Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran CLIS (Children Learning In Science) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi usaha dan energi kelas X di ...SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Blang. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan jenis quasi eksperimen design. Bentuk desain yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Pengambilan data dilakukan di kelas X IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari lembar observasi awal, soal tes, dan lembar Angket. Data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata post-test yang diperoleh kelas eksperimen 72,5 dan kelas kontrol 61,5. Pada uji hipotesis menggunakan uji independent sample t-test dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Berdasarkan data uji independent sample t test diperoleh nilai signifikan (2-tailed) sebesar 0,016 < 0,05 maka ditolak dan diterima, hal ini dikarenakan nilai signifikan lebih besar 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran CLIS terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi usaha dan energi kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Blang.
Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berbasis STEM ini untuk mengetahui validitas dan kelayakan produk, serta untuk melihat respon siswa terhadap LKS tersebut. ...Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4-D (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas VIII MTsN 7 Aceh Utara. Hasil yang diperoleh validasi LKS yang telah dikembangkan dari validator ahli materi dengan persentase 83,07% dan hasil validator ahli media dengan persentase76,69% berkategori "valid”, kelayakan LKS yang telah dikembangkan “layak” dengan persentase 78,70%, serta hasil respon siswa “sangat baik” dengan nilai yang diperoleh pada tahap uji coba produk 76,74% dan uji coba pemakaian 87,68%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKS berbasis STEM pada materi usaha dan energi yang telah dikembangkan valid dan layak digunakan.
Management of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients requires a multidisciplinary approach. Among the working team, the role of IBD nurse is expected to be particularly relevant when managing ...patients receiving biological therapies. We performed a survey to assess the presence of IBD nurse in centers where patients were receiving biologics.
For this Italian nationwide survey a specific questionnaire was prepared. IBD nurse was defined as a nurse directly involved in all phases of biological therapy, from pre-therapy screening, administration and monitoring during therapy, to follow up performed by a dedicated helpline, completed a specific training on biological therapy therapy, and observed international guidelines.
A total of 53 Italian IBD centers participated in the survey, and 91 valid questionnaires were collected. Overall, 34 (37.4%) nurses could be classified as IBD specialists. IBD nurses had a significantly higher educational level than other nurses, they were more frequently operating in Central or Southern than in Northern Italy, they were working in an Academic center rather than in a General hospital, and in IBD centers with >25 patients on biological therapy. On the contrary, mean age, gender distribution, years of nursing, and years working in the IBD unit did not significantly differ between IBD and other nurses.
Our nationwide survey showed that the presence of an IBD nurse is still lacking in the majority of Italian IBD centers where patients receive biological therapies, suggesting a prompt implementation.
Village-Owned Enterprises are needed to assist the government in meeting community needs and restoring the village economy, so it is very important to ensure its success in achieving excellent ...organizational performance. Therefore, studies on exploring the variables that contribute to enhancing the performance of this entity are needed. This study has two objectives-- first, to investigate the effect of social entrepreneurship and transformational leadership on organizational performance;second, to investigate the indirect effects of social entrepreneurship and transformational leadership on organizational performance through organizational learning. This study is quantitative research. Data are collected using questionnaires distributed to directors of 122 village-owned enterprises in Siak Regency, Indonesia. A total of 85 completed responses were received and analyzed by using WarpPLS 5.0. Empirical findings confirm that social entrepreneurship and transformational leadership influence organizational learning and organizational performance. Further analysis shows that social entrepreneurship and transformational leadership affect organizational performance through organizational learning, and therefore the latter acts as a mediating variable. This study reveals that social entrepreneurship and transformational leadership enhance organizational learning to improve organizational performance. This study contributes to the field of management accounting for village-owned enterprises. Directors of village-owned enterprises must be able to develop a social entrepreneurial spirit and transformational leadership to create a learning environment for organizations that can influence the improvement of organizational performance.
Abstrak. Beras (Oryza sativa L.) merupakan salah satu tanaman pangan yang berfungsi sebagai tanaman pokok selain gandum dan jagung di Indonesia, dikarenakan mengandung nutrisi yang dibutuhkan tubuh ...seperti karbohidrat, protein, air dan lemak. Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk maka permintaan terhadap beras semakin meningkat. Permintaan tersebut sangat ditentukan oleh selera konsumen yang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas beras yaitu mutu fisik (ukuran dan bentuk butiran, rendemen dan pengapuran), mutu tanak (kadar amilosa dan suhu gelatinisasi) dan mutu rasa (tekstur dan aroma). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas beberapa galur padi mutan M4 hasil iradiasi sinar gamma. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Ilmu dan Teknologi Benih, Laboratorium Analisis Pangan dan Hasil Pertanian, Laboratorium Ilmu Nutrisi dan Teknologi Pakan dan Laboratorium Fisiologi Tumbuhan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala, serta Laboratorium Departemen Ilmu dan Teknologi Pangan Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian Institut Pertanian Bogor, yang berlangsung pada bulan April hingga Juli 2018. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola non faktorial dengan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan penelitian ini berupa galur (G) dengan 5 taraf, yaitu i-Snb (G0) kontrol, O-39e (G1), O-57d (G2), O-57e (G3) dan O-88j (G4). Parameter yang diamati yaitu sifat fisik beras (densitas kamba, derajat sosoh, dimensi beras rendemen beras giling, dan warna). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa galur mutan M4 berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kualitas sifat fisik rendemen beras giling dan warna nilai L (kecerahan). Rendemen beras giling terbaik galur O-39e (70,33%) dan warna nilai L (kecerahan) galur O-88j (117,90). Perlakuan terbaik secara kumulatif untuk sifat fisik beras yaitu pada i-Snb.. Physical Quality of Rice (Oryza sativa L. ) M4 Mutant Results of Gamma Ray IrradiationAbstract. Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is one of main food which the function is to be staple food beside wheat and corn in Indonesia because it contains nutrients such as carbohydrates, protein, water, and fat. Towards the increasing populations, the demand of rice is increasing as well. The demand is largerly depends on the consumer taste affected by the quality of rice which are physical quality (size and grain shape, rendemen, and calcification), cooked quality (amylose content and gelatinization temperature) and flavor quality (texture and smell). The purpose of this research was to investigate the quality of rice from several M4 mutant line resulting from gamma ray irradiation. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Seed Science and Technology and Laboratory of Food and Agricultural Analysis, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh, from the month April to July 2018. The design used in this study was based on a non-factorial completely randomize design with 3 replications and continued with the Least Significant Difference Test (LSD) level of 5% on a significant F test results. The results showed that the M4 mutant line had a very significant effect on the quality of physical properties, the yield of milled rice and the best color L (brightness), namely on the O-88j and O-39e line.
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is therapy for estrogen deficiency and post menopausal syndromes, but high cost and unwell-secured therapy. One of alternative therapy is the usage of ...phytoestrogens. The banana peel contains flavones, flavonol, flavanone and polimethoxyflavone which are potential as phytoestrogen. The purpose of this study was to examine the estrogenic effect of banana peel extract (BPE) development of mammary gland of ovariectomized rats. Estrogenic effects was examined based on in vivo and in silico experiment. For in vivo experiment, female Sprague-dawley rats aged 50 days were ovariectomized. At 70 days of age, 12 rats were treated with BPE 500 mg/kgBB and 1000mg/kgBB, 5 rats were treated with estradiol 2μg/day while others served as control were treated with CMC-Na 0.5% and sacrificed 2 weeks later. The base line ovariectomized rats and base line non-ovariectomized rats were sacrificed at 70 days of age. The in silico experiment examined by molecular docking between myricetin and estrogen receptor alpha (ER-α). The result of in vivo experiment showed that 1000 mg/kgBW BPE induced c-Myc expression and enhance ovariectomized rat mammary gland development significantly. Meanwhile, molecular docking showed that there are hydrogen bond interaction between bioactive compound in BPE and Estrogen Receptor (ER)-α but less powerfull than estrogen and ER-α interaction. In summary, BPE can act as an estrogen agonist, resulting in the enhancement of c-Myc expression.Keywords: banana peels extract (BPE), phytoestrogen, mammary gland, ovariectomized rats
