For the first time dienediaminoketones (1-benzoyl-2-arylamino-4-dimethylaminobuta-1,3-dienes) have been used in a reaction with benzoquinone and as a result ...2-dimethylamino-3-(1’-aryl-3’-benzoyl-5’-hydroxyindol-2’-yl)-5-hydroxybenzofurans have been synthesized.
New syntheses of dienediamines and the products of their chemical transformations (derivatives of 4-pyridone imine, biphenyl and 2-pyridone), based on the reactions of amide acetals with enamines ...followed by transamination, are reported.
This article analyzes the emergence of entrepreneurial strata based on a case study of farmers and entrepreneurs operating in the informal agrarian sector. The author relies on panel data gathered by ...the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) about the employment of rural residents and their households from 2011 to 2022 and data from Agricultural Censuses of 2006-2021. The author examines factors of their emergence and sustain-ability (crystallization) amid the strong institutional pressure of 30 years of agrarian reforms, the criteria of which are an increase in private ownership of agricultural lands, and the growth of agricultural production and its export to world markets. These indicators revealed entrepreneurial potential based on the prestige of actors with a high level of social capital who have not only skills and competences but also social contacts that are indispensable when it comes to converting them into material and financial incomes in economic and institutional contexts. The analysis reveals a difference between farmers and entrepreneurs in terms of resource potential (land, capitals), values, social and labor practices, and the extent to which they are integrated into the new innovative economy. This analysis of sociostructural processes taking place in the Russian countryside shows how the socioeconomic and institutional milieu affects the development of farms, entrepreneurial organizations, and the state of the agrarian labor market. The movement of labor and the employment level in the formal and informal sectors of the various branches of the agro-industrial complex (AIC), as well as incomes of those employed in the AIC and the socioeconomic status of their households, were studied. The indicators of sectoral employment in the labor market reveal a historical moment in the life of the rural world when traditional forms of management and familiar contours of the social structure of rural settlements are gradually replaced by new social strata that create a new reality for rural territories.
The purpose of this work is to search for empirical evidence of the process of crystallization of new entrepreneurial layers in the changed institutional and socio-cultural environment of the Russian ...countryside. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of sectoral employment in the agricultural labor market in all Federal Districts, are considered the mechanisms of adaptation of the rural population to the market economy, which led to the destruction of agricultural enterprises, the emergence of capitalist forms of production and new labor practices – employment in the informal sector, are considered. The information base consisted of data from large-scale panel studies of Rosstat 2012–2021 and the All-Russian Agricultural Censuses of 2006, 2016, 2021, as well as research practice in the regions of the Russian Federation. It was revealed that the share of employed both in general and in regional agricultural markets is decreasing with the growth of economic development, the acceleration of urbanization, the legalization of informal employment, the presence of agricultural producers with advanced technologies, as well as large networks in the service sector in large settlements. Using the example of interdependent processes of reduction of farms and the growth of land and agricultural production, they show how farmers with professional management experience, introducing innovative technologies and techniques, applying new business models in the economy managed to resist and become structures for the modernization of production in the regions. Thus, the results of the study demonstrated the technology of crystallization and formation of new entrepreneurial layers in the socio-structural processes of the Russian countryside.
Flavonoid compounds like anthocyanins and proanthocyanidins are important plant secondary metabolites having wide biological activities for humans. In this study, the molecular function of the Ant13 ...locus, which is one of the key loci governing flavonoid synthesis in barley, was determined. It was found that Ant13 encodes a WD40-type regulatory protein, which is required for transcriptional activation of a set of structural genes encoding enzymes of flavonoid biosynthesis at the leaf sheath base (colored by anthocyanins) and in grains (which accumulate proanthocyanidins). Besides its role in flavonoid biosynthesis, pleiotropic effects of this gene in plant growth were revealed. The mutants deficient in the Ant13 locus showed similar germination rates but a decreased rate of root and shoot growth and yield-related parameters in comparison to the parental cultivars. This is the seventh Ant locus (among 30) for which molecular functions in flavonoid biosynthesis regulation have been determined.
The article deals with the subjects of agricultural production, agricultural organizations, agricultural Holdings, peasant farms, personal part-time farms and their participation in the ...sociostructural processes of the Russian village. Dynamics of changes in the agricultural labor market, based on data from several large-scale studies of Rosstat (2011–2018), covering all regions of Russia. Results of individual interviews of the rural population and surveys of their households, as well as the Results of the 2016 agricultural census. they show the specificity of the moment of the rural world, when institutional transformations caused by agrarian reforms and modernization of agriculture radically changed social, labor practices and everyday life of the villagers. For a quarter of a century, the socioeconomic situation and status of the majority of villagers has changed qualitatively. The decrease in the level of rural employment in agriculture and growth in non-agricultural sectors of the agriculture industry led to structural mobility (move), which had transformed the social structure of the village and the formation of the informal sector, with its own internal structure, constituting one-third of all employees. These processes have led to an increase in migration of the working-age population, which has led to a decrease in the quality of human capital and the prospects for its reproduction in rural areas.
