Oriental martial arts has millions of fans around the world. Successfully develop and cultivate all styles of martial arts from Chinese Wushu to full contact Muetai, Kyokushinkai karate, and many ...others. Kyokushinkai Karate is one of the most popular types of martial arts, cultivated by more than 16 million people in 140 countries, which has a well-established training system, one of the elements of which is the development of specialized kata complexes. This is a formalized sequence of movements, combined on the principles of a duel with imaginary one or more opponents. The purpose of the study is to improve the special training of qualified Kyokushinkai karate athletes in the competitive discipline of Kumite with the use of kata complexes. The following research methods were used: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature; sociological methods (questionnaires); pedagogical observation; pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment; medical and biological methods, and methods of mathematical statistics. The priority of the executioner "Sanchin" and "Tensho" as elements of special training and the significance of their impact on the physical condition of the athlete. The author's technique of training process with the use of kata complexes is developed and introduced, for the directed influence on separate indicators of the level of development of special physical qualities and functional state of karate. As a result of the use of kata in the preparation of qualified karate for Kumite in the athletes of the experimental group, there were significant positive changes in the level of development of special physical qualities and speed and strength indicators when performing many shock combinations. There was a statistically significant (p <0.05) increase in power and time parameters of complex, multi-stroke combinations "Shita Tsuki" - "Mavashi Tsuki" - 25.8%, "Shita Tsuki" - "Mavashi Tsuki" - "Mavashi Geri" - 28.4%).
The article presents research materials relating to the study of the individual characteristics of the 2D:4D finger index in young athletes in pair female acrobatics and gymnastics. The aim of the ...study is to study and comparatively analyze the features of the 2D: 4D finger proportions in the "upper" and "lower" female partners in paired female acrobatics and among the female athletes involved in artistic gymnastics, referred to adolescence; confirmation of the influence of the 2D:4D finger ratio on the athletic capabilities of athletes and the formation of their sexual somatotype.
It has been proved that the presence in these groups of female athletes with certain values of the inverse, andromorphic sexual somatotype indicates an increased level of testosterone in the body of these athletes and inverse adaptive changes with the formation of masculinization phenomena in them. Research methods and organization. To conduct research on the features of the 2D:4D finger proportions in the "upper" and "lower" female partner athletes in paired female acrobatics and in athletes engaged in artistic gymnastics, the following methods were used: anthropometric method to determine: IPD) and somatotyping according to the classification of J. Tanner and W. Marshall; 2) measurement and comparison of II and IV fingers of the hands of athletes using the finger ratio method according to J.T. Menning – 2D:4D Digit Ratio; 3) as well
as the method of literary analysis, using available sources of information; 4) method of mathematical statistics. Organization of the study. This study was conducted in 2019-2020 with the involvement of 31 pairs of acrobats and 59 athletes involved in artistic gymnastics in Ukraine (Nikolaev and Poltava). "Lower" acrobats and gymnasts

Physical exercise, especially of high intensity, is a significant burden on an athlete’s body. It should be emphasized that achieving high results in competitive sports requires the use of ...significant, sometimes extreme, exercise loads during training, which may result in homeostasis disorders, adversely affecting the fitness of athletes. This study aims to investigate the effects of 6 months of bovine colostrum supplementation on indicators of immune system functioning, selected parameters related to iron management, and anabolic/catabolic balance in young football players. Twenty-eight male football players completed a double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover protocol (24 weeks of colostrum/placebo). A standardized exercise test was executed at the beginning of the trial and after 3 and 6 months of supplementation. Blood samples were taken before and after the exercise test and after 3 h of recovery. Markers of iron homeostasis, pro- and anti-inflammatory balance, and hormonal responses were determined. A significant increase in immunoglobulin G concentration was observed, accompanied by a decrease in inflammatory markers in supplemented athletes. Bovine colostrum supplementation had no significant effect on athletes’ performance or on iron management and hormonal response. The use of bovine colostrum, which is characterized by a high content of immunologically active compounds, can be an element of a relatively mild and safe intervention for reducing inflammation induced by intense physical exercise.
The material of the studies was the physical education teachers of randomly chosen Poznań (Poland) schools: primary, grammar, and secondary schools. The studies involved 584 physical education ...teachers. The studies were conducted in the school year of 1999-2000. For the studies, an observation method was applied consisting in lesson observations during physical education lessons carried out by physical education teachers. The results of the studies form characteristic upward or downward tendencies. The higher the educational stage the higher the percentage value for the teachers who: a) assess attitudes and behavior of the students; b) monitor and assess knowledge of the students in the field of physical culture; c) assess with grades or points motor and organizational skills; d) assess verbally tasks’ achievement; e) apply and introduce self-monitoring and self-assessment of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and physical fitness of the students. The downward tendencies were observed exclusively for monitoring attitudes and behavior of the students (i.e. having sports outfit, activity, involvement, attendance, etc.). The examined women were characterized by better and more positive empathic behavior. For all parameters, the women appeared to be better.
Introduction: The presence of background HCV
infection cannot be overestimated in view of the prevalence
of chronic hepatitis C and the risk of adverse outcomes
of this disease. Purpose of this study ...was to evaluate
the effectiveness of the combined use of antiviral therapy
(Roferon + Vero-Ribavirin) and resort factors in patients
with chronic hepatitis C in the phase of replication.
Material and methods: We observed 48 patients with
chronic hepatitis C; the minimum level of activity of the
process defined the phase of replication. Markers of HCV
infection were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent
assay (ELISA) (a-HCV and HCV-Ig M). HCV RNA
was determined twice by the polymerase chain reaction
(PCR). Genotyping of hepatitis C virus was performed.
Biochemical blood analysis and the study of HCV infection
markers were carried out four times. Results of therapy
were assessed immediately after the end of the resort
(spa) treatment, then at 3, 6 and 12 months after starting
treatment. At 12 months after starting treatment, all the
observed patients had persistent clinical and biochemical
remission. Elimination of the virus from the blood was
noted in 56% of the control group and 74% of patients in
the study group.
Conclusions: For patients with moderately active HCV, the
replication phase was characterized by asthenic-vegetative
syndrome (100% of patients) with severe depression (22.92%), pain (77.08%) and dyspeptic syndrome (33.33%),
moderate hypertransferaseemia (100%), slightly pronounced
cholestasis (33% of patients), and signs of mesenchymal-
inflammatory response.
Purpose : to provide a quantitative description of the muscle component of students’ body with regard to their motor characteristics to improve training in the discipline "Physical Education". ...Material : a study of muscular component of the body in 1937 students aged 17-20 years old of age living in the Baikal region. Motor quality students were evaluated by tests. Problem analysis was conducted based on the data of Polish authors. Results : the dependence of the amount of content in muscle mass in the body of the frequency of physical training in high school. Also found significantly higher levels of performance in motor tests in the group of students with a high level of expression of muscle mass. Conclusions : the studies have shown a direct relationship content of lean body mass of locomotor activity. Set better indicator values in tests of physical fitness with a high content of muscle tissue. Lack of exercise training on older years is recommended to compensate for self-manage motor activities.
The purpose of the research is to develop the principles of team’s formation in sport aerobics with application of factorial and cluster analysis’ methods. Material: in a research girls (n=24) from ...the sport aerobics national team (Kharkiv, Ukraine) participated. The athletes were given full medical examination by determination of functional condition of an organism (arterial blood pressure, indicators of a variability of the rhythm of the heart, treadbahn testing), a psycho-physiological condition (time’s determination of simple and complex reaction). It was defined physical development and physical fitness and vestibular stability. Results. The mathematical and visual models of each group of athletes were developed. The cluster analysis permitted selection of 8 groups of girls. The athletes of each group can incorporate with each other in teams for different competitive categories. The each group of athletes should select appropriate programs according to the features of their personal factorial structure of fitness. The general recommendations about selection of programs’ story lines for athletes of each group are developed. Conclusions. The possibilities of athletes’ groups formation (in pairs, in trio, in five) for mixed performances are revealed. It is determined that it is possible to select athletes with similar qualities (representatives of one cluster) and with different qualities (representatives of different clusters) for mixed performances.
