In this paper, firstly, we propose to use time series analysis to observe the development and change process of social events, using the DF test and ADF test to eliminate the random autocorrelation ...in order to exclude the interference of white noise series. Secondly, the instantaneous frequency of non-smooth data is defined by analyzing the signal, and the constraints are modified from global constraints to local constraints. The Fourier-transformed eigenmode function is used to satisfy the four necessary conditions of completeness, orthogonality, localization, and adaptability. Finally, the development trend of ethnic folk dances and the change in communication dynamics are analyzed. The results show that the change of language on the spreading attitude of folk dance is 4.381, the change of custom on the spreading attitude is 5.943, the change of culture on the spreading attitude is 10.866, and the change of culture on the spreading attitude of folk dance is the largest, which shows that the development of folk dance away from the development of folk dance is not separated from the support of culture. The study will have a positive impact on passing on the distinctive art of ethnic folk dance and enriching Chinese traditional culture and art.
Lithium‐sulfur batteries (LSBs) are considered as the development direction of the new generation energy storage system due to their high energy density and low cost. The slow redox kinetics of ...sulfur and the shuttle effect of lithium polysulfide (LiPS) are considered to be the main obstacles to the practical application of LSBs. Transition‐metal sulfide as the cathode host can improve the Li−S redox chemistry. However, there has been no investigation of the application of FeS2 host in Li−S redox chemistry. Applying the first‐principles calculations, we investigated the formation energy, band gap, Li+ diffusion, adsorption energy, catalytic performance and Li2S decomposition barrier of FeAxS2−x (A=N, P, O, Se; x=0, 0.125, 0.25, 0.375) to explore the Li−S redox chemistry and finally select excellent host material. FeA0.25S1.75 (A=P, Se) has a low Li+ diffusion barrier and superior electronic conductivity. FeO0.25S1.75 is more favorable for LiPS adsorption, followed by FeP0.25S1.75. FeP0.25S1.75(001) shows a low overpotential for the Li−S redox chemistry. In summary, FeP0.25S1.75 has more application potential in LSBs due to its physical and chemical properties, followed by FeSe0.25S1.75. This work provides theoretical guidance for the design and selection of the sulfur cathode host materials in LSBs.

The western part of the central belt of the Qilian orogenic belt, northeastern Tibetan Plateau, includes a compositionally diverse range of Cambrian to late Silurian felsic intrusions that reflect ...the changing tectonic process that molded this Paleozoic convergent margin. The Hf-isotopic compositional range of zircon from these rocks shows a significant role for Proterozoic crust – likely as microcontinents – rather than simply a history through oceanic arc accretion. Felsic magmatism includes shoshonitic magmas, and rarer shoshonite-OIB associations, dated from c. 465 to 445Ma, which together form at least 30% of the presently exposed Paleozoic granitic crust of this region. Accepting a typically shoshonite petrogenesis for these magmas, involving asthenospheric upwelling and consequent remobilization of subduction-modified lithosphere, would infer a post-collisional setting at this stage. This could, perhaps, reflect slab-detachment, convective thinning of the lithosphere or orogenic collapse, resulting from collision and subduction between the Quanji block and the Central Qilian block. However, this requires the onset of a post-collisional setting at least 25Ma before previously thought, and at the same time as intra-oceanic subduction is thought to have been active in other parts of the Qilian belt. These findings either require a reappraisal of the evidence for c. 490–440Ma intra-oceanic subduction, or the formation of voluminous high-K and shoshonite magmatism in a pre-collisional setting, perhaps related to a period of unusually strong syn-arc rifting.

Lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries are especially competitive in the energy sector due to their excellent performances, like preferable energy density and economic benefits. Studying the adsorption of gas molecules on electrode materials has potential engineering significance for Li-S batteries since they have a highly osmotic potential, which causes unavoidable damage to batteries. In this work, the adsorption phenomenon of common gas molecules (H2O, N2, H2, CO2, and O2) on the two-dimensional pyrite (2D-FeS2) cathode material surface, as well as the effects on the electronic and electrochemical properties, were investigated by the first-principles calculations. The adsorption capabilities were estimated by adsorption energy and Mulliken population analysis. Simulation results demonstrated that whole adsorption energies were less than -1.0 eV and larger than -0.6 eV, which shows a physisorption nature. Among them, the O-S bond of O2/2D-FeS2 has the strongest strength. Electronic structure calculations suggested that 2D-FeS2 maintained good conductivity after gas molecules were adsorbed, achieving efficient transfer between electron, lithium, and sulfur intermediates. Additionally, ab initio molecular dynamics (AIMD) simulations showed that Li+ exhibits excellent diffusion performance and low activation energy at different temperatures. 2D-FeS2 still has a stable electrochemical working window (1.87 ∼ 2.47 V), while the theoretical open current voltage is damaged by gas molecule adsorption. Consequently, this work theoretically reveals the effect of gas molecules on the cathode materials for Li-S batteries, which has guide meaning for engineering.

Pathophysiological mechanisms for depression/anxiety are largely unknown. Evidence for transgenerational transmission of acquired epigenetic marks remains limited. We bred unstressed (US) female mice ...with adolescently restraint-stressed (RS), social instability-stressed (SI) or US males to produce RS, SI and control F1 offspring, respectively. Compared to controls, while paternal RS decreased anxiety-like behavior (ALB) in both female and male offspring, paternal SI increased ALB only in female offspring. Next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics using RS and SI female offspring identified 5 candidate anxiety-transmitting (CAT) genes; each showed a consistent pattern of DNA methylation from F0 spermatozoa through F1 blastocysts to fetal and adult hippocampi. Further analyses validated 4 CAT genes, demonstrated that paternal SI caused ALB differences between male and female offspring through modifying the CAT genes, and indicated a strong correlation between inflammation and ALB pathogenesis and an important function for intronic DNA methylation in regulating ALB-related genes. In conclusion, this study identified important CAT genes and suggested the possibility that stresses on males might alter offspring's ALB by modifying sperm DNA methylation.

Fusobacterium nucleatum (F. nucleatum, Fn) is associated with the colorectal cancer (CRC). Fn-infection could induce significant levels of serum Fn-specific antibodies in human and mice. The ...objective of this study was to identify Fn-infection that elicit a humoral response in patients with CRC and evaluate the diagnostic performance of serum anti-Fn antibodies. In this work, we showed the mean absorbance value of anti-Fn-IgA and -IgG in the CRC group were significantly higher than those in the benign colon disease group and healthy control group (P < 0.001). The sensitivity and specificity of ELISA for the detection of anti-Fn-IgA were 36.43% and 92.71% based on the optimal cut-off. The combination of anti-Fn-IgA and carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA) was better for diagnosing CRC (Sen: 53.10%, Spe: 96.41%; AUC = 0.848). Furthermore, combining anti-Fn-IgA with CEA and carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) (Sen: 40.00%, Spe: 94.22%; AUC = 0.743) had the better ability to classify CRC patients with stages I-II. These results suggested that Fn-infection elicited high level of serum anti-Fn antibodies in CRC patients, and serum anti-Fn-IgA level may be a potential diagnosing biomarker for CRC. Serum anti-Fn-IgA in combination with CEA and CA19-9 increases the sensitivity of detecting early CRC.

The onion (Allium cepa L.) is widely planted worldwide as a valuable vegetable crop. The scales of an onion bulb are a modified type of leaf. The one-layer-cell epidermis of onion scales is commonly ...used as a model experimental material in botany and molecular biology. The lower epidermis (LE) and upper epidermis (UE) of onion scales display obvious differences in microscopic structure, cell differentiation and pigment synthesis; however, associated proteomic differences are unclear. LE and UE can be easily sampled as single-layer-cell tissues for comparative proteomic analysis. In this study, a proteomic approach based on 2-DE and mass spectrometry (MS) was applied to compare LE and UE of fleshy scales from yellow and red onions. We identified 47 differential abundant protein spots (representing 31 unique proteins) between LE and UE in red and yellow onions. These proteins are mainly involved in pigment synthesis, stress response, and cell division. Particularly, the differentially accumulated chalcone-flavanone isomerase and flavone O-methyltransferase 1-like in LE may result in the differences in the onion scale color between red and yellow onions. Moreover, stress-related proteins abundantly accumulated in both LE and UE. In addition, the differential accumulation of UDP-arabinopyranose mutase 1-like protein and β-1,3-glucanase in the LE may be related to the different cell sizes between LE and UE of the two types of onion. The data derived from this study provides new insight into the differences in differentiation and developmental processes between onion epidermises. This study may also make a contribution to onion breeding, such as improving resistances and changing colors.

The construction of electrode materials with high conductivity and satisfactory safety for lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries remains critical to enhancing the performance of energy storage devices. In ...recent years, two-dimensional (2D) materials with layered structures have been a hot spot for research due to their unique electronic properties and large specific surface area. As an emerging electrochemically active material, 2D-FeS2 has short ion diffusion paths and a high specific surface area. Based on theoretical calculations, we have systematically studied the performance of the 2D-FeS2 monolayer as cathode material for Li-S batteries from five aspects: obtainability of structure, thermodynamic stability, electrical, surface activity, and electrochemical properties. Simulation results show that the 2D-FeS2 monolayer structure is easy to form due to the small exfoliation energy and interlayer binding energy. The layered structure surface enhances the anchoring effect of polysulfide. Excellent stability was verified by tdynamics simulation. Additionally, the DOS results show that the 2D-FeS2 monolayer has higher conductivity, which effectively improves the mobility of Li+ and electrons. The theoretical specific capacity of the 2D-FeS2 monolayer is 446.96 mAh/g, and the lower Li+ diffusion barrier is 0.19 eV. Compared to traditional FeS2, the 2D-FeS2 monolayer has higher conductivity and stability. In brief, the 2D-FeS2 monolayer is a promising cathode material for Li-S batteries. This work opens up a new path for the application of 2D materials to new energy batteries and also deepens our understanding of 2D materials at the nanoscale.
