The proposed paper is an auto adjustment of instant noodle dough thickness on a roll press machine. In this plan will be implemented two artificial intelligent methods of Neural Network Back ...propagation (BP-NN) and Extreme Learning Machine (ELM). The method is intended to improve the performance of the controls on this machine. The input variables are the height and thickness of the dough by using the sharp sensor. While the output plan is two, dc motor and stepper motor. From the results of experiments that have been done, it is concluded that the use of extreme learning machine method is better than the Neural Network method. This is evidenced from the comparison of the average error output value on the ELM of 0.002440673 for training data and 0.6337302 for validation data. While the average error of output value on NN is 0.006638958 for training data and 0.568553072 for validation data. The training time of ELM method is 0.0072812 second and NN method is 0.501274 sec.
X-ray absorption (XANES and EXAFS) spectroscopic techniques were applied to study the local structural environment of host and dopant cations in Bi-based high-Tc superconductors; the materials ...studied included BaBiO3, BaBi1-xPbxO3, Ba1-xKxBiO3, Bi2Sr2CuO6, Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 and Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10. XANES spectroscopy was used to determine the valence state of Bi, Pb and Cu in these materials. In BaBiO3 the valence state of Bi is found to be close to IV both in the pure and doped material, and a disproportionation of BiIV into BiIII and BiV is not indicated by analyses of these data. The valence state of Pb is also found to be IV in BaBi1-xPbxO3. In Bi-based cuprate superconductors, the formal valence states of Bi and Cu are slightly higher than their stoichiometric values of III and II. EXAFS spectroscopy was used to examine the local structure around Bi, Ba, Pb, Sr, Ca and Cu cations in these systems. In the BaBiO3 system, doping with Pb and K results in a decrease in the metal-oxygen bond lengths. The results indicate that the local environment of all cations in the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system is characterised by substantial static disorder. 73 refs.
We study e+e- --> pi+pi-h_c at center-of-mass energies from 3.90 GeV to 4.42 GeV using data samples collected with the BESIII detector operating at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider. The Born ...cross sections are measured at 13 energies, and are found to be of the same order of magnitude as those of e+e- --> pi+pi-J/psi but with a different line shape. In the \pi^\pm h_c mass spectrum, a distinct structure, referred to as Z_c(4020), is observed at 4.02 GeV/c^2. The Z_c(4020) carries an electric charge and couples to charmonium. A fit to the \pi^\pm h_c invariant mass spectrum, neglecting possible interferences, results in a mass of (4022.9\pm 0.8\pm 2.7) MeV/c^2 and a width of (7.9\pm 2.7\pm 2.6) MeV for the Z_c(4020), where the first errors are statistical and the second systematic. No significant Z_c(3900) signal is observed, and upper limits on the Z_c(3900) production cross sections in \pi^\pm h_c at center-of-mass energies of 4.23 and 4.26 GeV are set.
Crude extract, essential oil and oleoresin of fresh Zingeber Officinale Roscoe was studied for their antioxidant activity. Free radical scavenging activity was determined using DPPH free radical ...assay which based on the inhibition of the free radical 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). Concentrations 20-100% of these were prepared and their antioxidant activity was determined by spectrophotometer at 517 nm. Results indicate that oleoresin has highest antioxidant activity (72.19% inhibition) followed by essential oil (62.15% inhibition) and crude extract (40.06% inhibition), BHA was used as control for comparison. It may consider as a good source of natural antioxidant.
In Pakistan the first oil well was drilled near an oil seep at Kundal in the Potwar basin in 1866, just 7 years after the Drake well in Pennsylvania. Since then in spite of a low number of wells ...drilled, several oilfields have been discovered. Yet the Potwar basin still has not acquired the status of a mature basin as all of its potential reservoirs either have not been reached or tested. Main production has been from Paleogene carbonate and Jurassic clastic reservoirs. The oldest reservoirs of Cambrian and Permian ages have been found in the thrusted anticlinal play of Adhi, Joya Mair, Dhurnal, Balkassar, Chak Naurang, Missa-Keswal, Rajian, and Kal oil fields. The recent commercial oil discovery in Permian Tobra sandstone in Missa Keswal-2 well by Oil & Gas Development Corp. Ltd. stresses the need for more concentrated effort on these older reservoirs, which either have not been reached or missed production tests in the first holes, as in Missa Keswal-1.
