Aim. The method for design of simplified mathematical model of the group of overhead power lines magnetic field allowing to reduce the number of conductors which are taken into account in the model ...and field and allowing to reduce the sensitivity of the model to plant parameters uncertainty is developed. Methodology. The method based on the multi-criteria game decision, in which the payoff vector is calculated on the basis of the Maxwell equations quasi-stationary approximation solutions. The game decision based on the stochastic particles multiswarm optimization algorithms. The implementation of the method is carried out when determining the number, configuration, spatial arrangement and currents in conductors based on simplified mathematical model of the group of overhead power line magnetic field in a given space area. Results. Computer simulation and field experimental research results of simplified mathematical model on the example of the group of four overhead power lines magnetic field including 21 conductors where based on the developed simplified mathematical model of the magnetic field, the number of conductors taken into account in the model is reduced to 6, and the modeling error does not exceed 4 %. Originality. For the first time the method for design of simplified mathematical model of the group of overhead power lines magnetic field based on the stochastic particles multiswarm optimization algorithms, which allows to significantly simplify the simulation by reducing the number of conductors that are taken into account in the model and to reduce the sensitivity of the model to plant parameters uncertainty, and at the same time limit the modeling error at the engineering level to 5-10 %. Practical value. Practical recommendations on reasonable choice of the minimal number, configuration, spatial arrangement and currents in conductors for the simplified mathematical model of the group of overhead power line magnetic field.
The article explores issues related to the lexicographic development of biblical proverbs and phraseological units, which are typically represented in dictionaries solely in their canonical form, ...without taking into account the peculiarities of their contemporary usage. The aim of the research is to develop a dictionary concept that, alongside traditional forms, reflects the structural and semantic transformations of biblicisms in the media space and live communication. Phraseological units and proverbs, selected from biblical dictionaries and encyclopedias, as well as those documented in internet forums, chats, and blogs (from 2013 to 2023), and recorded in spoken language, have become the subject of structural-semantic, componential, and contextual analysis prior to their lexicographic treatment. Special attention is paid to transformational mechanisms of phonetic mimicry and playful variants of phraseological units and proverbs created on this basis. During lexicographic modeling, parameters for an innovative dictionary entry combining elements characteristic of explanatory and axiological dictionaries have been developed. The implementation of the developed parametric model is demonstrated using the example of the proverb ‘Eyes are the mirror of the soul.’ It is emphasized that the proposed lexicographic concept will allow for the reflection of dynamic processes affecting the corpus of biblicisms in their sociocultural context, prediction of trends in this field, and utilization of dictionary materials for language teaching purposes.
Aim
Hypoxia and sympathetic activation are main factors in the pathogenesis of acute kidney injury (AKI). We tested the hypothesis that noradrenaline (NE) in combination with hypoxia aggravates the ...vasoreactivity of renal arteries after hypoxia/re‐oxygenation (H/R). We tested the role of adrenergic receptors and p38 MAPK using an in vitro H/R protocol.
Methods
Mouse interlobar arteries (ILA) and afferent arterioles (AA) were investigated under isometric and isotonic conditions respectively. The in vitro protocol consisted of 60‐min hypoxia and control condition, respectively, 10‐min re‐oxygenation followed by concentration–response curves for Ang II or endothelin.
Results
Hypoxia reduced the response to Ang II. Hypoxia and NE (10−9 mol L‐1) together increased it in ILA and AA. In ILA, NE alone influenced neither Ang II responses under control conditions nor endothelin responses after hypoxia. Prazosin or yohimbine treatment did not significantly influence the NE+hypoxia effect. The combination of prazosin and yohimbine or propranolol alone inhibited the effect of NE+hypoxia. BRL37344 (β3 receptor agonist) mimicked the NE effect. In contrast, the incubation with β3 receptor blocker did not influence the mentioned effect. Phosphorylation of p38 MAPK and MLC(20) was increased after H/R with NE and Ang II treatment. The selective p38 MAPK inhibitor SB202190 blocked the NE+hypoxia effect on the Ang II response.
Conclusion
The results suggest an interaction of NE and hypoxia in enhancing vasoreactivity, which may be important for the pathogenesis of AKI. The effect of NE+hypoxia in ILA is mediated by several adrenergic receptors and requires the p38 MAPK activation.

Dynamic assessment of the right heart in patients with COVID-19-associated pneumonia of different severity during regression of the systemic inflammatory response (SIR).
Material an ...methods
This single-center prospective study included 46 patients with the novel coronavirus infection COVID-19 and viral pneumonia according to chest multispiral computed tomography (CT). Laboratory and echocardiographic examinations of patients were performed.
Results
Based on the results of evaluation with the Clinical Condition Scale (CCS-COVID), patients were divided into two groups: group A, patients with a score from 6 to 9 and group B, patients with a score from 10 to 14. The study results of both groups were evaluated twice: on day 10±2.5 from the onset of symptoms (groups A10 and B10, respectively) and again on day 17±1.8 (groups A17 and B17, respectively). Patients of group B10 had more pronounced SIR (C-reactive protein, 111.38±52.5 mg / l) and a larger volume of ground-glass opacity (38.3±9.6 %). At the first stage, higher values of right ventricular global longitudinal strain (RV GLS) were detected in group B10 compared to group A10 (23.2±4.8 %

. 19.9±3.5 %, р=0.048). During the regression of SIR intensity and the positive dynamics of CT, lower values of Е / А were observed in group B17 (1.0 0.98; 1.2)

Conclusion
In patients with severe COVID-19-associated pneumonia during regression of SIR intensity, changes in the parameters that reflected RV diastolic dysfunction were observed.
The article describes the cases when ball lightning (BL) exhibited an extremely high specific energy store (up to 1010 J/m3), a presence of uncompensated electric charge (up to 10−3 C) and an ability ...to generate high frequency pulses (up to 10 MW). It is shown that the realization of a combination of these properties of BL is possible if to consider it as a heterogeneous system consisting of a unipolarly charged core and a dielectric shell. In the electric field of the core charge, arises a force owing to the polarization of the shell that opposes the Coulomb repulsion force of the charges. BL models constructed according to the indicated principle are described: the electrodynamic model and the chemical-thermal model, which treats BL as a hollow sphere filled with steam. The requirement to take into account the main three properties of BL makes it possible to reduce the number of models of this natural phenomenon. Detailed cases of observations of high-energy lightning are analyzed.

Aim. Reduction of the magnetic field induction to the level of modern sanitary standards by means of active screening in residential old buildings which are located near existing typical overhead ...power lines are considered. Active shielding of the magnetic field inside a single-storey and multi-storey building is considered. During the design the number, configurations, spatial arrangement of the shielding windings, as well as the currents in the shielding windings were determined. Methodology. The design problem for the system of active shielding reduced to solving the minimax vector optimization problem. The vector of objective function in this minimax problem is calculated based on Biot-Savart's law. The solution of this problem is based on multi-agent optimization algorithms. Results. The results of theoretical and experimental studies of the systems of active shielding of the magnetic field generated by various overhead power lines inside a single and multi-storey building are presented. Originality. The possibility of reducing the induction of the initial magnetic field inside the shielded space to the level of sanitary standards is shown. Practical value. From the point of view of the practical implementation for a reasonable choice of the number and spatial arrangement of shielding windings of systems for active shielding of the magnetic field generated by various overhead power lines inside residential buildings of different storey’s are given.
The amygdala is one of the most discussed structures of the brain. Correlations between its level of activity, size, biochemical organization, and various pathologies are the subject of many studies, ...and can serve as a marker of existing or future disease. It is hypothesized that the amygdala is not just a structural unit, but includes many other regions in the brain. In this review, we present the updated neuroanatomical and physiological aspects of the amygdala, discussing its involvement in neurodegenerative and neurological diseases. The amygdala plays an important role in the processing of input signals and behavioral synthesis. Lesions in the amygdala have been shown to cause neurological disfunction of ranging severity. Abnormality in the amygdala leads to conditions such as depression, anxiety, autism, and also promotes biochemical and physiological imbalance. The amygdala collects pathological proteins, and this fact can be considered to play a big role in the progression and diagnosis of many degenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease, chronic traumatic encephalopathy, Lewy body diseases, and hippocampal sclerosis. The amygdala has shown to play a crucial role as a central communication system in the brain, therefore understanding its neuroanatomical and physiological features can open a channel for targeted therapy of neurodegenerative diseases.
To explore the experts' opinion on the feasibility of using Mini-Kog, MMSE and GPCOG tests for screening assessment of cognitive impairment in elderly and senile patients at the primary stage of ...medical care, as well as to compare different characteristics of these tests according to experts' opinion.
The survey of specialists was carried out on the basis of 6 Medical Centers. Prior to the survey, specialists tested cognitive functions in elderly and senile patients during routine visits undergoing routine admission using Mini-Kog, MMSE and GPCOG tests, as well as interviewed their relatives using the corresponding section of the GPCOG. During the survey, specialists filled out a special physician checklist containing items for indicating socio-demographic information and questions regarding the use of tests for assessing cognitive functions in elderly and senile patients in daily clinical practice.
The survey involved 40 specialists from different cities of Russia (mean age±SD - 38.6±14.3 years, 82.5% - women). Elderly and senile patients accounted for the predominant proportion (76-100%) of all followed-up patients. All physicians considered it important to conduct a cognitive assessment in elderly patients and they have to use various cognitive tests in their practice. According to most experts, among the Mini-Kog, MMSE and GPCOG tests, all three tools are informative, convenient and suitable for screening cognitive impairment in geriatric patients. The MMSE test is more informative and convenient. Mini-Kog, compared to the other two tools, is the simplest and most time-efficient tool that is also better perceived by patients. An advantage of the GPCOG is the possibility of participation of informants in the assessment of cognitive functions in older patients.
The findings could be used in further research focused on improving the approaches for early detection of cognitive impairment in geriatric patients by primary care physicians.
