The article presents the possibilities of the representation of the regional specificity of phraseology in the synoptic dictionary on a broad all-Russian and inter-regional background. The main ...provisions of the concept of such dictionary developed by lexicographers of Saint Petersburg and Pskov universities are formulated. The research urgency is caused by necessity of improvement of the system of dictionary description of regional phraseological material. The novelty of the study is to identify the optimal lexicographic techniques to show the features of the component composition of dialect proverbs and sayings, phraseological activity and metaphorical potential of their core components, to reveal the mechanism of development of phraseological meaning and to explicate its regional component. It is proved that the complex description of national proverbs and their regional variants in one dictionary article will allow to reveal universal and specific figurative motives and structural-semantic models of phraseological units. Particular attention is paid to the construction of linguistic and cultural commentary in a separate parametric zone of the dictionary entry and the inclusion of cultural and historical information in the definition of the headline. The expediency of attracting foreign-language phraseological parallels in the etymologization of dialect phraseological units functioning in the areas of cross-border interlanguage contacts is shown. The author’s approach to the dictionary representation of the transformations of proverbs and sayings in folk dialects, modern speech of citizens and media texts is innovative, it gives the opportunity to see the results of the linguistic creative activity of the national linguistic consciousness in various socio-cultural conditions.
Aim. The synthesis of two degree of freedom robust two circuit system of active shielding of magnetic field with circular space-time characteristic, generated by overhead power lines with <> type of ...phase conductors arrangements for reducing the magnetic flux density to the sanitary standards level and to reducing the sensitivity of the system to plant parameters uncertainty. Methodology. The synthesis is based on the multi-criteria game decision, in which the payoff vector is calculated on the basis of the Maxwell equations quasi-stationary approximation solutions. The game decision is based on the stochastic particles multiswarm optimization algorithms. The initial parameters for the synthesis by system of active shielding are the location of the overhead power lines with respect to the shielding space, geometry and number of shielding coils, operating currents, as well as the size of the shielding space and magnetic flux density normative value, which should be achieved as a result of shielding. The objective of the synthesis is to determine their number, configuration, spatial arrangementand and shielding coils currents, setting algorithm of the control systems as well as the resulting of the magnetic flux density value at the shielding space. Results. Computer simulation and field experimental research results of two degree of freedom robust two circuit system of active shielding of magnetic field, generated by overhead power lines with <> type of phase conductors arrangements are given. Aim. Improving of accuracy parameters and reducing of sensitivity to changes of plant parameters of nonlinear robust electromechanical servo systems of guidance and stabilization of lightly armored ...vehicle weapons based on multiobjective synthesis. Methodology. The method of multicriterion synthesis of nonlinear robust controllers for controlling by nonlinear multimass electromechanical servo systems with parametric uncertainty based on the choice of the target vector of robust control by solving the corresponding multicriterion nonlinear programming problem in which the calculation of the vectors of the objective function and constraints is algorithmic and associated with synthesis of nonlinear robust controllers and modeling of the synthesized system for various modes of operation of the system, with different input signals and for various values of the plant parameters. Synthesis of nonlinear robust controllers and non-linear robust observers reduces to solving the system of Hamilton-Jacobi-Isaacs equations. Results. The results of the synthesis of a nonlinear robust electromechanical servo system for the guidance and stabilization of lightly armored vehicle weapons are presented. Comparison of the dynamic characteristics of the synthesized servo electromechanical system showed that the use of synthesized nonlinear robust controllers allowed to improve the accuracy parameters and reduce the sensitivity of the system to changes of plant parameters in comparison with the existing system. Originality. For the first time carried out the multiobjective synthesis of nonlinear robust electromechanical servo systems of guidance and stabilization of lightly armored vehicle weapons. Practical recommendations are given on reasonable choice of the gain matrix for the nonlinear feedbacks of the regulator and the nonlinear observer of the servo electromechanical system, which allows improving the dynamic characteristics and reducing the sensitivity of the system to plant parameters changing in comparison with the existing system. The results of a study of the shear stability of single-slice joints on screws of wooden ribs and wood-composite covers of structural plywood (SP) and oriented-strend boards (OSB) are presented. The ...plastic behavior of the destructure of the joint is established, the coefficient of safety during plastic fracture is determined, the bearing capacity and stiffness coefficient are calculated. A plan for a 2-factor experiment with varying factors at 3 levels has been compiled, regression equations have been obtained that made it possible to calculate the stiffness coefficient of screw joints as a function of the diameter of the screw and its embedment in the rib, and response graphshave beendrawn. The scientific conclusions and recommendations based on the performed experimental studies are formulated. It can be used in design of plate-ribbed structures of floors and walls with covers from wood-composite materials.

ACKGROUND:
For a comprehensive assessment of the effect of surgery in patients with primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT), as well as for monitoring the condition of patients after treatment, it ...sounds reasonable to evaluate quality of life (QoL) and symptoms in PHPT patients before and after surgery.
AIM:
The aim of this study was to assess changes in the QoL and symptoms in patients with PHPT after surgery.

TERIALS
AND METHODS:
During prospective observational study, patients filled out QoL questionnaires and evaluated the presence and severity of their symptoms prior to parathyroidectomy (PTE) and 3, 12 months after surgery. Statistical analysis included the following methods: Student’s t-test or Wilcoxon’s non-parametric test, the generalized estimating equations (GEE), correlation analysis, χ2 and McNemar tests.
RESULTS:
The study included 72 patients (mean age 52 years, 97.2% female) with symptomatic (68.1%) and asymptomatic (31.9%) PHPT. Before surgery patients with PHPT exhibited significantly decreased role functioning, physical and social well-being, and vitality. Half of PHPT patients experienced moderate-to-severe symptoms such as weakness, fatigue, loss of concentration, mood changes, as well as joint and bone pain; the association between symptoms experienced and the extent of QoL impairment before surgery was shown. Three months after PTE improvement in both physical and psychological components of QoL was shown. Positive QoL changes were demonstrated in patients with both symptomatic and asymptomatic PHPT and they preserved for 12 months after surgery. Also within 12 months after PTE significant decrease in PHPT-associated symptoms such as weakness, fatigue, loss of concentration and mood changes was found.
CONCLUSION:
The results obtained demonstrate efficacy of PTE from the patient’s perspective and confirm the value of QoL assessment in PHPT patients in management of this patients’ population both for decision making and for evaluation of benefits of surgery and the degree of recovery of patients at long term follow-up.
The article deals with the problem of optimization of the dictionary description of the stereotypes of the Russian linguoculture, reflected by linguistic units, which is relevant for Russian cultural ...linguistics and lexicography. The possibilities of solving this problem are shown with a thematic vocabulary systematization of proverbs regulating the communicative behavior of Russians. A review of modern linguoculturological and linguoaxiological studies of paremias reflecting communicative behavior in their projection onto lexicographic practice is carried out. The development of the ideas of paremiographers of the 19th century in modern concepts of thematic dictionaries is shown, special attention is paid to the rubrication of sections and methods of commenting on proverbs of speech-behavioral topics. The author’s version of the classification of proverbial material reflecting the communicative behavior of Russians is given, the expediency of the dispersed arrangement of paremias in the headings representing speech genres and features of communication in certain socio-cultural spheres is substantiated. In accordance with this concept, the system of linguoaxiological parameterization of proverbs, developed by the authors earlier, has been modified. Samples of dictionary macrostates representing the axiologems of the speech-behavioral sphere are given; proverbial material of Internet communication that has not been reflected in dictionaries at the moment is used. The possibilities of using the proposed linguoaxiological parameterization of the material in the bilingual thematic dictionary of proverbs are shown.
