The author elaborates a truth as historical phenomenon, as a process of unity and conflict of opposites of a subject and an object of cognition, a thought and an action, an absoluteness and
a ...relativity of truth. The author, in this paper, understands a sense as a value-orientation of individual and collective subjects-actors in an activity. So, they realise the desirable value as the object or purpose of that activity. A thought in a word sense is associated with an other beings.
It means their determination by thought, spirit, reason, intuition. The sense of truth, in general,
is in a valued-moral – conception, orientation and reception of some interests, needs, pleasures and desires of some subjects-actors.
The author elaborates on the external causes and overcoming of the global crisis in 2008. The main external causes of the crisis, as claimed by competent and reputable authors, are: the policy of low ...interests rate of U.S. Federal Bank, crisis of the American hypothecary market, irresponsibility of the American government, wrongly directed business politics of central banks, the crisis of the international banking system, the imbalance between the market and the rule of law, microeconomic and macroeconomic mistakes, mass securitization of non-liquid assets. These causes permeate: insufficient knowledge of exposure on liquidation and market risks, bad judgements, speculations, lack of efficient banking control. Market fundamentalism and state interventionism are the two of main disagreements on the role of market, government and democracy. A solution of such a disagreement between them is in cooperation and complementarity. Without the reception of democracy, principle equality-power, rule of law, true responsibility, social justice, global justice, preventive and controlling measures, and the new model of guidance on a higher level, we cannot hope for overcoming the present global crisis, or greed and corruption in general.

Islamic world, during of the modernization of West, has stagnated. In the best case, it has, step
by step, maked progress. Spectrum of contemporary societies of islamic world is very different
– from ...traditional to demokratic of societies. Tradition and modernity can be in common, if a
modernization autonomic work and if an old doesn’t destroy, than transforms. Without one’s own
of reflexion and of autonomic modernization, islamic world will be poor and undeveloped world
as and all poor countries during of planetary domination of neoliberalism and mondialization
of west modernity; then on the understandings of islamic conservatism. By autonomic modernization, islamic world will become more powerful and more respectable subject of global communication. It should make some suppositions for a overcoming of islamic conservatism, too.
Radicalism of state terrorism and of suicides terrorism have been keeping some relations of frustrated tolerance. There are and some possibilities of mutual attacks by mass destroing weapon – ...nuclear, biological and chemical weapon. Frustrated tolerance both of terrorisms – by terror against of terror – radicalizes their mutual relations and realizes of the revengeful purposes, of the equal or the greater death. In spite of, there is a possibility of courtly tolerance and the solution of that conflict – stable balance of cooperation, peace, security and of sound competition between facing sides. The solution is in finding of politics art which some rules not only realises, than of them and changes, too – finding of politics which doesn’t only the politics of politicians (Urlich Beck) and of stubborn extremists that have been closed with politics of power and domination, than and politics of society that doesn’t accept extrem explanations of religions and myths, that keep stimmulatings of reception of world ethos – to man common principles of autocontrol, norms and values, without a consideration to racism, national, religious and cultural appurtenance. The solution is in an accepting of multilateral identities and a stimulating of multilateral communication, including and intercultural communication between conflict sides, too – as an art of movement trough cultural obstacles, not only of some governments, than and of citizens – of individuals, social groups, different civil organisations and institutions. No question of that, the solution is in overcome of a poverty and misery as the most destructive weapon of mass annihilation, too. Economies of state terrorisms and of suicides terrorisms have firm grown with ‘normal economies’. Therefore, a control over them and financial sources of their power is important supposition of overcome of terrorisms. Last but not least, the solution is in strong and impartial critique of terrorism of many authors and activists for human rights, too. We only remember on such names that are adduced in this text – Yeshayahu Leibowitz, John Rose, Marc Ellis, Jessica Stern, Israel Shahak, Irena Klepfisz, Edward Said, Noam Chomsky, Howard Zinn, Arundhati Roy, Amartya Sen, Amin Maalouf.

Autor razmatra predrasude kao jedne od osnovnih pretpostavki za pojavu ratnih zločina. Individualne i društvene predrasude uvjetovane su i predrasudama moći političkih, ekonomskih, vojnih, ...tehnoloških, kulturnih, medijskih i inih elita, i obrnuto; što ima za posljedicu rat i ratne zločine. Nacionalne i vjerske predrasude s militantnim nacionalizmom i fanatičnom instrumentaliziranom vjerom, s povjerenjem u nepogrešive vođe i njihove genocidne programe imaju za posljedicu sadizam i nekrofiliju kao maligne oblike agresije. Riječ je o vladavini duhovnoga carstva zla. S iskušanim sredstvima i metodama politička i cjelovita ideološka propaganda i manipulacija pripremaju čovjeka kao dio mitologiziranog i postvarenog nacionalnog kolektiviteta za izvršenje zločina. Jedan od paradoksa suvremenog čovječanstva, pa i prostora na kojima živimo, je činjenica da o najbližim susjedima i njihovim kulturama znamo manje i površnije nego o onima od kojih nas dijele velike udaljenosti. Još manje, ili nikako, razumijemo smisao i značenje tih kultura. Zato su spoznaja o tim kulturama i njihovim subjektima, tolerancija, uvažavanje i (raz)umijevanje Drugog i Različitog, ravnopravno partnersko komuniciranje, trajna i uporna izgradnja povjerenja, provjereni i nužni načini prevladavanja predrasuda, izopačene moći, ratnih zločina, zločina i nasilja uopće.
Autor razmatra istinu kao povijesnu pojavu, kao proces jedinstva i sučeljavanja suprotnosti subjekta i objekta spoznaje, misli i akcije, apsolutnosti i relativnosti istine. Autor shvaća smisao kao ...vrijednosnu orijentaciju individualnih i kolektivnih subjekata-aktera na neku aktivnost kojom oni ostvaruju poželjnu vrijednost – cilj ili svrhu te aktivnosti. U riječi smisao, misao se povezuje s nekim drugim bićima, što znači njihovu određenost mišlju, duhom, (raz)umom, intuicijom. Smisao istine, govoreći općenito, je u vrijednosno-moralnoj – koncepciji, orijentaciji i recepciji interesa, potreba, zadovoljstava i želja pojedinih subjekata-aktera.
