questionnaire, the result of student questionnaires in the initial field test and main field test had collected the average of percentages, which were 82.62% and 87.27% with a very high criteria, and for the teacher questionnaires, the number of the average of percentages was 91.77% with a very high criteria as well.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan kelayakan suplemen bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal pada materi bioteknologi konvensional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi model pengembangan ADDIE. ...Kelayakan suplemen bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal ditinjau dari 3 aspek yaitu aspek materi, media dan bahasa. Hasil penelitian kelayakan pada aspek materi diperoleh kriteria sangat layak dengan persentase 88,14%, aspek media diperoleh kriteria sangat layak dengan persentase 88,57% dan pada aspek bahasa diperoleh kriteria sangat layak dengan persentase 94,44%, sehingga suplemen bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal pada materi bioteknologi konvensional yang dikembangkan sangat layak untuk diujicobakan dalam pembelajaran
Limited face-to-face learning (PTMT) has been carried out but the implementation of the learning process which lasts 30 minutes for one meeting in learning makes the teacher only convey essential ...material. Face-to-face learning is more effective than online learning. Motivation is one of the important factors in the success of a learning. This study aims (1) to determine the science learning motivation of class VIII students of SMPN 4 Pontianak even semester 2021-2022 during PTMT, (2) to determine the relationship between learning motivation and science learning outcomes for class VIII students at SMPN 4 Pontianak even semester 2021-2022 during PTMT. The research subjects were students of class VIII SMPN 4 Pontianak. The research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Science learning outcomes are obtained from the average daily science test scores of students. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques use direct, indirect, and documentation communication. Descriptive statistics were used as a data analysis technique. The results showed that the average learning motivation was 70.81% while the percentage of learning outcomes was 81.4%. Both motivation and learning outcomes are included in the high category. The results of the Spearman's Rho test between science learning motivation and science learning outcomes obtained (r = 0.019) < ( r = 0.05) which means that there is a relationship between motivation and science learning outcomes for SMPN 4 Pontianak students, namely the higher the motivation, the higher the student learning outcomes. the higher it is. The results of this study can be concluded that the science learning motivation of SMPN 4 Pontianak students in the even semester of 2021-2022 is high with a percentage of 70.81%. There is a significant and positive relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes for science students of class VIII SMPN 4 Pontianak even semester 2021-2022 during PTMT.
The purpose of this study was to produce a supplement of basic biochemical teaching materials based on local wisdom of medicinal plants of the Pasti Jaya village community on appropriate hormone ...materials. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) which refers to research procedures according to Borg & Gall which have been simplified by the Center for Policy Research and Educational Innovation (Puslitjaknov) team, namely analyzing developed products, developing initial products, validating and revising, conducting small-scale field trials and revisions, as well as large-scale field trials and final products. Due to time constraints, the stages in this study were limited to the third stage, so that these stages were adjusted to the needs of the research. The resulting product was validated by 9 experts for each aspect of language, material, and graphics. The data collection technique used a feasibility validation questionnaire measurement technique which showed the validation results of all aspects with a very feasible category, respectively 96.3%, 95%, and 93.7% so that it was concluded that the supplement of basic biochemistry teaching materials based on local wisdom of the Pasti village community Jaya on the hormone material developed deserves to be tested in further research.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan tingkat kelayakan produk media KIT Hidrokarbon Flanel Tempel (HFT) dan respon calon guru kimia terhadap pengembangan media KIT HFT pada materi tata nama senyawa ...hidrokarbon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development, dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah media KIT HFT. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar pengukuran penilaian kelayakan media dan angket respon calon guru kimia. Aspek kelayakan media pada penelitian ditinjau dari aspek materi, media dan bahasa dan respon calon guru pendidikan kimia angkatan 2017. Hasil pengukuran penilaian produk menujnukkan media KIT HFT sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran materi tata nama senyawa hidrokarbon dengan nilai presentase kelayakan aspek materi sebesar 93,75%, aspek bahasa sebesar 98,14% dan aspek media sebesar 95,19%. Media KIT HFT menerima respon yang sangat baik dari responden dengan presentase sebesar 86,86% hasil ini didapat berdasarkan rata-rata penilaian indikator yang ditinjau dari isi dan tanpilan, kemanfaatan dan kemudahan media KIT HFT. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran penilaian dan uji respon yang diperoleh, media KIT HFT dalam bentuk prototipe dapat diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran kimia materi tata nama senyawa hidrokarbon.
Liver, colon, and cervical cancer are the top three types of cancer which rank in the top five worldwide in terms of incidence and mortality. Simpur air (Dillenia suffruticosa)plant has traditionally ...been used for the treatment of various diseases, one of which is cancer. This study aims to prove cytotoxic effect and selectivity of simpur air wood bark fractions against liver HepG2, colon WiDr, and cervical HeLa cancer cells. Simpur air wood bark is macerated using 96% methanol. The methanolic crude extract was fractionated with the liquid-liquid partition method using n-hexane and ethyl acetate. Cytotoxicity test using MTT assay method. The result showed that the methanol extract, n-hexane fraction, ethyl acetate fraction, and methanol fraction in liver HepG2 cancer cells had IC50 values 179,32±13,55; 85,14±8,58; 140,08±22,63; >500 µg/mL and in colon WiDr cancer cells had IC50 values 133,02±27,64; 41,54±37,58; 124,76±17,22; >500 µg/mL. Meanwhile, all fractions had IC50 values >500 µg/mL in HeLa cervical cancer cells. These data indicate that the n-hexane fraction in WiDr cells is potentially cytotoxic and selective with a selectivity index value greater than 3. Thus, simpur air wood bark has the potential to be developed as an anticancer drug candidate.
Effectiveness of Using Basic Chemistry E-Modules Based on Problem Based Learning in Improving Students' Problem Solving Ability on Thermochemical Material Sebuah e-modul yang valid belum tentu ...efektif, sehingga diperlukan pengujian untuk mengetahui keefektifan e-modul yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan e-modul kimia dasar Problem Based-Learning (PBL) pada materi termokimia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah 43 mahasiswa semester 1 program studi Pendidikan Kimia Universitas Tanjungpura. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah penggunaan e-modul kimia dasar berbasis PBL pada bahan termokimia. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik pengukuran dan komunikasi langsung. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang terdiri dari 4 soal essay studi kasus dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis efektivitas menggunakan rumus N-Gain dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa saat pretest 29% (kurang baik) dan saat posttest 85% (sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil analisis N-Gain diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,79 (tinggi) dengan kategori efektif. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan e-modul kimia dasar berbasis PBL efektif.
